    ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT

    The Government on w hose behal f the present Ag reement is s igned

    agrees as fol lows :

    EXPLANATORY ARTICLE:

    The creation of the Global and National Trust Fund Organization

    (GNTFO)) is to address and to so lve the present and retired Global

    Employees and Workers integrated con nected problems cal led HELP

    PROBLEMS it means: H: Housing ( hund reds of m i l l ions uni ts of

    hous ing badly needed w or ldwide p art icular ly the poor nat ions), Heal th

    ( 90% (+/-) of Retired Global Emplo yees and Workers has No Health

    Insurance), E: Education (less than 50% of the sibl ings andgrandchi ldren graduated from col lege; L: Lo an/ Livel ihood Assistance

    (only few nat ional /Global Agencies pro vide Livel ihood Assistance

    Fund and P: Pension (very small amou nt received by retired

    employees and workers no t suff ic ient enough to dai ly needs) inc luding

    Back-Pays/Social Pension Funds for Elderly people of the wo rld

    Real Problem : Because of the present Economic , Financial, Currency

    and Investment Crisis, affect All Indiv idual Nation National Trust Fund

    cannot su stain the f inancia l requirement mandated to be provid ed on

    the HELP Prob lems of th e present and retired wo rkers and emp loy ees.

    The Sustainable Financial Problems required on global emplo yees

    and workers HELP Problems of Nat ion indiv idual Nat ional Trust Fund

    wil l be solved throu gh Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) and to

    be guaranteed by the Global and National Trust Fund Organization

    (GNTFO) under the ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Af fi l iated Banks and the

    World War I and II Reparation Fund under the CGRUP-TRUST

    INTRODUCTORY ARTICLE

    The Global and National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO) is

    establ ished in compliance to the Creation of Universal Fund

    Organization (UFO) Art ic les o f Agreement I, Section 1, No. 4 off ic ial ly

    created under the LOI No. 777-14 dated Septem ber 16, 2014 and bein g

    part o f the CGRUP-TRUST created under LOI no. 780-15 and shall

    operate in accordance with fol lowing provis ions :

    ARTICLE I

    Purposes

    Section1. To A ll Nations

    The purpo ses of the GNTFO are the fol low ing:

    A. TO INFORM ALL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST FUND OF THE GLOBE THEAVA ILAB ILITY OF INVESTMENT ORGANIZATION THAT WILL ASSURRED

    AND GUARANTEED INCOME UNDER FIXED INVESTMENT INCOME

    FORMULA (FIIF) THAT W ILL SUSTAIN THE FINANCIAL REQUIREMENT

    NEEDED TO BE ABL E TO PROVIDE TO THE PRESENT AND RETIRED

    EMPLOYEES AND WORKERS NEEDS SUCH AS:HELP: HOUSING, HEALTH,

    EDUCATION, LOAN/LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE AND PENSION.

    B. TO INFORM THE NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUNDS MEMBERS OF THE

    GLOBE THE CHEAPEST HOUSING, MOVABLE, FLEXIBLE, DURABLE,

    LIVEVABLE, WITH SUSTAINAB LE ENERGY COMING FROM RENEWABLE

    ENERGY (SOLAR POWER/WIND POWER) TO BUILT IN COMPLETECOMMUNITY WILL BE PROVIDED FOR EVERY FAMILY

    C. TO INFORM THE NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUND MEMBERS OF THE

    GLOBE THE A FREE HEALTH INSURANCE OF AL L AGES UNDER THE

    “FOREVER HEALTH PROJECT PROGRAM” IS AVAILABLE TO ALL NATIONAND NEAR FOR IMPLEMENTATION STARTING FROM THE HOST NATION

    AND POOR NATIONS

    D. TO INFORM THE ALL MEMBERS OF NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUND OF

    THE GLOBE A ABOUT A FREE EDUCATION TO ALL UNDER THE

    “GLOBAL CYBER EDUCATION PROJECT PROGRAM” FROM DAY CARETO COLLEGE IS PREPARING FOR IMPLEMENTATION

    E. TO INFORM THE MEMBERS OF NATION NATIONAL TRUST FUND OF THE

    GLOBE REGARDING THE LOAN/LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE PROJECT

    PROGRAM UNDER THE FOREVER GREEN PROJECT PROGRAM AND

    ATTACHED HUMANITARIAN PROJECTS FOR UNEMPLOYED, RETIRED

    AND ELDERLY PEOPLE IS READY TO BE IMPLEMENTED

    F. TO INFORM THE MEMBERS OF NATION OF NATIONAL TRUST FUND

    MEMBER OF THE GLOBE ADDITIONAL LIFETIME PENSION FUND WILL BE

    GIVEN TO RETIRED WORKERS AND EMPLOYEES A T THE SAME TIMETHE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS ALLOTED FOR BACK-PAYS/PENSION

    FUNDS COMING FROM WORLD WAR I AND II REPARATION STARTING

    FROM SENIOR ELDERLY PEOPLE OF THE WORLD THAT NOT RECEIVING

    ANY PENSIONS FROM NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AGENCIES

    NEEDED FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INFRASTRUCTURE REQUIRED TO

    TO BE ABLE TO FINANCE TH E “FOREVER HEALTH PROJECT PROGRAM(FHPP”) IN FREE HEALTH INSURANCE OF ALL AGES OF ALL PILIPINO CITIZEN,RENOVATION, EXPANSION OF PUBL IC HEALTH CLINICS AND HOSPITALS AND

    PROVIDING HERBA L AND CHEAPER MEDICINE TO ALL PILIPINOS

    E.)TO PROVIDE GUARANTEED INCOME INVESTMENT TO NATIONAL TRUST TO

    Mandate

    A.)TO BECOME GLOBAL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST FUND REGULATOR OF

    ALL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST TO PROTECT, ASSURE THE GLOBAL

    WORKERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THEIR SWEAT AND BLOOD HARD EARNEDMONEY, TO ASSURE TO CATER THEIR BA SIC NEED

    B)TO MANDATORY PROVIDE INVESTMENT GUARANTEED INCOME TO ALL

    NATIONAL TRUST FUNDS UNDER FIXED INVESTMENT INCOME FORMULA (FIIF)

    ARTICLE III

    Members and Start ing Capital of GNTFO

    Section1. Membersh ipThe GNTFO Members are all the Nations/National Trust Fund Organizationmembers and non-members of the United Nations (UN) including qualifiedNon-Government Organization (NGO) are qualified to be a member of theGNTFO  

    Section 2: Auth orized Capital

    The Authorized Capital of the Global National Trust Fund Organization( GNTFO)  will start from Three Point Three Tri l l ion United States Dollars(US$3,300,000,000,000.00  ) to Seventy Seven   Tri l l ion   United States

    Section 3: Resourc es of GNTFO

    The Resources of GNTFO of initial Cash coming from ASBLP-UFO1,000+++ Affiliated Banks, In-kind from payment of Old Loans from IBC-TRUSTand New Loans from ASBLP-UFO 1,000 +++ Affiliated Banks, and fromCGRUP-TRUST

    ARTICLE IV

    ALL NATIONS NATIONAL TRUST FUND INVESTMENT GUARANTEED

    INCOME UNDER THE FIXED INVESTMENT INCOME FORMULA (FIIF)

    Section 1: National Trust Funds

     All Trust Funds in One Nation called National Trust Fund that will earnminimum guaranteed income of Ten Percent (10%)   per annum of theamount invested to Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)

    under the Fixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF)

    ARTICLE V

    MANDATORY INSURANCE

    Section1: Mandatory Insuranc e to All HELP Projects

     All HELP Projects financed by GNTFO through ASBLF-UFO 1,000 +++ Affiliated Banks will apply Mandatory Insurance by the HELP ProjectProponent /s to avoid HELP Projects Beneficiaries financial and materialdisaster.

    Section 2:   Insurance Premium will always be part of the LoanAssistance  to be extended to Project Proponent/s

    Giving Priority to Life, Health, Housing, Livelihood Projects under HELPProjects, No HELP Projects will be implemented without Insurance one ofthe global organization of CGRUP-TRUST will be insured all HELP Projects

    ARTICLE VI

    Managing Partners

    Section 1: Investment Managin g Partner/sGNTFO  serve as the Investment Managing Partners of All Nations NationalTrust Fund in investing hard earned money of the global workers andemployees by providing Guaranteed Investm ent Income   under the FixedInvestment Income Formula (FIIF)   of Ten Percent ( 10% ) per annum of theInvested amount coming from the National Trust Fund

    GNTFO   serve as the Project Manager   in development, construction,management, operation of All HELP Projects under the GNTFO   that willsave Billions amount on the sweat and blood hard earned money of

    ARTICLE VII

    General Provisio ns as Regulator of Nation National Trust Fund and

    HELP Projects

    Section 1: Usage and Objectives

    (a)To be the Head Regulator of All Nations National Trust Fund under theGlobal National Trust Fund Organization ( GNTFO)  financed by ASBL-UFO1,000 Affiliated Banks, and other Organizations member of CGRUP-TRUSTworldwide

    (b) To make sure that HELP Projects Marshall Program will be followed byevery Nation National Trust Fund /Investor that will result “ Cycle ProjectsSustainabi l i ty ”  and will cater the benefits due to the present and retiredGlobal employees and workers at the same time it will create millions of

     permanent employment worldwide 

    (c) Priority to be financed are Nation/s National Trust Funds projects to beimplemented by Global National Trust Fund Organization ( GNTFO  ) to befinanced through ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Af fi l iated Banks , worldwide with

     project/s name; HELP Project to assure the Lifetime Pension Funds,Health, Housing, Education and Livelihood for the global present andretired employees and workers as part of the Worldwide EconomicEnvironmental Social Spiritual (WEESS  ) Projects of CGRUP-TRUST

    (d)To immediately suspend Nation/s National Trust Fund Branches that findin violation of this Article of Agreement and International Labor Organization(ILO)   that negatively affected the HELP Projects investigation will beconducted within Thirty (30) days, and final findings will be sent to GNTFOBoard of Trustees, Nation National Trust Fund Trustees, Specific TrustFund Trustees

    (e) With the following project/s objectives;1st   is to protect, assure the hard-earned money of the Global Workers and Employees 2 nd   To integrate,unify, easily serve, immediate, cheaper services that will give billion/trillions

    of savings for the benefits of nation National Trust Fund Members andeventually to all the people of the world using their available resources onhand and 3rd   give equalizing HELP Projects enjoyed by developed/richnations starting from poor nations of the Third World nations

    ARTICLE IX

    Type of Global Emplo yees and Wo rkers HELP Project

    HELP Projects are projects related to basic needs and benefits of the global

    workers and employees such as:

    1.H:Housing   every employee/worker family need a decent housing unitconstructed and built according to international minimum building standardwith available access to clean water, power system, roads andtransportation line to live by family members, that will cost lease of theCheapest Lease per month under the duration of minimum 50 years or tillthe end of time and forever

    2.H:Health   Insurance will be FREE under the “Forever Health ProjectProgram “ to every members of the family of the member/s of the GlobalNational Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)

    3.E: Education  will be FREE under Cyber Education Project Program toevery members of the family of the member/s of the Global National TrustFund Organization (GNTFO)

    4.L: Loan/Livel ihood Fund assistance is available under “Forever Green

    5.P:Pension, additional Lifetime Pension Fund is available under the Back-Pays/Pension Fund of the Elderly Senior for every members of the familyof the member/s of the Global National Trust Fund Organization (GNTFO)including Back-Pays/Pension Fund of the Elderly Senior not receivingPension to government, private. Foreign agencies funds coming from WorldWar I and World War II Reparation Fund

    effective Financial Database to be used as reference in providingInvestment Guaranteed Income to the Nation/s National Trust Fund toimplement the sustainable HELP Projects to all members

    ARTICLE XII

    Withdrawal and Suspension of Memberships from GNTFO

    Sect ion1: Right of Members to Withdraw

    Only the Nation/NGO Representative/s will be suspended, deleted, theGNTFO   Membership will continue to its normal HELP Projectimplementation. Members cannot withdraw as member/s from GNTFO  

    unless all financial obligations has been paid by the Members Nation/NGOin Cash, Equity Ownership or In-kind

    Nation Member/s   of GNTFO after fully paid may any time Withdraw bytransmitting a notice in writing to the GNTFO and UFO   at its principaloffice/s. Withdrawal shall become effective on the date such noticed isreceived

    Section 2: Take-over of Management to Nation National Trus t Fund

    (a) If a Project Proponent/s (NINTF) used the Investment Guaranteed

    Income to activities related to war, logistic arsenal, firearms, illegal drugsand other illegal activities(b) If a member (Project Proponent/NINTF) fails to fulfill any of itsobligations to GNTFO and UFO , without valid legal reason/s, GNTO   willTake-over the Management and suspend or permanently terminated itsformer (Project Proponent/NINTF) Trustees as the case may be. Thesuspended Trustee/s shall automatically cease to be a member One (1)year from the date of its suspension unless decision is taken by the GNTFOand UFO Board of Trustees to restore the members to good standing.

    While under suspension a nation Individual National Trust Fund TrusteesProject Proponent shall not be entitled to exercise any rights under thisagreement except the right to withdraw, but remain subject to obligation

    Sect ion 3: Sett lement o f Ac counts with Project Propon ent /Trustees to

    GNTFO to be a Member:

    (a)When Project Proponent/ members of GNTFO ceases to be a member,it shall remain liable for its direct obligation to the GNTFO   and for itscontingent liabilities to the UFO as long as any part of the loans andguarantees conducted before it cease to be a member are outstanding

    (b) When Project Proponent Members of  GNTFO  ceases, the GNTFO willtake over the management and take possession and continue the operationof the NINTF/NGO, the Project Proponent Trustees members have theoption to pay return the right priority for one(1) year

    (c) Partial settlement of account/s is acceptable after the final evaluation ofthe GNTFO and Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS)  Board of Trustees for restructuring the scheme

    (d) Failure of one (1) or more Project Proponent/s Members of GNTFOMembers   is not 100% ground for termination of all Project Proponent forbeing a member

    (e) Cash and In-kind (National Products) is acceptable for Settlement of payment of Obligations of Project Proponent to GNTFO

    ARTICLE XIII

    Status, Imm unit ies and Privi leges

    Section 1: Purpose of the Art ic le

    To enable the GNTFO   to full the functions with which it is entrusted, thestatus, immunities and privileges set forth in this Article shall be accorded tothe GNTFO   in the territories of each ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks

    member/country/nation

    Section 2: Status o f GNTFO

    The GNTFO   shall poses full juridical personality as Private or a Quasi-Organization (like the Universal Fund Organization (UFO) through Letter ofInstruction (LOI  ) from King Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor, and in

     particular, the capacity(i) to contract(ii) to acquire and dispose of immovable and movable property;(iii) to institute legal proceedings

    Section 3: Posit ion of th e GNTFO with Regards to Jud icial Proc ess Actions may be brought against GNTFO only in a Supreme Court ofcompetent jurisdiction in the territories of a member/country in which theGNTFO has an office, has appointed an agent for the purpose of acceptingservice or notice of process, or has issued or guaranteed securities, Noaction shall, however, be brought by members or person acting for orderiving claims from members. The property and assets of the GNTFOshall, wherever located and by whoever held, be immune from all forms ofseizure, attachment or execution before the delivery of the final judgment

    Sect ion 4: Imm unity o f Ass ets from Seizure

    Property and assets of the GNTFO, wherever located and by whoever held,shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation or anyother form of seizure by executive or legislative action

    Sect ion 5: Imm unity of A rchives

    The archives of the GNTFO shall be inviolable

    Sect ion 6: Freedom of A ssets from Restr ic t ions

    To the extended necessary to carry out the question provided for in this Agreement and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, all property andassets of the GNTFO shall be free from restriction, regulations, controls andmoratoria of any nature

    Sect ion 7: Pr iv i lege for Communicat ion

    The official communications of the GNTFO shall be accorded by eachmember the same treatment that it accord to the official communications ofthe other members/countries

    Section 8: Immunit ies and Privi leges of off icers and Employ ees

     All governor, executive directors, alternates, officers and employees of theGNTFO shall be immune from legal process with respect to act performedby them in their official capacity except when GNTFO waives this immunity

    (i) Not being local nationals, shall be accorded the same immunities

    from immigration restrictions, alien, registration requirements andnational service obligations and the same facilities as regardsexchange restrictions as are accorded by members to therepresentatives, officials and employees of comparable rank of theother members

    (ii) Shall be granted the same treatment in respect of travelingfacilities as in accorded by members to representatives, officialsand employees of comparable rank of other members

    Sect ion 9: Imm unity from Taxat ion

    (a) The GNTFO, its assets, property, income and its operations andtransactions authorized by this Agreement, shall be immune from alltaxation and from all custom duties. The GNTFO shall also immunefrom liability for the collection or payment of any tax/duty

    (b) No tax shall be levied on or in respect of salaries and emoluments paid by the GNTFO or executive directors, alternates, officials oremployees of the GNTFO who are not local citizens, local subjects,or other local nationals

    (c) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligations or securityissued by the GNTFO by whoever held.

    (i) Which discriminate against such obligations or securitysolely because it is issued by the GNTFO; or

    (ii) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the place orcurrency in which it is issued, made payable or paid or thelocation of any office or place of business maintained by theGNTFO

    (iii) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligation orsecurity guaranteed by the GNTFO by whoever held

    (iv) Which discriminates against such obligation or security solelybecause it is guaranteed by the GNTFO; or

    (v) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the location

    of any office or place of business maintained by the GNTFO

    Section 10: App lication of Art ic le

     All nations/countries were the ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks are located andinterested to have Fresh Funds available to finance HELP Projects andInvestment Guaranteed Income of All Nations National Trust Fund underFixed Investment Income Formula (FIIF) of 10%- Income per annum, andcan avail funding for HELP Projects infrastructure, for housing, health,education, loan/livelihood and pension funds in their country/nation shalltake such action as it is necessary in its own territories/countries for the

     purpose of making effective terms of its own law the principles set forth inthis Article and shall inform the GNTFO/ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Af fi l iatedBanks of the detailed action which it has taken

    ARTICLE XIV

    Amendments

    (a) Any proposal to introduce modifications in this Agreement, whetheremanating from NNTFRO   members/countries, GNTFO , UFO, GFNRS,officials, employees shall be communicated to the office of GNTFO  Boardof Trustees  (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, acceptance by the GNTFO Board ofTruste es mentioned is required in the case of any amendments modifying  (c) Amendments shall enter into force for all members three (3) monthsafter the date of formal communication unless a shorter period is specifiedin the circular letter/GNTFO official letter

    ARTICLE XV

    Interpretat ion

    (a)Any question of interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement arisingbetween any NNTFRO  Nation  members GNTFO or between any NNTFRO  

    members of the GNTFO  shall be submitted to GNTFO Board of Trus tees  for their decision(b) In-any-case where the President have given a decision under (a)above, any member may require that the question be referred to theGNTFO Board of Trustees, who’s decision is final. (c) Whenever a disagreement arises between the GNTFO and aNNTFRO/S country/nation/member which has ceased to be a member, orbetween the GNTFO and any members during the permanent suspensionof the NNTFRO, such disagreement shall be submitted to arbitration by the

    tribunal of Five (5) arbitrators, one appointed by the GNTFO, another by thecountry/member where the GNTFO located and an umpire who, unless the parties otherwise agree, shall be appointed by the President of the GlobalFinancial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS), and Universal FundOrganization (UFO), and Global Trade Organization (GTO) or such otherauthority as may have been prescribed by regulation adapted by theGNTFO. The umpire shall have full power to settle all questions of

     procedure

    ARTICLE XVI

    Host Nation Government participation in Operation and Management of theGlobal National Trust Fund Organization ( GNTFO)   is limited todomestic/local issues and territorial jurisdiction, outside the Host Nationterritorial jurisdiction is discretionary decision of the GNTFO to have theservices and the support of the Host Nation Government resources

    ARTICLE XIX

    Final Provisio n

    Section 1: Entry into Force:

    This Agreement shall enter into force when King Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor Authorized Signatory of ASBLP-UFO issued Letter of Instruction( LOI)   in the creation of the Global National Trust Fund Organization(GNTFO)   to serve as the All Nations National Trust Fund and all HELPProject Regulator to be finance by ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banksworldwide
