ACO and contractor negotiate D.O. price 7. ACO awards fixed price D.O. 8. D.O. performance by contractor 9. Customer/Contractor AAR 10. Performance validated and contractor paid

GTA Considerations
Longer lead time provides better planning and coordination which allows better utilization of available expertise pool– Recommend minimum of 30 days lead time for DO issue
Recommend GTA staff be integrated with military planning teams
GTA is flexible and adaptable to customer requirements GTA personnel have “ownership” in training soldiers
