4. YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE:(a) We reserve the right to alter the prices of any of the holidays shown in

our brochure. You will be advised of the current price of the holidaythat you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.

(b) When you book you must pay the deposit amount stated in thebrochure or as advised. The remainder/balance of the holiday costmust be paid at least 8 weeks before commencement of the holidayOR sooner for some cruise/premium holidays as stated in thisbrochure.

(c) The price of your travel arrangements may include an element paid inEuros. Unless otherwise stated in the tour details, the rate ofexchange applicable to the holiday(s) in this brochure was based on1.1 Euro to 1GBP.

(d) Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, taxes orfees chargeable for services such as landing taxes or embarkation ordisembarkation fees at ports and airports and exchange rates meanthat the price of your travel arrangements may change after youhave booked. However there will be no change within 30 days ofyour departure. Should the price of your holiday go down due to thechanges mentioned above, by more than 2% of your holiday cost, then any refund due will be paid to you.
