This is how to fit the new oneLubricatetheshaftandtheinsideofthepumpbodyandtheendcover.UseJohnsonPumplubricationtohelpdevelopprimeandpreventdam-agefromdry-runningthepumpatinitialstart-up.Mounttheimpellerbymakingapushingandtwistingmovementintherotatingdirection.Lubricatedimpellersshouldnotbestoredforextendedperiodsoftime.Engineshouldberunafterinstallationofanewimpellertowashoutthelubrication.Theserecommendationsapplytoanyserviceworkonthepumpanditscomponentsthatrequiretheuseoflubricationinsidethepumpforassemblyandstart-up.Warning!
