Rules & Conditions of Entry
1. Glynogwr Show, its officials, agents cannot be held responsible for any accident,theft, loss, damage or any breach of copyright how so ever caused, arising out ofor at the show.
2. Each competitor (or where applicable, the parent or guardian) shall be solelyresponsible for consequences of loss or damage done to, or occasioned by, orarising from any animal and indemnity against all liabilities, damage, actionsclaims, proceedings, cost or expenses in relation to, or arising from his/her entriesin the show.
3. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted (correct dress please). All safety equipment should carry the current British Standard Kite Mark.
4. No misuse of whips, spurs, or practice jumps allowed.
5. Dogs must be on a lead at all times.
6. No refund of entry fee will be given, unless horse or rider is injured.
7. The judges’s decision is final.
8. Any objections must be lodged with the secretary within thirty minutes of the endof the class concerned together with a £10.00 deposit, returnable if the objectionis sustained.
9. The Committee reserves the right to refuse entry to class without explanationexcept to the appropriate body.
10. The committee cannot be held responsible for any error in the time schedule, andreserves the right to cancel or amend the same in any way.
11. It is a condition of entry that the above Rules and Conditions are complied with.
12. If anyone falls off, Jumping or Showing they must leave the arena dismounted.
13. All vehicles parked at owners risk.
14. Minimum age of horse or pony competing to be four years old or over as at the1st January, 2015.
15. Minimum age of competitor must be 3 years old on the day of the show.
