The high efficient coils are made from high quality inner-grooved copper tubes of 9.52 mm & 12 mm of diameter in medium profile and 15 mm of diameter in high profile and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars.
The casingWhite power coated aluminium, high corrosion strength, impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris. From ø630mm galvanized steel.
The fan motorsAll with high quality axial fan motors with high safety standards fitted well to the unit casing with an anti-vibration system.
Defrost heatingProvided by stainless steal heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned pack and in the drain pan.
Electrical parts and wiringAre connected to an earth terminal, carried out in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable grands. All materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability.
CARACTERÍSTICAS
Nuestros paquetes aleteados de alta eficiencia están fabrica-dos con aletas de aluminio de perfil especial y tubo de cobre con ranuras internas de 9.52 mm y 12 mm de diámetro en medio perfil y 15 mm de diámetro en perfil alto. Los intercam-biadores de calor se suministran limpios en el interior de las tuberías y probados a una presión de 30 bars.
La estructuraDe aluminio pintado blanco al polvo electrostático, con alta resistencia contra la corrosión y los impactos. No produce residuos tóxicos. Desde 630mm en acero galvanizado.
Los ventiladoresTodos con motor axial alta calidad con alto estándar de seguridad y adaptados a la carcasa con un sistema anti-vi-bración.
Sistema de deshieloSuministrado por resistencias de acero inoxidable enfunda-das en tubos de aluminio ubicados en el paquete aleteado y en la bandeja de desagüe.
Instalación y partes eléctricasConexión a toma de tierra, instalada en caja de conexiones con agujeros de acceso equipados con sistema de estan-queidad. Todo el material seleccionado cuidadosamente para su confiabilidad a largo plazo.
