Our restructuring plan and building projects continue to move forward successfully. Thanks to the Big Red Club, our athletic booster club, we have a state of the art fitness center at Pacelli High School. Last year I reported that teachers received the highest salary increase ever. Those words are shouted at the end of mass in many parishes during the Easter season. In a way, it sums up what we are all about. Jesus is risen, and he calls each of us to rise with him, to live our faith as fully as possible each day.

CLASS OF ‘66The Pacelli/Maria Class of 1966 celebrated their 50th reunion and had one of their best turnouts. On July 29, they gathered for a reception and dinner at SentryWorld. The next day they enjoyed

an evening social at Five Star Lanes with the band Byte Mark playing 60s classics. Each attendee

received an updated class directory, including personal history and shared class memories. Many from out of town enjoyed cruising Point to view community changes. Scholarships will be established in the future in memory of deceased classmates. The class felt this was their best reunion ever!
