 The representation and participation in GLOBAL FORUM are

made through National Societies or National Societies

Federation, not only to attempt special or personal interests;

 For these reasons, all subjects presented by the Forum will

attend a community and thus free of commercial content

positions;

 Because it is a neutral place, the subjects are discussed from the

perspective of one country or group of countries. These issues

are discussed and dealt mainly in the technical aspect, where

the sharing of local programs and products and the

development of new products can result in mutual benefits;

How and why Abraman considers the GLOBAL FORUM important.

 Promoting Annual Events is the main activity and function of the Societies. They should now be planned strategically and be no longer competitive. Creating opportunities for professionals to present papers. From now on they should add efforts and value joining themselves in order to improve the quality for the Maintenance Communities and Asset Management;

 We may think of speaking a unique language, although we know and respect that there will always be differences among the nations because of their different developmental stages. But soon everyone will be able to understand and adopt, without restrictions, the basic principles of Maintenance and Asset Management;

How and why Abraman considers the GLOBAL FORUM important.

 After the round table we will be able to discuss future

collaboration and define expectations. Then, develop

appropriate certifications programs adapted to the realities

of each country, although they may have differences. It is

possible to create and develop systems of mutual

recognition. Independently from the certification level and

the target public it does not matter if it is for superior level,

managers or labor force;

 The countries will have a place where they can discuss and

how they can use the best knowledge, common solutions,

best practices and what is being developed so that they can

exchange their experiences and help each other under the

aegis GLOBAL FORUM;

How and why Abraman considers the GLOBAL FORUM important.

 Based on the survey about training programs, for instance

maintenance management course , it is possible to develop

them with related Societies directed to the necessity of the

companies, Maintenance Community and Asset

Management;

 Still based on data in another survey conducted among the

Societies we will be able to face and find common solutions

that will fulfill the desires of their members. Through

workshops, special round tables, multi lateral conferences,

develop and establish standards.

How and why Abraman considers the GLOBAL FORUM important.

GFMAM Property Sharing Guidelines 1. GFMAM’s highest priority is to protect the property of the society who

has developed the property

2. GFMAM’s intent is to create a convenient framework for participating

societies to share property between its memberships and facilitate

collaboration and learning in Maintenance and Asset Management

globally.

3. Each society needs to maintain and communicate to GFMAM on an

annual basis an inventory of its property. Each society will categorize

their property into Level 1, 2, 3, 4

4. Each society needs to develop an property sharing plan for each

inventory item. GFMAM will develop several templates of IP sharing

plans to use.

Four Property Categories

Level 1:

Property is open to share to all

Level 2:

Property may be shared after executing an IP sharing agreement with

terms and conditions attached but no monetary exchange is required

Level 3:

Property may be shared after executing an IP sharing agreement with

terms and conditions attached and monetary exchange is required.

Level 4:

Trademarks and Patents owned that can be used with written

permission
