Learned counsel fo r theappl ican ts submit t h a t the M inis try of Environment & Fores ts(Government of India) by i t s l e t t e r dated 28 t h Ju ly , 2006 has grantedpermission to the p resen t appl ican ts sub jec t to ce r t a in condit ionswhich are s ta ted in the sa id order. Learned senior counsel appear ingfor the Sta te of Haryana, though has not f i l ed any a f f idav i t but onins t ruct ions submit ted tha t the State of Haryana has also no object ionin granting permission to these l icensees to go-ahead with the miningac t iv i ty .
