Global Sales and Marketing (GSM) Associate

• 1+ year of experience of working in Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharma and FMCG Industry in Engineering, Production, Quality, or other functions. This can be waived-off on special requests.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Must embody Honesty, Integrity, Commitment, Positivity, Result-Oriented, and Pro-active Behaviors.

Prospective Client

• An individual or company in the Dairy, Food, Beverage, Pharma and FMCG Manufacturing Business or intending to setup a new business

GSM Program – WHAT ?

Program Implementation Protocol

• Step 1 – Connect, Educate, Identify Opportunities✓ Connect with a decision-maker at prospective client (DM) via email, call, WhatsApp,

other means. Educate about PMG Engineering: company leadership, vision, services, past-projects, core values, differentiated value proposition, etc. Identify the ongoing and upcoming engineering projects and opportunities – scope, timeline, budget.

✓ Fill the Step-1 Connect, Educate, Identify Opportunities Survey

• Step 2 – Coordinate, Submit, Re-submit Proposal✓ Coordinate with your pmg-contact to prepare and submit the Work Proposal Rev0 to

the DM. Coordinate with DM to discuss the Rev0-proposal to understand his feedback, queries, modifications required. Again coordinate with your pmg-contact to prepare and submit the Work Proposal Rev1.

✓ Fill the Step-2 Coordinate, Submit, Re-submit Proposal Survey

• Step 3 – Coordinate, Query, Report Feeback✓ In case of techno-commercial understanding (release of PO + Advance) between

PMG and Client, GSM shall coordinate with client and pmg-contact on monthly basis to take feedback and identify issues, if any, on the quality of PMG Deliverables.

✓ Fill the Step-3 Coordinate, Query, Report Feedback Survey

• Monthly Reimbursements✓ Your participation can be unpaid (voluntary) or paid, as per preference ✓ Every 25 Step-1 Client Interaction Surveys – INR 500✓ Every 10 Step-2 Client Interaction Report – INR 1,000✓ Every 02 Step-3 Client Interaction Report – INR 1,000✓ 10% and 20% Bonus on completion of INR 20,000 of work in month✓ 20% Bonus on completion of INR 30,000 of work in monthE.g. in a month, if a GSM introduces PMG to 750 clients (25/ day), submits 20 proposals (5/ week), and captures 4 PO – he shall earn INR 24,200

GSM Program – HOW ?

Application for Enrolment in the program

• One Government ID for proof of identity• Another Government ID for proof of residence• Tax Identification Number with ID• Resume listing education, work positions, and skills• List of at least 10 Industry Contacts / Prospective Clients

Application Processing

• Fill the Online Application Form• A thorough review of submitted documents will follow two-levels

telephonic interview with PMG Executive and Leadership Team• A complete application shall be processed within 1 week of submission

Facilities provided to GMN (free of cost)

• Email ID (accessible on laptop/phone) and stationary package• GSM Visiting Cards• Travel and Food Allowance (prior approval required)• Training and Learning Sessions for building competency and skills• Facility to conduct Online Webinars and Trainings with Clients

Other Notes

• We understand many GSMs shall already be working in full-time roles. Therefore, the working relationship between PMG and GSM shall be kept confidential

• We are continuously upgrading the program to suit the constraints and opportunities at GSMs, and welcome any constructive feedback from prospective or existing GSMs.

• All data generated (verbal, written, etc.) under the GSM program is Intellectual Property of PMG Engineering Private Limited and cannot be used or shared without specific permission
