Referees

Tournaments refunds for outside/non-GLSA teams; same policy as Octoberfest - clubs get all but $100 per teamback. The remaining $100 can be used as a credit for Octoberfest ONLY. Clubs/Teams that usedOctoberfest credit will still have that credit; it will also expire after Octoberfest as previously decided, buyout and no-show fees are nonrefundable, even if event is cancelled. 18families failed to sign up or pay; at least one cancelled payment on their no show check. Those familieswill be billed and cannot start their fall 2109 season until payment is received. Rationale is that theseparents had no intention of volunteering; that does not change by event being cancelled is it still worth having Libertyville Cup on Memorial Day weekend? Decision to move tournamentone or two weeks later

LTSC Report will be having a volunteer day to paint/stain game day coordinator and storage buildings permit submitted to county to move the garage; waiting for inspection of building 50 field light bulbs are out across the complex
