GLOBAL AGREEMENT

Know to all men these presents.

This Agreement was hereby made and executed by and between Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos which

referred to as First Party and Foreign Counterparts which referred as Second Party dated January 10,

1980 at the United Nation Headquarters, New York; USA.

WITNESSETH

(1.) That both parties agreed to reluctantly Welcome, Declare, Recognize„ Reconfirm, Recertify and

Reconsider, at all cost, force and effect, the Fullest. General, Ultimate and Infinite Sole Authority of the

First Party to amend or modify the below Certified, without any further opposition and other negative

means, Authentic Accounts time deposited, with approved interest of 4% per annum by the First Party

in the Central Banks and/or Commercial Banks worldwide and to assign and/or authorize those deposits

to any of the Authorized Party to be done by the First Party thru his Last Will and Testament that

subject to deliver in any Foreign Agencies in the Philippine Islands and as per divine order from the

Holy Spiritual Father in Heaven:

(d.) Alvincent Gook Bersales or Adopt Boy or Absalom

(e.) Anthony Santiago Martin or Spiritual Wonder Boy or King David

(3.) That both parties agreed to Reluctantly Welcome, Declare, Recognize, Reconfirm, Recertify and

Reconsider, at all cost, force and effect, the Fullest, General, Ultimate and Infinite Sole Authority of the

First Party: (1.) Authority to FREEZE and DEFREEZE against existing Mother and Extensive

Accounts, (2.) Authority to MONETIZE and DEMONETIZE any International and Local Currencies,

(3.) Authority to LOCK and UNLOCK against existing Mother and Extensive Accounts, (4.) Authority

to CEASE/DECEASE and RESURRECT against existing Mother Extensive Accounts. (5.) Authority

to REPRESENT and EXPEL Signatures of Foreign Authorities and the undersigned, (6.) Authority to

MEDIATE and DIRECT INTERNATIONAL MOVER against existing Mother and Extensive

Accounts, (7.) Authority to AUDIT and SUSTAIN AUDIT against existing MOTHER and Extensive

Accounts. (8.) Authority to MODIFY and REVIVE against existing Mother and Extensive Accounts.

(9.) Authority to HOLD and REDEEM/WITHDRAW the maturities of aforesaid existing Mother and

Extensive Accounts and Authority as KEEPERS,AUTHENTICATOR andARRANGER of all Physical

Precious Commodities such as Gold, Diamond, Silver and Platinum and (10.) Authority to ENGRAVE

and UNENGAGED Printing of Monetary Currencies worldwide and said Powers of Authorities shall

be assigned to any of the above mentioned names who will be chosen to place put and write only one

name in the Last Will and Testament with Historical Origin of said Holy Wealth.

(4.) That both parties agreed to Immediately and Involuntarily Expel and Terminate the Full Authority

of above given names if any of them committed the following violations (a.) Touching, Interfering,

Dealing, Negotiating and Transacting all Precious Commodities and other Documented Commodity

Deposits and Warrants that hidden within the Under sea and/or Mountainous Areas in the Philippine

Islands whereas during those indefinite times occurred worldwide these were unexpectedly hidden

within the Philippine islands that subject to be deposited under time version infinitely and to be

matured for the benefit of the People of the Philippine Islands and as well the world as per International

Court Orders and Directives whomsoever and whenever those items were been recovered that

unexpectedly lost during said Indefinite Times, (b.) Collecting, Obliging and Convincing any People of

the Philippine Islands to become a member of the group they wanted to establish in the average number

of 10, 000 people with forced collection of money, (c.) Claiming their selves as Holy Father or Mother

like what Ignacio Enrique Coronado and Judge Alfonso Pijao or Ferdinand Emmanuel Marcos Sr. or

Emilio Aguinaldo did to their members using charm, sorcery and evil spiritual powers as restricted to

all above named Signatory to use and exercise said evil powers in order to Claim their selves as Holy

Father or Mother, (d:) Getting Married without the Divine Order from Holy Father in Heaven as to be

set by the First Party who is Spiritual White Eagle or King Solomon as both parties who signed herein

below and (c.) Concurrence to the Will of the Different Political and Financial Interest Parties

worldwide who never make and show any appropriate and justified actions and concerns to the Lament

and Complaint of the People of the Philippine Islands (and also the world).

(5.) That both parries agreed to Expel, Disallow, Disapprove and Deny Automatically any Interference

and Deal of the Different Political Government Institutions and Financial Institutions worldwide who

will be Controlled the Flow and Usage of the Mother Account for the interest of the Government as

well their selves, interest and pocket and not the interest of the People and as well the interest of any of

Authorized Party who will place approve and write the name in the Last Will and Testament with the

content of the Historical Origin. And any Authorized Parties who handled Last Will and Testament

with content of Historical origin of xxxxx…… ?

without making prosecution and complaint against this instrument and those documents if those will be

recorded in any Foreign Agencies in the Philippine Islands by any Authorized Parties. And both agreed

to Expel, Phase out and Terminnie all Inventory Lists, and as well as well those Documented

Commodity Deposits and Warrants including the Security, Coded Documentary Numbers, Inventory,

Warranty and other Depository Information Numbers that subject to be amended by any of above

named Authorized Parties and both agreed to Arson this Document and other related documents upon,

either, maturity of the Mother Account, up the Decision of the Chairman of the Committee of 300 or

upon signature of the Spiritual Wonder Boy to any instrument to be given by the First Party for his

Authority that up to this time never know his Authority. And both agreed to Abolish, Dismiss, Cancel

and Terminate any Unauthorized Parties including the Acclaimed Member of the Family of Ms.

Patricia Remedios Santiago' Trinidad or acclaimed Imelda Marcos such as Ferdinand Santiago Trinidad

Marcos aclaimed late Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Romualdez Marcos and confirmed son of Dr. Pacifico

Edralin Marcos Intee Santiago Trinidad Lacson and Irene Santiago Trinidad Cojuangeo that Confirmed

unrelated blood relatives of the First Party who never mentioned their names herein above if they will

never submit the Last Will and Testament with content of Historical Origin of the Holy Wealth that

owned by the Holy Father in Heaven and any existing registry names that are not included in this

Agreement shall be subject for Maximum Penalty of Law and Imprisonment. All parties agreed to

require said Authorized Party a copy of his/her Live Birth Certificate Registry only and all parties

agreed not to require those Authorized Parties a copies of the Proof of Funds, Engraved Treasury Bills,

Monetary Certifications, Inventory List and other Documented Commodity Items, Deposits and

Warrants including any at least 0.001 gram sample of the Physical Precious Commodities upon claim

of said maturities of above referred Mother Account as all Physical Precious Commodities including its

Inventory Lists were Uniformly and Ultimately Insured, Guaranteed and Warranted.

(7.)That both parties agreed to Associatively Guarantee by the Chairman of the Committee of 300 those

deposits that guaranteed by the nations that never been signed by their State Leaders: both agreed to

Clear the First Party, those above mentioned Authorized Party and the People of the Philippine Islands

from different Criminal Offenses and Prosecution as said Holy Wealth that were been used by the

World were Identified as Holy Wealth of the Holy Father in Heaven that intended for the People of the

Philippine Islands (and the World): both parties agreed to Clear this Instrument and other related

instruments upon record in any Foreign Agencies in the Philippine Islands and finally both parties

agreed to Authorize the First Party to Notarize this instrument and other related instruments for the Full

Official Power of Validity and Legitimacy of this instrument and other instruments and further agreed

to Assign, Authorize and Transfer the Notary Power of the First Party to any of the above named

Authorized Parties without dry and/or ink seal of the First Party and other parties and/or thumb prints

of per signatories herein. And both agreed not to Investigate, Plead into Court and/or Prosecute against

this instrument and other related instrument upon receipt of this instrument by any Authorized Parties

and record of this instrument to any Foreign Agencies in the Philippine Islands as this instrument and

other related instruments were reconsidered as Holy Warranted Instruments.

(8.) That both parties agreed to Reluctantly Welcome. Declare, Recognize, Reconfirm, Recertify and

Reconsider, at all cost, force and effect, the Fullest, General, Ultimate and infinite Validity and

Authenticity of this instrument and other related Instruments without further oppositions, negative

pleads and other negative means and terms and without prosecution, investigation and inquiry as all

Concurred Second Parties were agreed to Approve and Acknowledge the Authenticity and Validity of

this Instrument and other related instruments, either, it is Original or Duplicate Copies. And all parties

are hereby Certify all above contents were Unopposed True and Correct in all means, terms, intent and

knowledge.

In faith and witness whereof, we hereinto signed this agreement on January 10, 1980 at the United

Nation Headquarters, New York, USA
