(It has been narrated) from Ja’farasws Bin Muhammadasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from hisasws grandfatherasws Aliasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘When it will be the Day of Judgment, the Bridge would be established upon the edge of Hell, so none shall cross it except for the one with whom would be a clearance with the Wilayah of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’’.1

Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Isaww am hoping for mysaww community regarding the love of Aliasws just as Isaww am hoping regarding the words ‘There is no god except Allahazwj’.

And from, from his father, from his grandfather, from Muhammad Bin Al Qasim Al Farsy, from Muhammad Bin Abu Bakr Yahya Bin Zakariyya Al Deyrouziny, from Ahmad Bin Yaqoub Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Yaqoub Bin Yusuf Bin Aasim, from Abdullah Bin Al Hassan Bin Al Hakam and Al Husayn Al Ansary, from Ali Bin Al Hassan, from Al Amsh, from Ibrahim Bin Alqama and Al Aswad who both said,

عز و جل أكرمك بنبيك حي لك أتينا أبا أيوب النصاري فقلنا يا أبا أيوب إن لل عز و جل ف يلة من لل يا لك ف ث كان بها فأخبرنا عن مخرجك مع علي تقاتل أ هل ل إله إل لل

‘We went over to Abu Ayoub Al-Ansary and we said, ‘O Abu Ayoub! Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Honoured you with your Prophetsaww when hesaww was a guest of yours, being a merit from Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Gracing you with it. So inform us about your going out along with Aliasws to fight the people of ‘There is no god except for Allahazwj’.

ص مني في البيت عز و جل لقد كان رسول لل ي أنتم معي فيه و ما في البيت غير الذ فقال أبو أيوب فإني أقسم لكم بالل معي و علي جالس عن يمينه و أنا جالس عن يساره و أنس بن مالك قائم بين يا رسول لل ك الباب فقال رسول لل يديه إذ حر

يب أنس انظر من ار الط ص افتح لعم ار بن ياسر فقال رسول لل بالباب فخرج أنس فنظر فإذا هو عم

So Abu Ayoub said, ‘I hereby swear to you all by Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, it was so that Rasool-Allahsaww was with me in the house which you are with me (at the moment), and there wasn’t in the house apart from Rasool-Allahsaww with me, and Aliasws was seated on hissaww right and I was seated on hissaww left, and Anas Bin Malik was standing in front of himsaww, when the door was knocked upon. So Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘O Anas! Look who is at the door’. So Anas went out and looked, and it was Ammar Bin Yasser. Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Open for Ammar, the good (one)’.

ا فإن سلك الناس كلهم واديا و سلك علي واديا فاسلك وادي علي و خل عن الناس يا عم ك عن هدى و ل يدلك ار إن علي ل يرد عز و جل. ار طاعة علي طاعتي و طاعتي طاعة لل على ردى يا عم

So Ammar entered and greeted upon Rasool-Allahsaww and hesaww welcomed him, then said to him: ‘O Ammar! There will happen to be flaws in mysaww community after mesaww until the swords will clash with regards to what is between them to the extent that they would kill each other, and to the extent that they would disavow from each other. So when you see that, upon you would be with this short-haired one on mysaww right, meaning Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. Thus, if the people, all of them were to travel in a valley and Aliasws travels in a (another) valley, so travel the valley of Aliasws and isolate from the people. O Ammar! Aliasws will not repel you from guidance nor will heasws point

you upon an annihilation. O Ammar! Obedience to Aliasws is obedience to mesaww, and obedience to mesaww is the obedience to Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic’.3

بن كثير قال:

And by this chain, from Muhammad Bin Al Qasim Al Farsy, from Abu Umar Muhammad Bin Al Hassan Al Asady the Isfahany judge, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Ali Al Asfarany, from Muhammad Bin Yusuf Bin Rashid Al Kufy, from his father, from Ali Bin Qadim, from Ata’a Bin Muslim, from Yahya Bin Kaseer who said,

عز و جل قال قلت فأي عمل [ في المنام فقلت إلى ما صرت يا أبا ع رأيت زيدا اليامي ]اليامي حمن قال إلى رحمة لل بد الرلة و حب علي بن أبي طالب ع. ل قال الص وجدت أف

‘I saw Zayd Al-Ayamy (Al-Yamany) in the dream and I said, ‘To what have you become, O Abu Abdul Rahman?’ He said, ‘To the Mercy of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic’. I said, ‘So which deed did you find to be the most superior?’ He said, ‘The Salat and the love of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’’.4

And by this chain, from Muhammad Al Farsy, from Abu Zakariyya Al Dabeyri, from Abu Turab, from Abu Al Azhar Ahmad Bin Al Azhar, from Abdul Razzaq, from Al Bureyri, from Ubeydullah Bin Abdullah, from Ibn Abbas,

د في الخرة طوبى لمن أحبك و ويل لم أن النبي ص نظر إ نيا و سي د في الد ك من بعدي.لى علي فقال يا علي أنت سي ن أب

‘The Prophetsaww looked at Aliasws and hesaww said: ‘O Aliasws! Youasws are the chief in the world and the chief in the Hereafter. Beatitude is for the one who loves youasws and woe is for the one who hates youasws from after mesaww’’.5

And by him, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Al Husayn Bin Musa, from Muhammad Bin Ali, from his uncle Muhammad Bin Abu Al Qasim, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah Al Barqy, from his father, from Khalid Bin Hammad Al Asady, from Abu Al Hassan Al Abdy, from Al Amsh, from Abaya Bin Rabi’e, from Abdullah Bin Abbas who said,

Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Allahazwj the Exalted Graced mesaww with the Prophet-hood and Graced Aliasws with the Imamate, and Commanded mesaww that Isaww marry himasws to mysaww daughterasws. Thus, heasws is the fatherasws of mysaww (grand) children, and washer of mysaww body (for funeral), and fulfiller of mysaww debts, and hisasws friend is mysaww friend, and hisasws enemy is mysaww enemy’’.6

]قول النبى )ص( لعلي إنك ألفضل الخليقة بعدي و أنت وصيي و إمام أمتي من أطاعك أطاعني.[

The words of the Prophetsaww to Aliasws: ‘Youasws are the most superior

of the creation after mesaww and youasws are mysaww successorasws and

Imamasws of mysaww community. The one who obeys youasws has

obeyed mesaww’.

From Aliasws Bin Al-Husaynasws having said: ‘Iasws heard myasws fatherasws narrating from hisasws father Aliasws, from the Prophetsaww that hesaww said: ‘O Aliasws! By the Oneazwj Whom Split the seed and Formed the person! Youasws are the most superior of the creation after mesaww. O Aliasws! Youasws are mysaww successorasws and Imamasws of mysaww community. The one who obeys youasws has obeyed mesaww and the one who disobeys youasws has disobeyed mesaww’’.7

‘I saw Hassan paused at Mina, and the Prophetsaww (and hissaww companions) had gathered. So the Prophetsaww said: ‘Group of people! This is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, chief of the Arabs and the greatest successorasws. Hisazwj status from mesaww is the status of Harounas from Musaas except that there would be no Prophetas after mesaww. The repentance would not be Accepted from a repentant except with having hisasws love. O Hassan! Say something regarding usasws’.

فأنشأ يقول:

وبة من تائب ل تقبل الت

إل بحب ابن أبي طالب

بل صهره أخو رسول لل

احب هر ل يعدل بالص و الص

و من يكن مثل علي و قد

رب ت له الشمس من الم رد

وئها ت عليه الشمس في رد

رب بيا كأن الشمس لم ت

So he recited a poem, ‘The repentance would not be accepted from a repentant except by having the love of the sonasws of Abu Talibas, brother of Rasool-Allahsaww, but (also) hissaww son-in-law, and the son-in-law cannot be equated with the companion. And who can be like Aliasws, and the sun returned for himasws from the west. And the sun returned upon himasws regarding its white illumination as if the sun had not set (at all)’.8

From Aliasws having said: ‘Iasws went over to Rasool-Allahsaww and in hissaww presence were Abu Bakr and Umar and Ayesha. So Iasws sat between them, and Ayesha said, ‘Youasws did not find a place apart from this?’ So Rasool-Allahsaww struck her thigh and said: ‘Do not hurt mesaww regarding mysaww brother, for heasws is the chief of the Muslims and Imamasws of the pious, and guide of the resplendent. Allahazwj would Sit himasws on the Day of Judgment upon the Bridge, and heasws would enter hisasws friends into the Paradise and hisasws enemies into the Fire’.9

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one whose Master Isaww was, so Aliasws is his Master, and Aliasws is the Guardian of the ones whose Guardian Isaww was’’.10

And by him who said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Al Husayn Bin Abu Al Tayyib Bin Saeed, from Ahmad Bin Abu Al Qasim Al Hashimy, from Isa, from Faraj Bin Farwa, from Mas’ada Bin Sadaqa, from Salih Bin Maysam, from his father who said,

‘While I was in the market, Asbagh Bin Nubata came to me and he said, ‘Woe be to you, O Maysam! I have heard a Hadeeth from Amir Al-Momineen Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws which is intensely difficult, so where can we happen to be like that? I heard himasws saying: ‘Ourasws Ahadeeth, of the People of the Household are difficult, becoming more difficult. None can bear it except for an Angel of Proximity, or a Mursil12 Prophetas, or a servant whose heart Allahazwj has Tested for the Eman’.

ا ع فقلت يا أمير المؤمنين حديث أخبرني به الصبغ بن نب قت به ذرعا قال و ما فقمت من فوري فأتيت علي اتة عنك فقد م ثم قال اجلس يا ميثم أ و كل علم يحتمله عالم هو؟ قال فأخبرته قال فتبس

So I immediately stood up and went over to Aliasws and I said, ‘O Amir Al Momineenasws! A Hadeeth which Al-Asbagh Bin Nubata informed me with, (reporting) from youasws, So I am constricted by it, and I am uneasy’. Heasws said: ‘And what is it?’ So I informed himasws, and heasws smiled, then said: ‘Be seated, O Maysam! Or, is every knowledge borne by a scholar?’

ة قالوا أ تجعل فيها تعالى قال للملئكة إني جاعل في الرض خلي ماء و نحن نسبح بحمدك و إن لل ك الد سد فيها و يس من يس لك قال إني أعلم ما ل تعلمون أعظم من ذلك نقد فهل رأيت الملئكة احتملوا العلم قالت قلت هذه و لل

Allahazwj the Exalted Said to the Angels [2:30] I am going to Make a Caliph in the earth, they said: Are You going to Make in it one as shall make mischief therein and shed the blood, and we Glorify with Your Praise and extol Your Holiness? He said: I know what you are not knowing. So, do you see that the Angels were (not) bearing the knowledge?’ I said, ‘By Allahazwj! This is greater than that’.

Heasws said: ‘And another is Musaas. Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Revealed the Torah unto himas, so heas thought that there is no one more knowledgeable than himas. But, Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Informed: “There is someone among Myazwj creatures who is more knowledgeable than youas”, and that is because Heazwj Feared the self-conceitedness upon Hisazwj Prophetas. So heas called upon hisas Lordazwj himas to the scholar. So Allahazwj Gathered himas with Al Khizras. He (Al-Khizras) punctured the ship, and Musaas could not bear that. And heas killed the boy and Musaas could not bear that. And heas straightened the wall, and heas could not bear it.

And as for the Momineen, so our Prophetsaww grabbed measws by myasws hand on the Day of Ghadeer khumm and hesaww said: ‘O Allahazwj! The one whose Master Isaww was, so Aliasws is his Master’. So, do you see them bearing that, except for the one whom

Allahazwj Rescued from them? Therefore, receive glad tidings, then receive glad tidings (again), for Allahazwj has Particularised you all with what Heazwj did not Particularise the Angels with, and the Prophetsas, and the Mursilsas with regards to what you are bearing from the orders to Rasool-Allahsaww and hissaww knowledge’’.13

And by him, from Muhammad Al Farsy, from Abu Al Husayn Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Al Habramy, from Ateeq Bin Muhammad Al Madany, from Is’haq Bin Bishr, from Abdul Rahman Bin Qasbat Bin Zueyb, from his father, from Ibn Abbas who said,

صقال رس ه فإن ال ول لل عز و جل علي بن أبي طالب أل من أحبني فليحب تي بكتاب لل ى أم عبد ل ينال وليتي إل : أق بحب علي بن أبي طالب ع.

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The most judging of mysaww community with the Book of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. Indeed! The one who loves measws, so let him love himasws, for the servant cannot attain mysaww Wilayah except by having the love of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’’.14

From Ja’farasws Bin Muhammadasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from Aliasws Bin Al-Husaynasws, from (Syeda) Fatima Al-Sugraas, from Al-Husayn Bin Aliasws, from hisasws motherasws (Syeda) Fatimaasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww came out to us on the evening of Arafaat (and) said: ‘Allahazwj the Exalted Boasted to the Angels with you all, so Heazwj Forgave you all generally and Forgave for Aliasws in particular, and Isaww am Rasoolsaww of Allahazwj to you all apart from that Isaww am afraid of mysaww people and mysaww companions for mysaww near-relatives. This here is Jibraeelas informing mesaww that the most fortunate of all, the truly fortunate is the one who loves Aliasws during mysaww lifetime and after mysaww passing away’’.15

And by him, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Al Husayn Bin Musa, from Muhammad Bin Saeed, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Al Kufy, from Musa Bin Imran Al Nakhai’e, from his uncle Al Husayn Bin Yazeed Al Nowfaly, from Ali Bin Salim, from his father, from Sabit Bin Abu Safiyya, from Saeed bin Jubeyr, from Ibn Abbas who said,

ص ا بعدي و ليوال أولياءه و ليع قال رسول لل له الخير كله فليوال علي ه أن يجمع لل اد أعداءه.: من سر

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one whom it joys that Allahazwj should Gather for him the goodness, all of it, so let him befriend Aliasws after mesaww, and befriend hisasws friends and let him be inimical to hisasws enemies’’.16

The recommendation of the love of Aliasws and Al-Abbas

And by him, said, ‘It was informed to us by Abu Abdullah Al Husayn Bin Ali Bin Ja’far Al Razy, from Abdullah Bin Muhammad Bin Hayyan, from Batar Bin Ahmad Al Qatan, from Abdullah Bin Umar Bin Aban, from Shuayb Bin Ibrahim Al Tameemy, from Sayf Bin Umar, from Aban Bin Is’hzq Al Asady, from Al Sabbah Bin Muhammad, from Abu Hazim, from Abu Saeed Al Khudry who said,

ص ظهما لي قال رسول لل نورا : أوصيكم بهذين خيرا و أشار إلى علي و العباس ل يكف عنهما أحد و ل يح إل أعطاه لل يرد به علي يوم القيامة.

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Isaww recommend you of being good to these two’, and hesaww indicated to Aliasws and Al-Abbas – ‘No one would refrain (others) from them, nor protect them for mesaww, except Allahazwj would Give him a Light he can return by it to mesaww on the Day of Judgment’’.17

And by him, said, ‘It was informed to us by Abu Sahl Muhammad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Ahmad Bin Mansour, from Muhammad Bin Dinar, from Humeyd Bin Hilal Al Khallal Al Kufy, from Al Husayn Bin Ali Bin Abdullah from Abdul Razzaq, from his father, from Meyna, a slave of Abdul Rahman Bin Awf who said,

‘Shall I narrate a Hadeeth to you before you are contaminated with the false Ahadeeth? It is so that Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Isaww am a tree, and (Syeda) Fatimaasws and Aliasws are its branches, and Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws are its fruits, and theirasws companions from mysaww community are its leaves, and wherever the roots of the tree grow, so would its branches in the Garden of Eden, by the Oneazwj Who Sent mesaww with the Truth’’.18

From his fatherasws Aliasws Bin Al-Husayn Bin Aliasws, from hisasws fatherasws Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘O Aliasws! The one who loves mesaww and loves youasws and loves the Imamsasws from yourasws children, so let him Praise Allahazwj upon the goodness of his birth, for none would love usasws except the one whose birth is good, nor hate usasws except the one who birth is wicked’’.19

And by him, said, ‘It was narrated us by Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Al Husayn Bin Musa, from Ali Bin Abdullah Al Warraq, from Sa’ad Bin Abdullah Bin Abu Khalaf, from Al Haysam Bin Abu Masrouq, from Al Husayn Bin Ulwan, from Imran Bin Khalid, from Sa’ad Bin Tareyf, from Al Asbagh Bin Nubata who said,

‘Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws said: ‘Iasws heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying: ‘Isaww am the chief of the children of Adamas, and youasws, O Aliasws, and the Imamsasws from after youasws are the chiefs of mysaww community. The one who loves usasws so he has loved Allahazwj, and the one who hates usasws so he has hated Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and the one who befriends usasws so he has befriended Allahazwj and the one who is inimical to usasws

so he has been inimical to Allahazwj, and the one who obeys usasws so he has obeyed Allahazwj, and the one who disobeys usasws so he has disobeyed Allahazwj’’.20

Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Isaww bequeath to the one who believes in mesaww and ratifies mesaww with the Wilayah of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. The one who befriends himasws so he has befriended Allahazwj, and the one who loves himasws so he has loved mesaww, and the one who loves mesaww so he has loved Allahazwj, and the one who hates himasws so he has hated mesaww, and the one who hates mesaww so he has hated Allahazwj the Exalted’’.21

From Abu Ja’far Al-Baqirasws, from Abu Barzat, from the Prophetsaww having said: ‘Allahazwj the Exalted Covenanted to mesaww regarding Aliasws’. So I said, ‘O Prophetsaww of Allahsaww! Explain it to me’. Hesaww said: ‘Heazwj, Majestic is Hisazwj Majesty Said to mesaww: “Listen!” Isaww said: ‘Isaww am listening’. Heazwj Said: “Aliasws is the Flag of Guidance, and the Imamasws of Myazwj friends, and the Light of the ones who obey Meazwj, and heasws is the Word which the pious are necessitating. The one who loves himasws loves Meazwj and the one who obeys himasws obeys Meazwj”’.22

From Abu Ja’far Al-Baqirasws having said: ‘When Allahazwj the Exalted Ascended Hisazwj Prophetsaww, Said to himsaww: “O Muhammadsaww! Youasws have spent yoursaww Prophet-hood and yoursaww term (life-span) is to be cut. So who is there for yoursaww for yoursaww community from after yousaww?’ Isaww said: ‘O Lordazwj! Isaww have scrutinised Yourazwj creatures but Isaww could not find any one more intensely loving to mesaww than Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’. Heazwj Said: “O Muhammadsaww! So deliver to himasws that heasws is the peak of the Guidance and the Imamasws of Myazwj friends and the Light for the ones who obey Meazwj”’.23

‘I heard Aliasws saying: ‘By the Oneazwj Who Splits the seed and forms the person! It is so that the Ummy Prophetsaww covenanted to measws: ‘None would love youasws except for a Momin, nor would hate youasws except for a hypocrite’, and even if Iasws were to strike the nose of the Momineen with this sword of mineasws, they would not hate measws, ever; and if Iasws were to give the hypocrites like this and like this, they would not love measws, ever!’’24

‘I heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying: ‘There will happen to be strife after mesaww, so when it would be that, necessitate Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, for heasws is the first oneasws who would see mesaww, and the first oneasws who would shake mysaww hand on the Day of Judgment, and heasws is the Great Truthful, and heasws is the differentiator of this community, differentiating between the Truth and the falsehood, and heasws is the leader of the Momineen, whereas - the wealth is the leader of the hypocrites’’.25

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one whom it joys that he lives mysaww life and dies mysaww passing away, and settles in the Garden of Eden, so let him befriend Aliasws from after mesaww, and let him be guided by the Peopleasws of mysaww Household, for theyasws are mysaww family, having been Created from mysaww clay and have been Graced mysaww understanding and mysaww knowledge. So woe be unto the beliers from mysaww community of theirasws merits, the ones from them cutting off mysaww relationship. Allahazwj will not let them attain mysaww intercession’.26

‘I heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying: ‘For Allahazwj there are pillars of red rubies interlaced with the foundations of the Throne. None shall attain these except for Aliasws and hisasws Shias’’.27

From (Syeda) Fatimaasws, from Umm Salmaas having said, ‘It was myas night from Rasool-Allahsaww and hesaww was with meas, and (Syeda) Fatimaasws came over and Aliasws came after herasws. So Rasool-Allahsaww said to himasws: ‘Receive glad tidings! Youasws and yourasws companions would be in the Paradise. Receive glad tidings, O Aliasws! Youasws and yourasws Shias would be in the Paradise’’. The Hadeeth is complete.28

Group of people! Your Lordazwj, Allahazwj the Exalted Commanded mesaww that Iasws establish Aliasws for you all as a flag, and an Imamasws, and a Caliph, and a successor, and that Isaww take himasws as a brother and a Vizier.

اعي إلى ربي و هو صالح المؤمنين ا باب الهدى بعدي و الد و عمل معاشر الناس إن علي ن دعا إلى لل و من أحسن قول مم و قال إنني من المسلمين صالحا

Group of people! Aliasws is the door of Guidance after mesaww, and the caller to mysaww Lordazwj, and heasws is the reconciler of the Momineen, [41:33] And who speaks better than he who calls to Allah and does good deeds, and says: I am from the submitters.

Group of people! Aliasws is the truthful one of this community and its differentiator, and its narrator. Heasws is its Harounas, and its Yoshuaas, and its Aasifas, and its Shamounas. Heasws is its door of Hitta, and the ship of its salvation. Heasws is its Talout, and its Zul Qarnayn.

Group of people! Heasws is the Trial of the human beings, and the great Divine Authority, and the great Sign, and the Imamasws of the people of the world, and the firmest handle.

Group of people! Aliasws is with the Truth and the Truth is with Aliasws, and Aliasws is its tongue.

ار ولي له و ل ينجو منها عدو له إن ار ل يدخل الن ا قسيم الن ة ل يدخلها عدو معاشر الناس إن علي له و ل يزحزح ه قسيم الجن عنها ولي له

Group of the people! Aliasws is the distributor of the Fire. Heasws will not let enter into the Fire, a friend of hisasws, nor will heasws rescue from it an enemy of hisasws. Heasws is the distributor of the Paradise. Heasws will not enter into it and enemy of hisasws not will heasws extract from it a friend of hisasws.

Group of my companions! Isaww have advised to you all and delivered to you the Message of mysaww Lordazwj. But, you will not be loving the advisers (Imamsasws). Isaww

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Wilayah of Aliasws Ibn Abu Talibasws is the Wilayah of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and having hisasws love is worship of Allahazwj, and following himasws is an Obligation, and hisasws friends are the friends of Allahazwj and hisasws enemies are the enemies of Allahazwj, and hisasws war is the war of Allahazwj, and hisasws peace is the peace of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic’’.30

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘A man will not be believing until he loves the Peopleasws of mysaww Household, and until he leaves the bitter disputes and (even though) he is right’. So Umar Ibn Al-Khattab said, ‘What is the sign of the love of the Peopleasws of yoursaww Household?’ Hesaww said: ‘This one!’ – and hesaww struck Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws with hissaww hand’.31

Allahazwj the Exalted Conveys the Greetings to yousaww and is Saying to yousaww: “Give glad tidings to yourasws brother Aliasws that Iazwj will not Punish the one who befriends himasws nor would Iazwj be Merciful to the one who is inimical to himasws’’.32

‘I went over to Amir Al-Momineen Aliasws after the calmness of the night and heasws said: ‘What has brought you, O Awr?’ I said, ‘Yourasws love O Amir Al-Momineenasws!’ Heasws said: ‘Allahazwj is the One Who, there is no god except for Himazwj’, and repeated it thrice, and said: ‘But, you shall be seeing measws in three places – at the Fountain, and when you (your soul) reaches over here’ – and heasws indicate turning to hisasws throat’ – ‘and at the Bridge’’.33

‘I went out generally among the free people and there was a gathering of the people, so I said, ‘What is this group?’ It was said, ‘He is Abu Saeed Al-Khudry’. So I ended up to him and said to him, ‘Narrate to me regarding Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’. So Abu Saeed said, ‘Rasool-Allahsaww sent a caller to call out, ‘The one who says ‘There is no god except for Allahazwj would enter the Paradise!’ And Umar Bin Al-Khattab faced the caller and asked him, ‘Is it for the general (public) or special (people only)?’

ص و قال أمرتني أن أنادي في الناس و أن عمر استقب رب قال فرجع المنادي إلى رسول لل لني فقال أ عام هو أم خاص ف بيده على منكب علي بن أبي طالب ع فقال هي لهذا و شيعته. رسول لل

He (the narrator) said, ‘So the caller returned to Rasool-Allahsaww and said, ‘Yousaww ordered me that I call out among the people, and Umar Bin Al-Khattab faced me and he said, ‘Is it for the generality (of the people) or is it for special (people only)?’ So Rasool-Allahsaww struck hissaww hand upon the shoulder of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws and hesaww said: ‘It is for this one and hisasws Shias’’.35

‘When Aliasws proceeded to Rasool-Allahazwj at the victory of Khyber, Rasool-Allahsaww said to himasws: ‘By Allahazwj! Had it not been that a section from mysaww community would be saying about youasws what the Christians are saying for the Messiah Isaas Ibn Maryamas, Isaww would have said today regarding youasws such words that youasws would not pass by an assembly except they would have taken the dust from under yourasws feet and would seek to be healed by it.

But, it suffices for youasws that youasws happen to be from mesaww and Isaww am from youasws. Youasws give preference to mesaww and Isaww give preference to youasws, and youasws are from mesaww at the status of Harounas from Musaas except that there is no Prophetas after mesaww, and that youasws shall clear mysaww responsibilities and youasws would fight upon mysaww Sunnah.

And that tomorrow youasws will be at the Fountain being mysaww Caliph, and youasws would be the first one to return to mesaww at the Fountain, and youasws would be the first one to be Robed (Divine Outfit for the Paradise) with mesaww, and youasws would be the first one from mysaww community to enter the Paradise with mesaww, and that yourasws Shias would be upon pulpits of Light, their faces radiating around mesaww. Isaww shall intercede for them and they would happen to be in the Paradise tomorrow as mysaww neighbours.

ي و علنيتك علنيتي و أن سريرة صدر ك بر ك كسريرة صدري و أن ولدك ولدي و أن حربك حربي و سلمك سلمي و أن بر و بين عينيك و أنت تنجز عداتي و أن الحق معك و على لسانك و قلبك

And that yourasws war is mysaww war and yourasws peace is mysaww peace, and that yourasws righteous act is mysaww righteous act and your public act is mysaww public act, and that the secret in yourasws chest is like the secret in mysaww chest, and that yourasws children are mysaww children, and that you would be accomplishing mysaww promises, and that the truth is with youasws and upon yourasws tongue and yourasws heart and in front of yourasws eyes.

يب عنه محب ل اليمان مخالط لحمك و ض لك و لن ي ه لن يرد علي الحوض مب ك حتى دمك كما خالط لحمي و دمي و أن يرد الحوض معك

The Eman is blended in yourasws flesh and yourasws blood just as it is blended to mysaww flesh and mysaww blood, and it is so that he will never return to mesaww, one who is hateful to youasws, and he will never be absent from it, the one who loves youasws until he returns to the Fountain along with youasws’’.

بيين و قال فخر علي ع ساجدا و ق ة خاتم الن بني إلى خير البري الذي أنعم علي بالسلم و حب د المرسلين إحسانا ال الحمد لل سيل منه علي فقال النبي ص لو ل أنت لم يعرف المؤمنون ب عدي.و ف

He (the narrator) said, ‘So Aliasws fell in prostration and said: ‘The Praise is for Allahazwj Who Favoured upon measws with Al-Islam and Endeared measws to the best of the created beings, the seal of the Prophetsas and chief of the Mursilsas, a Favour and a Grace from Himazwj upon measws!’ So the Prophetsaww said: ‘Had it not been for youasws, the Momineen would not have been recognised after mesaww’’.36

‘Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws said one day upon the pulpit of Al-Kufa: ‘Iasws am the chief of the succesorsas and the successorasws of the chief of the Mursilsas, and Iasws am the Imamasws of the pious, and the Master of the Momineen, and guide of the pious, and husband of the chieftess of the women of the worlds. Iasws am the wearer of the ring on the right hand, and the humble of the forehead. Iasws am the one who emigrated with two emigrations, and Iasws have pledged allegiance with two allegiances. Iasws am the master of Badr and Hunayn, and Iasws am striker of the two swords, and the attacker upon two horses.

And Iasws am the inheritor of the knowledge of the formers ones and the latter ones, and Iasws am the Divine Authority of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic upon the worlds after the Prophetssaww and the Mursilsas, and Muhammadsaww Bin Abdullahasws is the last of the Prophets. And Rasool-Allahsaww has frequently said to measws: ‘O Aliasws! (Having) yourasws love is piety and (having) yourasws hatred is disbelief and hypocrisy, and Isaww am the house of wisdom and youasws are its key. And he has lied, the one who claims that he loves mesaww but he hates youasws’’.37

‘We went out with the Prophetsaww and hesaww had invited us to a meal, and Al-Hassanasws was playing there in the road. So the Prophetsaww hastened in front of the people, then extended hissaww hand and went on passing over here at times and at times passing over there, making himasws laugh until hesaww grabbed himasws, and made one of hissaww hand to be in his chin and the other on between hisasws head. Then hesaww hugged himasws and kissed himasws.

Then Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Hassanasws is from mesaww and Isaww am from himasws. Allahazwj Loves the one who loves himasws. Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws are two grandsons from the (Elite) parents’.38

(It has been narrated) from Muhammad son of Ja’farasws, from hisasws grandgatherasws that Jibraeelas descended unto Rasool-Allahsaww and heas said: ‘O Muhammadsaww! Allahazwj Blessed and High Commands yousaww that yousaww love Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, for Allahazwj the Exalted Loves Aliasws and Loves the one who loves himasws’.

So he said, ‘And who would hate Aliasws?’ So Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one who carries the people upon hisasws enmity’.39

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘I bequeath to the one who believes in mesaww and ratifies mesaww, with the Wilayah of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws; and the one who befriends himasws so he has befriended mesaww, and the one who befriends mesaww so he has befriended Allahazwj; and the one who loves himasws so he has loved mesaww and the one who loves mesaww so he has loved Allahazwj; and the one who hates himasws so he has hated mesaww, and the one who hates mesaww so he has hated Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic’’.40

And by the chain, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Al Fazl Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Ali Al Sijistany Al Marouzy, from Ahmad Bin Ubeydullah Bin Dawood, from Ismail Bin Bishr Al Balkhy, from Ahmad Bin Yaqoub, from Muhamad Bin Khalid Bin Suleyman Al Hawany, from Abdul Razzaq, from his father, from Ibn Abbas who said,

‘I heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying: ‘For Allahazwj there are pillars of red rubies interlaced with the foundations of the Throne. None can attain these except for Aliasws and hisasws Shias’’.41

From Muhammadasws Bin Aliasws Bin Musa Al-Rezaasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from hisasws grandfatherasws, from hisasws fatherasws Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Allahazwj Created Al-Islam and Made a land for it, and Made a light for it, and Made a fortress for it, and Made helpers for it. So, as for its land, so it is the Quran, and as for its light, so it is the wisdom, and as for its fortress, it is the good works, and as for its helpers, so it is Isaww and the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and ourasws Shias’’.

Therefore, love the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and theirasws Shias and theirasws helpers, for it is so that when Isaww was ascended with to the sky, Jibraeelas introduced mesaww to the inhabitants of the sky, and Allahazwj Deposited mysaww love and the love of the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and theirasws Shias into the hearts of the Angels. Thus it is an entrustment with them up to the Day of Judgment.

Then Isaww was descended with to the earth and Jibraeelas introduced mesaww to the inhabitants of the earth, and Allahazwj Deposited mysaww love and the love of the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and theirasws Shias into the hearts of the inhabitants of the earth. Thus, the Momineen of mysaww community would be preserving mysaww entrustment regarding the Peopleasws of mysaww Household up to the Day of Judgment.

And if a man from mysaww community were to worship Allahazwj the Exalted for the (unlimited) number of the days of the world, then meets Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic as hating the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and theirasws Shias, Allahazwj would not Ignite his heart except upon hypocrisy’’.42

And by the chain, said, ‘It was informed to us by Abu Al Husayn Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abbad Al Razy, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad Al Madainy, from Jabir Bin Abdullah Al Ansary,

From Muhammadasws Bin Ali Zayn Al-Abideenasws. A man came over to himasws and he said, ‘Inform me with a Hadeeth regarding you (Imamsasws) in particular’. Heasws said: ‘Yes. Weasws are the treasurers of the Knowledge of Allahazwj, and its inheritors of the Revelation of Allahazwj, and bearers of the Book of Allahazwj. Obedience to usasws is an Obligation, and love for usasws is Eman, and hatred for usasws is hypocrisy. Those that love usasws would be in the Paradise and those that hate usasws would be in the Fire.

ل فإذا لى بالعليا فأين خلقنا و رب الكعبة من طينة عذب لم يخلق منها سوانا و خلق محبونا من أس كان يوم القيامة ألحقت السه ه و أين ترى نبي عل بنبي ي يهم و شيعتهم كل إلى جنان رب العالمين ترى لل علون بمحب عل بولده و أين ترى ولده ي .ي

Weasws were Created, by the Lordazwj of the Kabah, from the sweet clay. None have been Created from it besides usasws; and those that love usasws have been Created from (a clay) lower (than that). So when it will be the Day of Judgment, the lower would be

joined with the higher. Therefore, where do you see Allahazwj Dealing with Hisazwj Prophetsaww, and where do you see Hisazwj Prophetsaww dealing with hissaww children, and where do you see hissaww children dealing with those that love themasws and theirasws Shias? Allahazwj of them would be in the Gardens of the Lordazwj of the worlds’’.43

And by the chain, said, ‘It was informed to us by Abu Sahl Bishr Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Aamir, from Aasim Bin Yusuf, from Muhammad Bin Ayoub Al Kilaby, from Umar Bin Suleyman and Abu Al Rabi’e Al A’arajy, from Abdullah Bin Imran, from ali Bin Zayd, from Saeed Bin Al Musayyab, from Zayb Bin Sabit who said,

ص له المن و اليمان ما طلعت شمس و ما غربت و : من أحب قال رسول لل ه علي ا في حياته و بعد موته كتب لل من أبة و حوسب بما عمل. في حياته و بعد موته مات ميتة جاهلي

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one who loves Aliasws during hisasws lifetime and after hisasws passing away, Allahazwj would Write for him the security and the Eman (from) what the sun emerges and what is sets (upon); and the one who hates himasws during hisasws lifetime and after hisasws passing away, would die a death of the Pre-Islamic period, and would be Brought to account for what he has done’’.44

And by the chain, said, ‘It was informed to us by Al Al Hassan Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Abbad Al Razy, from Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Ahmad Al Razy, the jurist, from Muhammad Bin Al Al Khattab, from Aqeel, from Muhammad Bin Bundar, from Al Hassan Bin arfajat, from Wakie, from Shafeen, from Ibn Al Yaqzan, from Zazan, from Ibn Umar who said,

ثني النبي لين و الخرين نادى حد الو ق قال: إذا كان يوم القيامة و جمع لل ادق المصد مناد بصوت يسمع به البعيد و هو الصا حسابا يسيرا و يكسى حلتين فيؤتى بعلي بن أبي طالب فيحاسبه كما يسمع به القريب أين علي بن أبي طالب أين علي الر

جرة و هي شجرة طوبى فيقال له قف على الحوض فاسق من ش راوين و يعطى عصاه من الش ئت و امنع من شئت.خ

‘The Prophetsaww narrated to me, and hesaww is the truthful, the ratified, saying: ‘When it will be the Day of Judgment, and Allahazwj Gathers the former ones and the latter ones, a Caller would Call out in a voice to be heard by the remote ones just as it would be heard by the near ones: “Where is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws! Where is Aliasws is contented one?” So they would come with Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, and heasws would be Reckoned with an easy Reckoning, and heasws would be clothed with two green garments and heasws would be given hisasws stick from the tree, and it is the tree of Tooba, and it would

be said to himasws: ‘Pause at the Fountain (and) usher the one whom youasws so desire to and prevent the one whom youasws so desire to’’.45

He said, ‘And by the chain, said, ‘It was informed to us by Abu Bakr Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Yahya Al Farsy, from Abu Bakr Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Yazdad Al Razy, from Abu Salih Al Bazzaz, from Abu Hatim, from Yahya Al Himany, from Yahya Bin Ya’la, from Ammar Bin Zureyk, from Is’haq Bin Ziyad, from Mitraf, from Zayd Bin Arqam who said,

ص قال رسول لل ة الخلد التي وعدني ربي و غرس ق بانها فليتول : من أحب أن يحيا محياي و يموت موتي و يسكن جن علي بن أبي طالب ع.

Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one who loves it that he should live mysaww life and be dying mysaww passing away, and settle in the Eternal Garden which mysaww Lordazwj has Promised mesaww and Planted its sticks, so let him befriend Ali Bin Abu Talibasws’’.47

ما حال علي بن أبي طالب ع فقال النبي ص ص فقال يا رسول لل ني عن علي بن أبي طالب تسأل جاء رجل إلى رسول للر عيناها ياقوت برجد الخ ة قوائمها من الز تان حمراوان سنامها من المسك الذفر يرد يوم القيامة على ناقة من نوق الجن

camel from the she-camels of Paradise. Its legs would be of green aquamarine, its eyes would be of two red rubies, its hump would be of Al-Azfar musk mingled with the waters of Haywaan (a rive in Paradise). Upon it would be two garments of light, being treasured with one and robed with the other.

In hisasws hand would be the Flag of Praise. For it would be four compartments to fill up what is between the sky and the earth. Hamzaas Bin Abdul Muttalibas would be on hisasws right, and Ja’far Al-Tayyarasws on hisasws left, and (Syeda) Fatimaasws from behind himasws, and Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws in between the two of themasws. And a Caller would Call out in the plains of the Day of Judgment: “Where are those who love themasws and where are the haters of this Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws!?” (The one who loves himasws) his book would be in his right hand until he enters the Paradise’’.48

‘There would come a time upon the inhabitants of the Paradise wherein they would be seeing the light of the sun and the moon. They would be saying, ‘Hasn’t our Lordazwj Promised us that we shall not be seeing in it (the Paradise), neither the sun nor the moon?’ So a Caller would Call out: “Your Lordazwj is Truthful to you of Hisazwj Promise. You shall not be seeing therein (in Paradise), neither a sun nor the moon. But, this is a man from the Shias of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws transferring from a room to a (another) room, so this is what shone upon you all from the light of his face’’.49

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The feet of a servant would not move on the Day of Judgment until he is asked about ourasws love of the Peopleasws of the Household’. It was said, ‘O Rasool-Allahsaww! ‘The Prophetsaww looked at Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws and hesaww said: ‘O Aliasws! Youasws are the chief in the world and the chief in the Hereafter. The one who loves youasws, so he has loved mesaww and the one who hates youasws so he has hated mesaww, and the one who loves youasws is beloved to mesaww and mysaww beloved is the Beloved of Allahazwj, and the one who hates youasws is hateful to mesaww, and the one who is hateful to mesaww is Hateful to Allahazwj. Therefore, beatitude is for the one who loves youasws from after mesaww’’.51

From Aliasws Bin Al-Husayn, from his father Al-Husaynasws Bin Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, from the Prophetsaww having said: ‘Allahazwj Necessitated upon you all being obedient to mesaww, and Forbade you from disobeying mesaww, and Obligated upon you the following of mysaww orders, and Necessitated upon you all being obedient to Aliasws from after mesaww whatever Heazwj Necessitated from mysaww obedience, and Forbade you from disobeying himasws what Heazwj Forbade you from disobeying mesaww.

And Made Aliasws as the Emir of the Momineen, mysaww brother, and mysaww Vizier, and mysaww successor, and mysaww inheritor. And heasws is from mesaww and Isaww am from himasws. (Having) hisasws love is Eman and hating himasws is infidelity, and the one who loves himasws is one who loves mesaww, and hisasws hater hates mesaww, and heasws is the Master of the one Isaww am the Master of, and Isaww am the Master of every Muslim male and Muslim female, and Isaww and himasws are two fathers of this community’’.53

And by the chain, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Ja’far Muhammad Bin Ali Bin Al Husayn Bin Musa, from Muhamad Bin Ali Al Alawy, from his uncle Muhammad Abu Al Qasim, from Muhammad Bin Ali Al Kufy, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Sinan Bin Ziyad Bin Al Munzir, from Saeed Bin Jubeyr, from Ibn Abbas who said,

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The adversary to Aliasws after mesaww is an infidel, and the one who (poses) to share hisasws merits is a Polythiest, and the one loving to himasws is a Momin, and the hater to himasws is a hypocrite, and the pursuer of hisasws tracks (Ahadeeth) would catch up, and the rejector upon himasws would be obliterated.

Aliasws is the Light of Allahazwj in Hisazwj Domain and a Divine Authority upon Hisazwj servant. Aliasws is the sword of Allahazwj against Hisazwj enemies and an inheritor of the Knowledge of Hisazwj Prophetsas. Aliasws is the Lofty Word of Allahazwj and the words of Hisazwj enemies are low.

From Abu Ja’far Muhammadasws Bin Aliasws having said: ‘O you people! The Peopleasws of the Household of your Prophetsaww are such that Allahazwj Ennobled themasws by Hisazwj Prestige, and Made themasws keepers of Hisazwj sercrets, and the Entrusted themasws Hisazwj Knowledge. Thus, theyasws are the pillars of Hisazwj Religion, witnesses of Hisazwj Knowledge. Allahazwj Formed themasws before Hisazwj creation, and Shaded themasws beneath Hisazwj Throne, and Chose themasws. So Heazwj Made them (to have the) knowledge of Hisazwj servants, and Pointed them upon Hisazwj Way. Thus, theyasws are the Guided Imamsasws and the guide of the righteous, and the Median Imamsasws.

Preservation is for the ones who seek shelter to themasws and salvation is for the ones who rely upon themasws. Exultation is for the one who befriends themasws and destruction is for the one, who is inimical to themasws, and he would be successful, the one who attaches with themasws. The Message was Revealed regarding themasws, and the Angels

descended upon themasws, and the Trustworthy Spirit blew to themasws, and theyasws have been Given what is not Given to anyone from the universe.

So theyasws are the good branches, and the Blessed tree, and the mine of Knowledge, and the receptacle of the Message, and the interchange of the Angels, and theyasws are the Peopleasws of the Household of the Mercy and the Blessings, and those from whom Allahazwj Kept Away the uncleanness and Purified themasws with a Purification’’.57

(It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far Muhammadasws Bin Aliasws Bin Al-Husaynasws, said, ‘We were seated with himasws and a man recited this Verse [74:38] Every soul is held in pledge for what it earns, [74:39] Except the people of the right hand. So a (another) man said, ‘And who are the people of the right hand?’ Heasws said: ‘The Shias of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’’.58

ائزون يوم القيامة فمن أهان واحدا من ص لعلي ع يا علي شيعتك هم ال هم فقد أهانك و من أهانك فقد أهانني و قال رسول لل من أهانني أ م خالدا فيها و بئس المصير دخله لل نار جهن

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said to Aliasws: ‘O Aliasws! Yourasws Shias, they would be successful on the Day of Judgment. So the one who insults one of them, so he has insulted youasws, and the one who insults youasws so he has insulted mesaww, and the one who insults mesaww, Allahazwj would Enter him into Hell to eternally abide in it, and it is an evil fate.

نا و من يا علي أنت مني و أنا منك روحك من روحي و طينتك من طينتي هم فقد أحب ل طينتنا فمن أحب و شيعتك خلقوا من فنا هم فقد ود نا و من عاداهم فقد عادانا و من ود هم فقد أب أب

O Aliasws! Youasws are from mesaww and Isaww am from youasws. Yourasws soul is from mysaww soul and yourasws clay is from mysaww clay, and yourasws Shias have been created from the remnants of ourasws clays. So the one who loves them, so he has loved usasws, and the one who hates them so he has hated usasws, and the one who is inimical to them so he has been inimical to usasws and the one who is cordial to them so he has been cordial to usasws.

ور لهم على ما كان منهم من ذنوب و عيوب يا علي إن شيعتك م

O Aliasws! Yourasws Shias, it would be Forgiven for them whatever was from them from the sins and the faults.

يع لشيعتك غدا إذ رهم بذلك يا علي أنا الش ا قمت المقام المحمود فبش

O Aliasws! Isaww would be the intercessor for yoursaww Shias tomorrow when Isaww stand at the Place of the Most-Praised One ( المقام المحمود), therefore give them the glad tidings of that.

و حزبك حزب و أولياؤك أولياء لل و أنصارك أنصار لل يا علي شيعتك شيعة لل لل

O Aliasws! Yourasws Shias are the Shias of Allahazwj, and yourasws helpers are the helpers of Allahazwj, and yourasws friends are the friends of Allahazwj.

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Seventy thousand from mysaww community would be entering the Paradise there being no Reckoning upon them’. Then hesaww turned towards Aliasws and hesaww said: ‘They are yourasws Shias and youasws are their Imamasws’’.61

The Shias of Aliasws would be upon pulpits of light and their clothes

would be of light.

So hesaww threw hissaww slipper towards Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws and hesaww said: ‘On the right of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic and on the right of the Throne, there would be a people upon pulpits of light. Their faces would be of light and their clothes would be of light. The visions of the beholders from below them would be blurred’’.

Abu Bakr said, ‘Who would they be, O Rasool-Allahsaww?’ But hesaww was silent. So Al-Zubeyr said, ‘Who would they be, O Rasool-Allahsaww?’ But hesaww was silent. So Abdul Rahman said, ‘Who would they be, O Rasool-Allahsaww?’ But hesaww was silent. So Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws said: ‘Who would they be, O Rasool-Allahsaww?’ So hesaww said: ‘They would be a people who would have gone to war by the devoutness of Allahazwj with there being a lineage, nor wealth. They are yourasws Shias and youasws are their Imamasws, O Aliasws!’’.62

Then Heazwj Looked at it secondly and Heazwj Chose youasws. Youasws are the father of mysaww children, and fulfiller of mysaww debts, and accomplished of mysaww promises made, and tomorrow youasws will be at mysaww Fountain. Beatitude is for the one who loves youasws and woe is for the one who hates youasws’’.63

Heazwj Said: “O Muhammadsaww!” Isaww said: ‘At Yourazwj service mysaww Lordazwj!’ Heazwj Said: “Aliasws is the Imamasws of the pious, and guide of the resplendent, and leader ( يعسوب) of the Momineen”’.66

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘O group of the Emigrants and the Helpers! Shall Isaww point you all upon what if you were to attach with it, you will never go astray after mesaww, ever?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ Hesaww said: ‘This is Aliasws, mysaww brother, and mysaww successor, and mysaww Vizier, and mysaww inheritor, and mysaww Caliph, and your Imamasws. Therefore, love him with mysaww Love, and honour himasws with mysaww honouring, for Jibraeelas instructed mesaww with that, that Isaww should be saying it to you all’’.67

From Ja’farasws Bin Muhammadasws having said: ‘While Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws was upon the pulpit of Al-Kufa, a serpent came over to himasws from the end of the gathering. So the people leapt upon it with their slippers, but Aliasws said to them: ‘Wait! May Allahazwj have Mercy on you, for it is under instructions’. So the people refrained from it, and the serpent came towards Aliasws until it placed its mouth upon an ear of Aliasws. So heasws said to it: ‘Whatever Allahazwj so Desire, Iasws shall be saying’.

Then the serpent descended and Aliasws followed it. So the people said, ‘O Amir Al-Momineenasws! Will youasws inform us with the speech of this serpent?’ So heasws said: ‘Yes. It is a messenger of the Jinn. It said, ‘I am a successor of the Jinn and their messenger to youasws. The Jinn are saying, ‘If only the humans would love youasws like ourasws love for youasws, and be obedient to youasws just like our obedience, Allahazwj would not Punish anyone from the humans with the Fire’’.68

‘The Prophetsaww came with a (cooked) bird, and hesaww said: ‘O Allahazwj! Let there come to mesaww the creature most Beloved to Youazwj’. So Aliasws came, and hesaww said: ‘O Allahazwj! Befriend the one who befriends himasws and be Inimical to the one who is inimical to himasws’’.69

The love of Aliasws descends from the sky upon the person

And by the chain, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Nasr Bin Abdullah Bin Hafs Bin Abdullah Al Qurshy, from Al Ammy, from Hammad Bin Salma, from Ziyad Bin Mikhraq, from Shahr Bin Howshab, from Uqba Bin Aamir who said,

‘I heard Rasool-Allahsaww saying to Aliasws: ‘The (general) public cannot comprehend yourasws love, for yourasws (love) is treasured beneath the Throne, and yourasws love cannot be attained by the one who wants it. But rather, it descends from the sky by a measurement’’.70

‘We were with the Prophetsaww on the Day of Ghadeer Khumm, and were lifting the branches of the tree from hissaww head. So hesaww said: ‘Indeed! The charity is not Permissible unto mesaww, nor for the Peopleasws of mysaww Household. Indeed! And you have heard mesaww and have seen mesaww, therefore the one who belies upon mesaww deliberately, so let him assume his seat from the Fire.

دوا وجهي أل عز و جل وليي و أنا ولي المؤمنين أل و إني فرطكم على الحوض و مكاثر بكم المم يوم القيامة فل تسو إن لل فمن كنت موله فعلي موله.

Indeed! Isaww shall be exuberant with you all at the Fountain. Isaww shall boast of your abundant numbers to the (other) communities on the Day of Judgment, therefore do not disappoint mesaww. Indeed! Allahazwj is mysaww Guardian, and Isaww am the guardian of the Momineen. So the one whose Master Isaww was, so Aliasws is his Master’’.71

‘I was a boy serving her. When Rasool-Allahsaww was with her, a comer came and knocked the door. So I went out to him and there was a maid who had a covered vessel with her. So I returned to Ayesha and informed her, and she said, ‘Enter!’ So she placed it in front of Ayesha, and Ayesha placed it in front of Rasool-Allahsaww.

So hesaww ate and hesaww said: ‘(if only) heasws would come to mesaww, the Emir of the Momineen, and (the successor of) the chief of the Mursilsas, and the Imamasws of the pious, and guide of the resplendent’. She said to himsaww, ‘And who is that?’ Then the Prophetsaww repeated it, so Ayehsa repeated asking himsaww, and Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws came and knocked the door. So I went out, and there was Aliasws, so I returned to the Prophetsaww, and hesaww said: ‘Let himasws enter’.

أن يتك حتى لو أبطأت علي سألت لل ا دخل ع قال النبي ص مرحبا و أهل تمن أكل معي فأكل معه ثم قال رسول تجيئني ت فلم من قاتلك و عادى لل قاتل لل تين أو ثلثا.لل من عاداك فأعادها مر

So when heasws entered, the Prophetsaww said: ‘ مرحبا و أهل’ ‘Good to see youasws and welcome! Isaww wished for youasws until youasws were delayed unto mesaww, Isaww asked Allahazwj that youasws should come to mesaww and eat with mesaww’. So heasws ate with himsaww. Then Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘May Allahazwj Fight against the one who fights youasws, and may Allahazwj be Inimical to the one who is inimical to youasws’, and hesaww repeated it twice or thrice’’.72

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘On the night Isaww was Ascended with to the sky, Isaww was ended up to a castle of pearls, its extension being of gold, shining brightly. So mysaww Lordazwj Mighty and Majestic Revealed unto mesaww’ – or said – ‘So Heazwj Commanded mesaww regarding Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws with three characteristics that heasws is the chief of the succesorsas, and chief of the Muslims and Imamasws of the pious, and guide of the resplendent’’.74

Hissaww informing Umm Salmaas that the flesh of Aliasws is from hissaww

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said to Umm Salmaas: ‘This is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. Hisasws flesh is mysaww flesh, and hisasws blood is mysaww blood, and heasws is from mesaww at the status of Harounsaww from Musaas except that there would not be a Prophetsaww after mesaww.

د المسل نيا و الخرة و معي في يا أم سلمة هذا علي أمير المؤمنين و سي مين و وعاء علمي و بابي الذي أوتى منه و أخي في الداكثين و المارقين. نام العلى يقتل القاسطين و الن الس

O Umm Salmaas! This is Aliasws, the Emir of the Momineen, and chief of the Muslims, and a retaining ear of mysaww knowledge, and mysaww door from which Isaww can be come to, and mysaww brother in the world and the Hereafter, and heasws would be with mesaww in the top peak. Heasws would fight against the oppressors, and the breakers of the Covenant, and the apostates’’.75

The ones from the existing (things) which did not respond to the

Wilayah of Aliasws, their sweetness would be little.

And by the chain, said, ‘It was informed to me by Abu Ahmad Ja’far Al Bayhaqi, from Ali Bin Al Madany, from Abu Khaleefa Al Fazl Bin Hubab, from Musaddad, from Abu Maiya (Muawiya), from Abu Al Amsh, from Salih, from Abu Hureyra who said,

يخ فحل كنت فقال يا درهما و دفعه إلى بلل أنا و أبو ذر و بلل نسير ذات يوم مع علي بن أبي طالب فنظر علي ع إلى بطى علي ع يخ و م رهم من هذا البط يخة بلل ائتني بهذا الد يخ فأخذ علي ع بط إلى منزله فيما شعرنا إل و بلل قد وافانا بالبط

ة فقطعها فإذا هي مر

‘It was so that I and Abu Zarras and Bilal were walking one day along with Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, and Aliasws looked at a watermelon. So heasws loosened a Dirham and handed it over to Bilal and heasws said: ‘O Bilal! Bring measws, with this Dirham, from this watermelon’, and Aliasws went on to hisasws house. However, Bilal came to us with the watermelon and Aliasws took the watermelon and cut it, but it turned out to be unsweet.

ثني به رسول لل ثك بحديث حد يخ و أقبل إلي حتى أحد تبا ص و يده على منكبيفقال يا بلل أبعد بهذا البط رك و قال إن لل و طاب و ما لم يجب إلى حبي تعالى طرح حبي على الحجر و المدر و البحار و الجبال و الشجر فما أجاب إلى حبي عذب

ا لم يجب إلى ح يخ مم بي.خبث و مر و إني لظن هذا البط

So heasws said: ‘O Bilal! Away with this watermelon, and turn towards me (and said) Iasws narrate to you a Hadeeth which Rasool-Allahsaww narrated to measws with it, and hissaww hand was upon mysaww shoulder. Hesaww said: ‘Allahazwj Blessed and High Tossed myasws love upon the rock, and the mud, and the oceans, and the mountain, and the tree, so whatever responded to myasws love is sweet and good, and whatever did not respond to

myasws love is bad and bitter, and Iasws believe that his watermelon is from what did not respond to myasws love’.76

ص حمن بن أبي ليلى عن أبيه قال: قال رسول لل : ل يؤمن عبد حتى أكون أحب إليه من عترته و ذاتي أحب إليه عن عبد الر من ذاته.

From Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Layli, from his father who said,

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘A servant would not happen to believe until Isaww happen to be more beloved to him than his own family, and mysaww self is more beloved to him and his own self’’.77

قال: عن ابن عباس

From Ibn Abbas who said,

ة فقال جبرائيل خرج علينا النبي ص و معه الحسن و الحسين هذا على عاتق و هذا على عاتق و هو يلثم ة و هذا مر هذا مرهما قال إني أحبهم ني.إنك تحب هما فقد أب هما فقد أحبني و إن من أب هما فإن من أحب ا و أحب من يحب

‘The Prophetsaww came out to us and with himsaww were Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws. This one upon a shoulder and this one upon a shoulder, and hesaww was kissing this one at times, and kissing himasws at times. So Jibraeelas said: ‘Yousaww love themasws both?’ Hesaww said: ‘Isaww love themasws both, and Isaww love the one who loves themasws both, for the one who loves themasws so he has loved mesaww, and the one who hates themasws so he has hated mesaww’’.78

And by this chain, from Abu Abdullah Al-Sadiqasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from hisasws forefathersasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one who helps anyone from the Peopleasws of mysaww Household in the house of the world by one carat, Isaww would suffice him on the Day of Judgment with a ‘Qintar’ (a great amount)’’.79

By this chain, said, ‘Al husayn Bin Ibrahim Bin Ahmad Bin Hisham Al Nowdib said, ‘It was narrated to us by Abu Al Abbas Ahmad Bin Yahya Bin Zakariyya Al Qattan, from Bakr Bin Abdullah Bin Habeeb, from Tameem Bin Bahloul, from Ja’far Bin Usman Al Howl (Al Ahowl), from Suleyman Bin Mihran who said,

‘I went over to Al-Sadiq Ja’farasws Bin Muhammadasws and in hisasws presence were a number of the Shias, and I heard himasws saying: ‘O group of the Shias! Become an adornment for usasws and do not become a disgrace to usasws. Be saying good things to the people and be preserving your tongues and restrain these from the vanities and ugly words’’.80

‘Abu Ja’far Al-Dawaniqy sent for me in the middle of the night that I answer (his call). So I stood thinking in what is between me and myself, and I said, ‘The commander of the faithful would not send for me during these times except for asking me about the merits of Aliasws, and perhaps if I were to inform him with it, he would kill me’. So I wrote my

bequest and wore my shroud and went over to him. He said to me, ‘Approach!’ So I went nearer, and in his presence was Amro Bin Ubeyd. So when I saw him, within myself felt something good.

لتصدقني أو لصلبنك قلت ما ثم قال ادن فدنوت حتى كادت تمس ركبتي ركبته قال فوجد مني رائحة الحنوط فقال و للا؟ قلت أتاني رسولك في جوف الليل أن أجب فقلت عسى أن يكون أمير المؤمنين حاجتك يا أمير المؤمنين قال ما شأنك متحنط

Then he said, ‘Approach!’ So I went closer until my knees were touching his knees, and he found a smell of the embalming from me, so he said, ‘By Allahazwj! Either you will ratify me or I shall crucify you’. I said, ‘What is your need, O commander of the faithful?’ He said, ‘What is your reason for being embalmed?’ I said, ‘Your messenger came to me in the middle of the night that I answer (the call). So I said (to myself), ‘Maybe it is so that the commander of the faithful has sent for me during this time to ask me about the merits of Aliasws, and if I answer him, he would kill me. So I wrote out my bequest and wore my shroud’.

He (the narrator) said, ‘And he was reclining, so he sat up straight and said, ‘There is neither Might nor Strength except with Allahazwj, the Exalted, the Magnificent! I ask you, O Suleyman, how much have you reported regarding the merits of Aliasws?’ So I said, ‘A little, O commander of the faithful’. He said, ‘How many?’ I said, ‘Ten thousand Ahadeeth, and what is more’. He said, ‘By Allahazwj, O Suleyman! By Allahazwj, I shall narrate to you with such a Hadeeth regarding the merits of Aliasws, you will forget every Hadeeth you have heard (so far)’. I said, ‘Narrate to us, O commander of the faithful’.

He said, ‘Yes. I was fleeing from the Clan of Umaya and I hesitated to be in the cities. So I went closer to the people with the merits of Aliasws, and they used to feed me and used to like me until I returned to the city of Syria and I was wrapped in ripped clothing not having something else upon me. Then I heard the Iqaama and I was hungry. So I entered the Masjid to pray Salat and (said) within myself that I shall speak to the people regarding the dinner they should serve me.

When I greeted the prayer leader, two children entered the Masjid, and the prayer leader turned towards them and said, ‘Welcome to you both welcome to the one who

named you upon their names’. And to my side was a youth. I said, ‘O young man! Who are the two children from the Sheykh?’ So he said, ‘He is their grandfather and there isn’t anyone in the city who loves Aliasws apart from this Sheykh, that is why he has named one of them Al-Hassan and the other one Al-Husayn.

So I arose, happy, and I said to the Sheykh, ‘Is there a Hadeeth for you which your eyes would be delighted with?’ He said, ‘When it delights my eyes, it would delight your eyes’. I said, ‘My father narrated to me from his father, from his grandfather who said, ‘I was seated in the presence of Rasool-Allahsaww when (Syeda) Fatimaasws came over and sheasws was crying. So the Prophetsaww said to herasws: ‘What makes youasws cry, O Fatimaasws?’ Sheasws said: ‘O fathersaww! Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws went out, and Iasws don’t know where theyasws slept the night’.

الذي خلقهما هو ألط ماء فقال اللهم فقال لها النبي ص يا فاطمة ل تبكي فإن لل إن ف بهما منك و رفع النبي ص يده إلى السظهما و سلمهما ا أو بحرا فاح كان أخذا بر

So the Prophetsaww said to herasws: ‘O Fatimaasws! Do not cry, for Allahazwj Who Created themasws is Kinder with themasws than youasws are’, and the Prophetsaww raised hissaww hand towards the sky and hesaww said: ‘O Allahazwj! If theyasws have been seized by a land or a sea, Protect themasws and Keep themasws safe’.

لن في الو نزل جبرئيل ع فقال يا هما فا تم لهما فإن لم و يقول ل تحزن و ل ت يقرئك الس د إن لل لن في محم نيا و فا دار و قد وك يرة بني النج ل منهما هما نائمان في ح بهما ملكين الخرة و أبوهما أف ل لل

And Jibraeelsaww descended and hesaww said: ‘O Muhammadsaww! Allahazwj Conveys the Greetings to yousaww and is Saying to yousaww: ‘Do not grieve and do not be sad for themasws, for theyasws are meritorious in the world and meritorious in the Hereafter, and theirasws fatherasws is superior than themasws. Theyasws are sleeping in a farmyard of the Clan of Najjar and Allahazwj has Allocated an Angel with themasws’.

He (the narrator) said, ‘So the Prophetsaww stood up happy, and with himsaww were hissaww companions, until they came to the farmyard of the Clan of Najjar, and there they found Al-Hassanasws hugging Al-Husaynasws, and the (Angels) Allocated with themasws had laid down one of his wings as a bed for themasws underneath themasws, and covered themasws with the other.

He (the narrator) said, ‘So the Prophetsaww kept on kissing themasws until theyasws paid attention, and the Prophetsaww carried Al-Hassanasws, and Jibraeelas carried Al-Husaynasws. Hesaww came out from the farmyard and hesaww was saying: ‘By Allahazwj! Isaww shall ennoble youasws both just as Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic has Ennobled youasws’. Abu Bakr said to himsaww, ‘Give me one of the two children, to lighten from yousaww’. So hesaww said: ‘O Abu Bakr! Best is the carrier and best are the two riders, and theirasws fatherasws is superior than themasws’.

Hesaww went out until hesaww came over to the door of the Masjid, and hesaww said: ‘O Bilal! Bring the people’. So a caller called out, ‘Rasool-Allahsaww is in Al-Medina!’. So the people gathered in the presence of Rasool-Allahsaww in the Masjid. Hesaww stood upon hissaww feet and said: ‘O group of the people! Shall Isaww point you all upon the best of the people of a grandfather and a grandmother?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ Hesaww said: ‘Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws, for theirasws grandfather is Muhammadsaww and theirasws grandmother is Khadeeja Bint Khuwaylidas.

قال ص ال ا؟ قالوا بلى يا رسول لل اس أ ل أدلكم على خير الناس أبا و أم و يا معاشر الن حسن و الحسين فإن أباهما يحب لل و رسول ه لل د رسول لل رسوله و يحب هما فاطمة بنت محم ه و أم

Shall Isaww point you all to the best of the people of a father and a mother?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ Hesaww said: ‘Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws, for theirasws fatherasws loves Allahazwj and Hisazwj Rasoolsaww, and Allahazwj and Hisazwj Rasoolsaww love himasws, and theirasws motherasws is Fatima Bint Muhammadasws, Rasool-Allahsaww.

Shall Isaww point you all to the best of the people of a paternal uncle and a paternal aunt?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ Hesaww said: ‘Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws, for theirasws paternal uncle is Hamzaasws Bin Abu Talibas, the flyer in the Paradise, and theirasws paternal aunt is Umm Hanyasws Bint Abu Talibas.

فقال ص اس أ ل أدلكم على خير الناس خال و خالة؟ قالوا بلى يا رسول لل الحسن و الحسين فإن خالهما القاسم يا معشر الن و خالتهما زينب بنت رسول لل بن رسول لل

O group of people! Shall Isaww point you all to the best of the people of a maternal uncle and a maternal aunt?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ So hesaww said: ‘Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws, for theirasws maternal uncle is Al-Qasimas son of Rasool-Allahsaww, and theirasws maternal aunt is Zaynabas daughter of Rasool-Allahsaww’.

Youazwj Know that Al-Hassanasws would be in the Paradise, and Al-Husaynasws would be in the Paradise, and theirasws grandfathersaww would be in the Paradise, and theirasws grandmotheras would be in the Paradise, and theirasws fatherasws would be in the Paradise, and theirasws motherasws would be in the Pardise, and theirasws paternal uncle would be in the Paradise, and theirasws paternal aunt would be in the Paradise, and theirasws maternal uncle would be in the Paradise, and theirasws maternal aunt would be in the Paradise.

O Allahazwj! Youazwj Know that the one who loves themasws would be in the Paradise and the one who hates themasws would be in the Fire’.

He (Al-Mansour) said, ‘So when I said that, the Sheykh said, ‘Who are you, O young man?’ I said, ‘From the people of Al-Iraq, from Al-Kufa’. He said, ‘A Bedouin or a slave?’ I said, ‘An Arab’. He said, ‘You are narrating this Hadeeth and you are in these (wretched) clothes?’ So he clothed me with a robe, and loaded me upon a mule, and I sold it for one hundred Dinars. And he said, ‘O youth! You have delighted my eyes, so, by Allahazwj I shall (also) delight your eyes, and I shall guide you to a youth who would delight your eyes today’.

He (Al-Mansour) said, ‘Guide me’. So he said to me, ‘There are two brothers. One of them is a prayer leader and the other one is a Muezzin (caller to the prayer). As for the prayer leader, so he loves Aliasws since he came out from the belly of his mother’. I said, ‘Guide me’. He grabbed me by my hand until he brought me to the door of the prayer leader, and there I was with a man who had come out to me, and he said, ‘As for the mule and the clothing, so I recognise these. By Allahazwj! So and so would not have given you a ride and clothed you except you love Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic and Hisazwj Rasoolsaww, therefore narrated to me a Hadeeth regarding the merits of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws’.

He said, ‘So I said to him, ‘My father informed me from his grandfather who said, ‘We were seated in the presence of the Prophetsaww, when Fatimaasws came crying intensely. So Rasool-Allahsaww said to herasws: ‘What makes youasws cry, O Fatimaasws?’ Sheasws said: ‘O fathersaww! The women of Qureysh are saying, ‘Yourasws fathersaww married you to a destitute, there is not wealth for himasws’.

So the Prophetsaww said: ‘Do not cry, for by Allahazwj, Isaww did not get youasws married until Allahazwj Got youasws to be married from above Hisazwj Throne. Jibraeelas testified with that, and Mikaeelas, and Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Surveyed at the inhabitants of the earth and Heazwj Chose yourasws fathersaww from the people and Sent himsaww as a Prophetsaww. Then Heazwj Surveyed secondly and Heazwj Chose Aliasws from the people and Heazwj Married youasws to himasws, and Isaww took himasws as a successorasws.

ا و أقدم الناس سلما و اس ك اس قلبا و أحلم الناس حلما و أسمح الن الناس علما و الحسن و الحسين ابناه و أعلم فعلي أشجع الن عز ر و شبير لكرامتهما على لل وراة شب ة و اسمهما في الت دا شباب أهل الجن و جل هما سي

Aliasws is the bravest of the people of heart, and the most lenient of the people in forbearance, and the most pardoning of the people of a hand, and the most ancient of the people of peace, and the most knowledgeable of the people of knowledge. And Al Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws are hisasws sonsasws, and theyasws are the chiefs of the youths of Paradise, and theirasws names in the Torah are Shabbar and Shabbir, due to theirasws prestige to Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

إذا كان يوم القيامة يكسى أبوك حل يا فاطمة ل تبكين فو لل ا لكرامته على لل تين و علي حلتين و لواء الحمد بيدي فأناوله علي عز و جل يا فاطمة

O Fatimaasws! Do not cry, for by Allahazwj, when it will be the Day of Judgment, yourasws fathersaww would be clothed in two garments and Aliasws (also) in two garments, and the Flag of Praise would be in mysaww hand, and Isaww shall give it to Aliasws due to hisasws prestige to Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

ع علي ا معي يجيل تبكي فإني إذا دعيت إلى رب العالمين عز و جل ش عني لل ء علي معي فإذا ش

Do not cry, for Isaww, when Isaww do supplicate to the Lordazwj of the worlds, Aliasws would come with mesaww, so when Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Lets mesaww intercede, Aliasws would be interceding along with mesaww.

O Fatimaasws! Do not cry. When it will be the Day of Judgment, a Caller would Call out during the horrors of that Day: “O Muhammadsaww! The best of the grandfathers is yoursaww grandfather Ibrahimas, the Friend of the Beneficent, and the best of the brothers

is yoursaww brother Ali Bin Abu Talibasws!” O Fatimaasws! Aliasws would be assisting mesaww upon the keys of the Paradise, and hisasws Shias, they would be the successful ones on the Day of Judgment tomorrow, in the Paradise’.

So when I said that, he said, ‘O my son! Where are you from?’ I said, ‘From the people of Al-Kufa’. He said, ‘A Bedouin or a slave?’ I said, ‘But, an Arab’. So he clothed me with thirty garments and gave me ten thousand Dirhams. He said, ‘O youth! You have delighted my eyes, and for me, there is a need to you’. I said, ‘I shall fulfil it, if Allahazwj so Desires it’. He said, ‘When it is tomorrow, go to the Masjid of the progeny of so and so, so that you will see my brother, a hater of Aliasws’.

ف فإ ا أصبحت أتيت المسجد الذي وصف فقمت في الص م فذهب ليركع قال فطالت تلك الليلة علي فلم ذا إلى جانبي شاب متعم ما علمت ما تكلمت في صل فسقطت عمامته فنظرت ف تي حتى ي وجهه فإذا رأسه رأس خنزير و وجهه وجه خنزير فو لل

He (Mansour) said, ‘So that night was prolonged upon me, and when it was the morning, I went over to the Masjid which he had described, and I stood in the row (to pray Salat), and there was a youth to my side, turbaned, and he went to perform Rukou and his turban fell off. So I looked in his face, and his head was the head of a pig and his face was the face of a pig. By Allahazwj! I do not know what I said during my Salat, until the prayer leader greeted (completed the Salat), and I said, ‘Woe be unto you! What is that which I see with you?’

نا لل فلن كلما أصبحت فبكى و قال انظر ان فنظرت فقال لي ادخل فدخلت فقال كنت مؤذ ك لعنت علي ا ص ألف إلى هذا الدا كان يوم الجمعة لعنته أربعة آلف ة في الذان و القامة و لم ان مر ك كيت على هذا الد ة فخرجت من منزلي فأتيت داري فات مر

ص و علي فرحين ة و فيها رسول لل الذي ترى فرأيت في منامي كأني في الجن

So he cried and said, ‘Look at this shop’. So I looked, and he said to me, ‘Enter’. So I entered, and he said, ‘I used to be a Muezzin of the progeny of so and so. Every morning I used to curse Aliasws a thousand time during the Azaan and the Iqaama, and whenever it was the day of Friday, I would curse him four thousand times. (One day) I went out from my house (and when) I came (back) to my house, I reclined upon this shop which you see, and I saw in my dream as if I am in the Paradise and therein is Rasool-Allahsaww and Aliasws being joyous.

قاه ثم قال اسق الجماعة أن النبي عن يمينه الحسن و عن يساره الحسين و معه الكأس فقال يا حسين اسقني فس رأيت ك و ان فقا ك كئ على هذا الد ه قال اسق المت اه أ تأمرني أن أسقي هذا و هو يلعن والدي في كل فشربوا ثم رأيته كأن ل الحسن يا جد

ة ة بين الذان و القامة و لعنه في هذا اليوم أربعة آلف مر يوم ألف مر

And I saw as if the Prophetsaww, on hissaww right was Al-Hassanasws and on hissaww left was Al-Husaynasws, and with himasws was a cup. So hesaww said: ‘O Husaynasws! Quench mesaww’. So heasws quenched himsaww. Then hesaww said: ‘Quench the group’. So they

drank. Then I saw himsaww as if hesaww said: ‘Quench the reclining one upon this shop’. So Al-Hassanasws said: ‘O grandfathersaww! Are yousaww instructing measws that Iasws quench this one and he curses myasws fatherasws a thousand times during every day between the Azaan and the Iqaama, and he has cursed himasws four thousand times during this day?’

ا و علي مني و تشتم علي تلعن علي ل في وجهي و فأتاني النبي ص فقال لي ما لك عليك لعنة لل ه ت ا و علي مني فرأيته كأنربني ب ما بك من نعمة فانتبهت من نومي فإذا كان رأسي رأس خنزي ر و وجهي وجه خنزير رجله و قال قم غير لل

So the Prophetsaww came over to me and hesaww said to me: ‘What is the matter with you? May Allahazwj Curse you! You are cursing Aliasws and Aliasws is from mesaww?’ Then I saw as if hesaww spat in my face and struck me by hissaww left and said: ‘Arise! May Allahazwj Change you from a Bounty’. So I woke up from my sleep and my head was the head of a pig and my face, the face of a pig’.

ر أمير المؤمنين أ هذان الخبران في يديك فقلت ل فقال يا سليما ل ثم قال لي أبو جع اق و لل ه ن ن حب علي إيمان و به إل مؤمن و ل يب ه إل منافق يحب

Then Abu Ja’far (Al-Mansour), the commander of the faithful, said to me, ‘Are these two Ahadeeth in your hands?’ I said, ‘No (I did not have these two Ahadeeth)’. So he said, ‘O Suleyman! (Having) the love of Aliasws is Eman and hating himasws is hypocrisy. By Allahazwj! None will love him except for a Momin nor hate himasws except for a hypocrite’.

ار قلت و كذلك من إلى ا قال قلت المان يا أمير المؤمنين قال لك المان قلت فما تقول في قاتل الحسين ع قال ار و في الن لنث بم ار قال الملك عقيم يا سليمان اخرج و حد ار و في الن ص إلى الن ا سمعت.قتل ولد رسول لل

He (the narrator) said, ‘I said, ‘(Grant me) the security, O commander of the faithful!’ He said, ‘For you is security’. I said, ‘So what are you saying regarding the murderer of Al-Husaynasws?’ He said, ‘To the Fire and into the Fire’. I said, ‘And similar to that is the murderer of the children of Rasool-Allahsaww, to the Fire and in the Fire’. He said, ‘The kingdom is futile, O Suleyman! Go out and narrate whatever you heard’’.81

]والية اهل البيت براءة من النار و تجمع الخير كله لهم.[

Wilayah of the Peopleasws of the Household is a freedom from the Fire,

and the goodness, all of it would be gathered for them.

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one whom it joys that Allahazwj the Exalted Gathers for him the goodness, all of it, so let him befriend Aliasws after mesaww, and let him befriend hisasws friends, and let him be inimical to hisasws enemies’’.82

And by this chain, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Al Abbas Bin Al Fazl, from Abu Zur’at, from Usman Bin Muhammad, from Abu Shayba Al Absy, from Abdullah Bin Numeyr, from Al Haris Bin Haseyra, from Abu Salman Zayd Bin Wahab, from Abdullah Bin Abbas who said,

ار.وليتي و ولي : قال رسول لل ة أهل بيتي براءة و أمان من الن

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Mysaww Wilayah and the Wilayah of the Peopleasws of mysaww Household is a freedom and a safety from the Fire’.83

د ثنا أحمد بن محم اد بن يعقوب و بهذا السناد قال: حد زاري عن عب د ال ر بن محم ثني أبي عن جع ار قال: حد بن يحيى العطاني د [ قال: عن منصور بن أبي نويرة عن أبي بكر بن عياش عن أبي ورامة ]قدامة[ القدائي ]ال

And by this chain, said, ‘It was narrated to us by Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Yahya Al Attar, from his father, from Ja’far Bin Muhammad Al Farazy, from Abbad Bin Yaqoub, from Mansour Bin Abu Nuweyra, from Abu Bakr Bin Ayyas, from Abu Warama (Qudama) Al Qadai’e (Al Fadai’e) who said,

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one whom Allahazwj Favours upon with the recognition of the Peopleasws of mysaww Household and theirasws Wilayah, so Allahazwj has Gathered for him the goodness, all of it’’.84

‘Al-Sadiqasws said: ‘The one who establishes the Obligations of Allahazwj and keeps aside from the Prohibitions of Allahazwj and betters the Wilayah of the Peopleasws of the Household of the Prophetsaww of Allahazwj, and disavows from the enemies of Allahazwj

Love of the Peopleasws of the Household is a sign of the good birth.

And by this chain, ‘My father and Muhammad Bin Al Hassan said, ‘It was narrated to us by Sa’ad Bin Abdullah, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Abu Al Qasim Abdul Rahman Al Kufy and Abu Yusuf Yaqoub Al Anbary the scribe, from Abu Muhammad Abdullah Bin Muhammad Al Ghifary, from Al Husayn Bin Yazeed,

‘From Al-Sadiq Ja’farasws Bin Muhammadasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from hisasws forefathersasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘The one who loves usasws, the Peopleasws of the Household, so let him Praise Allahazwj upon the first Bounty’. It was said, ‘And what is the first Bounty?’ Hesaww said: ‘The goodness of the birth, and he would not loves usasws except the one whose birth was good’.86

(It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far Al-Baqirasws having said: ‘The one who, in the morning, finds the coolness of ourasws love upon his heart, so let him Praise Allahazwj upon the initial Bounty’. It was said, ‘And what is the initial Bounty?’ Heasws said: ‘Goodness of the birth’’.87

The one who loves mesaww and loves youasws and loves the Imamsasws from yourasws sonsasws, so let him Praise Allahazwj the Exalted upon the goodness of his birth, for he would not love usasws except for the one whose birth is good, nor would he hate us except the one whose birth is bad’.88

‘Rasool-Allahsaww said: ‘Shall Isaww point you all to that what if you were to be evidenced with, you will not be destroyed and will not go astray?’ They said, ‘Yes, O Rasool-Allahsaww!’ Hesaww said: ‘Your Imamasws and your Guardian is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, therefore support himasws, and consult himasws and ratify himasws, for Jibraeelas commanded mesaww with that (being from Allahazwj)’.89

So hesaww said: ‘Youazwj Know that theyasws are the Peopleasws of mysaww Household, and the most prestigious of the people to mesaww, therefore Love the one who loves themasws and Hate the one who hates themasws, and Befriend the one who befriends themasws and be Inimical to the one who is inimical to themasws, and Assist the one who assists themasws, and Make themasws Puritifed from every uncleanness, infallible from every sin, and Aid themasws with the Holy Spirit, from Youazwj’.

تي عليها بعدي و أنت قائد المؤمنين إلى الج تي و خلي ة و كأني أنظر إلى ابنتيثم قال ص يا علي أنت إمام أم فاطمة قد أقبلت نو ك و بين يديها سبعون ألف ملك يوم القيامة على نجيب من نور عن يمينها سبعون ألف ملك و عن شمالها سبعون ألف مل

Then hesaww said: ‘O Aliasws! Youasws are the Imamasws of mysaww community, and mysaww Caliph upon it after mesaww, and youasws are the guid of the Momineen to the Paradise, and it is as if Isaww am looking at mysaww daughterasws (Syeda) Fatimaasws having come on the Day of Judgment upon a carriage of light. On herasws right being seventy thousand Angels and on herasws left being seventy thousand Angels, and in front of herasws being seventy thousand Abgels, and behind herasws being seventy thousand Angels, guiding the female believers of mysaww community to the Paradise.

ت بيت لل ان و حج ما امرأة صلت في اليوم و الليلة خمس صلوات و صامت شهر رم ت مالها و فأي أطاعت الحرام و زكدة نساء الع ها لسي اعة ابنتي فاطمة و إن ة بش ا بعدي دخلت الجن المين زوجها و والت علي

Therefore, whichever woman prays five Salats during the day and the night, and Fasts the Month of Ramazan, and performs Hajj of the Sacred House of Allahazwj, and gives Zakat of her wealth, and obeys her husband, and befriends Aliasws after mesaww, would enter the Paradise by the intercession of mysaww daughter (Syeda) Fatimaasws, and sheasws is the chieftess of the women of the worlds’.

لم ذاك لمريم بنت دة نساء عالمها؟ فقال عليه و آله الس أ هي سي دة نساء العالمين فقيل يا رسول لل ا ابنتي فهي سي عمران فأملين و الخرين و بين و ين من الو ها لتقوم في محرابها فيسلم عليها سبعون ألف ]ألا[ من الملئكة المقر ادونها بما نادت به إن

اصطاك و طهر بون مريم فيقولون يا فاطمة إن لل نساء العالمين ك و اصطاك علىالملئكة المقر

So it was said, ‘O Rasool-Allahsaww! Is sheasws the chieftess of the women of her world (time period)?’ So hesaww, greetings be upon himsaww and hissaww Progeny said: ‘That is for Maryamas Bint Imranas. But, as for mysaww daughterasws, so sheasws is the chieftess of the women of the worlds, from the former ones and the latter ones, and sheasws would be standing in her Prayer Niche, and there would greet upon herasws, seventy thousand Angels from the Angels of Proximity, and they would call herasws with what the Angels of Proximity would be calling Maryamas, and they would be saying: ‘O Fatimaasws! [3:42]

Then hesaww turned towards Aliasws and hesaww said: ‘O Aliasws! Verily, Fatimaasws is a part from mesaww, and sheasws is the light of mysaww eyes, and fruit of mysaww heart. It disappoints mesaww what disappoints herasws, it cheers mesaww what cheers herasws. Sheasws would be the first one from the Peopleasws of mysaww Household to meet mesaww, therefore be good to herasws from after mesaww. And Al-Hassanasws and Al-Husaynasws (as well), for theyasws are mysaww sons, and mysaww aromas, and theyasws are the chiefs of the youths of the Paradise. Therefore, let themasws be upon youasws like yourasws hearing and yourasws sight’.

Then hesaww raised hissaww hand towards the sky and hesaww said: ‘O Allahazwj! Isaww hereby testify that Isaww love the one who loves themasws and am hateful to the one who hates themasws, and am at peace with the one who is at peace with themasws and am at war with the one who is at war with themasws, and am an enemy to the one who is inimical to themasws, and am a friend to the one who befriends themasws’’.90

From Aliasws having said: ‘Salmanas the good (one), may Allahazwj be Pleased from himas narrated to measws saying, ‘O Abu Al-Hassanasws! Every time youasws came and Ias was in the presence of Rasool-Allahsaww, hesaww said: ‘O Salmanas! This one and hisasws party, they would be the successful ones on the Day of Judgment’’.91

From Abu Ja’far Muhammadasws Bin Ali Al-Baqirasws, from hisasws fatherasws, from hisasws grandfatherasws having said: ‘One day Rasool-Allahsaww went out and hesaww was riding, and Aliasws came out and heasws was walking. So hesaww said to himasws: ‘O Abu Al-Hassanasws! Either youasws ride or youasws leave, for Allahazwj has Commanded mesaww that you should ride when Isaww am riding, and youasws should walk when Isaww am walking, and youasws should be seated when Isaww sit down.

بكرامته إل و إل أن يكون حد ل بد لك من القيام و القعود فيه و ما أكرمني لل ني ا من حدود لل قد أكرمك بمثلها و خصسالة و جعلك وليي في ذلك تقوم في حدوده و ف ة و الر بو ي صعب أموره بالن

Indeed! It happens to be a limit from the Limits of Allahazwj, it being a must for youasws from the standing and the sitting with regards to it. And Allahazwj has not Honoured mesaww with Hisazwj Prestige except Heazwj has Honoured youasws with the like of it. And Heazwj Specialised mesaww with the Prophet-hood and the Message, and Made youasws as mysaww Guardian in that youasws should be standing within its limits and during Hisazwj difficult Commands.

دا بال و في ]بيو الذي بعث محم ا ما آمن بي من أنكرك و ل أقر بي من جحدك و ل آمن بالل لك حق نبي ر بك و إن ف [ من كل و هو قول ربي عز و جل لي لك ف لي و إن ف و لمن ف ل لل ا يجمعون قل ب رحوا هو خير مم برحمته فبذلك فلي

By the Oneazwj Who Sent Muhammadsaww with the Truth as a Prophetsaww! He has not believed in mesaww, the one who denies youasws, nor has he acknowledged mesaww the one who rejects youasws, nor has he believed in Allahazwj and in mesaww, the one who disbelieves in youasws; and that yourasws merits are from mysaww merits and mysaww merits are merits for youasws, and it is the Speech of mysaww Lordazwj Mighty and Majestic [10:58] Say: By the Grace of Allah and by His Mercy – so it is by that they should be rejoicing; it is better from what which they are amassing.

So the Grace of Allahazwj is the Prophet-hood of your Prophetsaww, and Hisazwj Mercy is the Wilayah of Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. Thus, with that Heazwj Said: By the Prophet-hood and the Wilayah, so it is by that they should be rejoicing, Meaning the Shias of Aliasws, it is better than what they are amassing, Meaning the adversaries, from the families and the wealth and the children in the house of the world.

By Allahazwj, O Aliasws! Youasws have not been Created except to worship yourasws Lordazwj and for the information of the Religion to be known through youasws, and the way of the learning to be corrected by youasws. And the one who was not guided to youasws and to yourasws Wilayah so he has strayed from youasws and was not guided to Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and it is the Speech of the Mighty and Majestic [20:82] And I am Forgiving to him who repents and believes and does righteous deeds, then follows the right Guidance, Meaning to yourasws Wilayah.

روض على و لقد أمر ه من حقي و إن حقك لم من آمن بي و لولك لم ني ربي تبارك و تعالى أن أفترض من حقك ما افتر و من لم يلقه بوليتك لم و بك يعرف عدو لل عز و جل إلي يلقه بشي يعرف حزب لل سول بلغ ما ء و لقد أنزل لل ها الر يا أي

ت رسالته يعني في وليتك يا علي أنزل إليك من ربك عل فما بل و إن لم ت

And mysaww Lordazwj Blessed and High has Commanded mesaww that it has been Imposed from yourasws rights what is Imposed from mysaww rights for the necessitation upon the one who believes in mesaww. And had it not been for youasws the Party of Allahazwj would not be recognised, and by youasws are the enemies of Allahazwj recognised. The one, who has not received yourasws Wilayah, has not received anything, and Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic has Revealed unto mesaww [5:67] O you Rasool! Deliver what has been Revealed unto you from your Lord; Meaning regarding yourasws Wilayah, O Aliasws - and if you do it not, then you have not delivered His Message.

ير ول عز و جل ب حبط عمله و غدا يخزى و ما يتك فقط ]فقد[ و لو لم أبلغ ما أمرت به من وليتك لحبط عملي و من لقي لل عز و جل أنزله فيك. أقول إل قول ربي تبارك و تعالى و إن الذي أقول لمن لل

And had Isaww not delivered what Isaww had been Commanded with, from yourasws Wilayah, mysaww deeds would have been Confistcated, and the one who meets Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic without yourasws Wilayah, so his deeds would be Confiscated, and tomorrow he would be ashamed. And Isaww am not saying except for the Words of mysaww Lordazwj Blessed and High, and that which Isaww am saying is from what Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic has Revealed regarding youasws’’.92

‘Jabir Bin Abdullah Al-Ansary was asked about Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, so he said, ‘That is the best of the creatures, from the former ones and the latter ones, apart from the Prophetsas and the Mursilsas. Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic did not Create a creature from the Prophetsas and the Mursilsas more honourable to Himazwj than Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws, and the Imamsasws from hisasws sonsasws after himasws’.

ه و ينتقصه؟ فقا ه و يتولىقلت فما تقول فيمن يب ه إل كافر و ل ينتقصه إل منافق قلت فما تقول فيمن يتول ل ل يبائزون و ة من ولده بعده هم ال ة من ولده بعده فقال إن شيعة علي و الئم منون يوم القيامة ال الئم

I said, ‘So what are you saying regarding the one who hates himasws and derogates himasws?’ So he said, ‘None would hate himasws except for a disbeliever nor would he derogate himasws except for a hypocrite’. I said, ‘So what are you saying regarding the one who befriends himasws and befriends the Imamsasws from hisasws sonsasws from after himasws?’ He said, ‘The Shias of Aliasws and of the Imamsasws from hisasws sonsasws from after himasws, they would be the successful ones and the secured ones on the Day of Judgment’.

للة من كان أقرب الناس منه قال وا شيعته و أنصاره قال إن خرج يدعو ثم قال ما ترون لو أن رجل خرج يدعو الناس إلى د يوم القيامة قرب الناس منه قالوا شيعته و أنصاره قال فكذلك علي بن أبي طالب ع بيده لواء الحم الناس إلى هدى من كان أ

أقرب الناس منه شيعته و أنصاره.

Then he said, ‘What are you viewing, if a man were to come out calling the people to the straying, the one who was the closest of the people to him, they would say he is his shia and his helper. If he were to come out calling the people to guidance, the one who was the closest of the people from him, they would say, he is his shia and his helper. Thus, like that is Aliasws Bin Abu Talibasws. In hisasws hand would be the Flag of Praise on the Day of Judgment. The closest of the people from himasws would be hisasws Shias and hisasws helpers’’.93

From Abu Abdullah Ja’far Bin Muhammad Al-Sadiqasws, greetings be upon himasws and hisasws progenyasws, from hisasws forefathersasws, from Amir Al-Momineenasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww said upon hissaww Pulpit: ‘O Aliasws! Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic has Gifted youasws the love of the poor and the weak ones in the earth, therefore be pleased with them as brethren and they would be pleased with youasws as an Imamasws. Therefore, beatitude is for the one who loves youasws and ratifies youasws and woe is for the one who hates youasws and lies upon youasws.

ك هلك ة من أحبك فاز و من أب يا علي أنت العلم لهذه الم

O Aliasws! Youasws are the knowledgeable one of this community. The one who loves youasws would be successful, and the one who hates you would be destroyed.

يا علي أنا المدينة و أنت بابها و هل تؤتى المدينة إل من بابها

O Aliasws! Isaww am the city and youasws are its gate, and can the city be arrived at except from its gate?

لبر قسمه يظ و كل ذي طمر لو أقسم على لل اب ح تك كل أو يا علي أهل مود

O Aliasws! The people of yourasws cordiality [50:32] every penitent one keeps (His limits) and every one with shabby clothes. If he (yourasws Shia) was to vow upon Allahazwj, he would fulfil his vow.

ع ز و جل يا علي إخوانك كل طاهر زاك مجتهد عند الخلق عظيم المنزلة عند لل

O Aliasws! Yourasws brethren is every clean, clever, diligent one in the presence of the People, of great status in the Presence of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

ردوس ل يأسون في دار ال نيا يا علي محبوك جيران لل على ما فاتهم من الد

O Aliasws! The one who loves youasws would be in the vicinity of Allahazwj in the house of Al-Firdous not regretting upon what was lost of them from the world.

لمن عاديت يا علي أنا ولي لمن واليت و أنا عدو

O Aliasws! Isaww am a friend of the one whom youasws befriend, and Isaww am an enemy to the one whom youasws are inimical to.

ني ك فقد أب ك فقد أحبني و من أب يا علي من أحب

O Aliasws! The one who loves youasws, so he has loved mesaww, and the one who hates youasws so he has hated measws.

ة في وجوههم هباني اه تعرف الر بل الش يا علي إخوانك الذ

O Aliasws! Yourasws brethren are the ones of shrivelled lips. You can recognise the monasticism in their faces.

رحون في ثلث مواطن عند خروج أنسهم و أنا شاهدهم و أنت و عند المساءلة في قبورهم و عند العرض يا علي إخوانك يراط إذا سئل الخل ق عن إيمانهم فلم يجيبوا و عند الص

O Aliasws! Your brethren would be joyous in three places – during the exit of their souls and Isaww and youasws would be witnessing them, and during the questioning in their graves, and during the display (of their deeds), and at the Bridge when the people would be questioned about their Eman, but they would not be answering’.

و من سالمك فقد و سلمي سلم لل سالمني و من يا علي حربك حربي و سلمك سلمي و حربي حرب لل سالمني فقد سالم لل عز و جل

O Aliasws! Yourasws war is mysaww war and yourasws peace is mysaww peace, and mysaww war is the War of Allahazwj and mysaww peace is the Peace of Allahazwj, and the one who is at peace with youasws so he is at peace with mesaww, and the one who is at peace with mesaww, so he is at peace with Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

وا ب يك لهم قائدا و ر ي عنهم إذ ر عز و جل قد ر ر إخوانك فإن لل ا ك ولي يا علي بش

O Aliasws! Give glad tidings to yourasws brethren, for Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic is Pleased from them when youasws are pleased for them as a guide, and they are pleased with youasws as a Guardian.

O Aliasws! Youasws are the Emir of the Momineen and guide of the resplendent.

عز و جل دين و لو ل من في الرض منك يا علي شيعتك المنتجبون و لو ل أنت ماء و شيعتك ما قام لل م لما أنزلت الس قطرها

O Aliasws! Yourasws Shias are the exclellent ones, and had it not been for youasws and yourasws Shias, Religion would not have been established for Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and had it not been for the ones in the earth from you All, the sky would not have sent down its drops.

O Aliasws! For youasws are the treasures in the Paradise, and youasws and the one with its reins (control). Yourasws Shias would be recognised as the Party of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

O Aliasws! Youasws and yourasws Shias are standing by the fairness and are the Choice of Allahazwj from Hisazwj creatures.

O Aliasws! Isaww would be the first one to shake the dust from his (mysaww) head, and youasws would be with measws, then the rest of the people (i.e. coming out from the graves’.

زع الكبر في ظل العرش نون يوم ال يا علي أنت و شيعتك على الحوض تسقون من أحببتم و تمنعون من كرهتم و أنتم الم زعون و يحزن الناس و ل تحزنون فيكم نزلت هذه الية إن الذين زع الناس و ل ت ا الحسنى ي أولئك عنها سبقت لهم من

زع الكبر و تتلقاهم الملئكة هذا يومكم الذي كنتم توعدون ل يحز و فيكم نزلت مبعدون نهم ال

O Aliasws! Youasws and yourasws Shias would be at the Fountain quenching the ones youasws love and preventing the ones whom youasws dislike, and you all would be secure on the Day of Judgment from the great panic, being in the Shade of the Throne. The people would be panicking and you all would not be panicking, and the people would be grieving and you all would not be grieving. Regarding you all was this Verse Revealed [21:101] Surely (as for) those for whom the good has preceded from Us, they shall be remote from it. And regarding you all was Revealed [21:103] The great terror shall not grieve them, and the Angels shall meet them: This is your Day which you were Promised’’.

مون يا علي أنت و شيعتك تطلبون في الموقف و أنتم في الجنان تتنع

O Aliasws! Youasws and yourasws Shias would be sought during the pausing and you would be in the Gardens, enjoying.

بين يا علي إن ان يشتاقون إليكم و إن حملة العرش و الملئكة المقربون ]المقر عاء و يسألون الملئكة و الخز ونكم بالد [ ليخصرحون بمن قدم عليهم منكم كما ي يكم و ي لمحب يبة لل ائب القادم بعد طول ال رح الهل بال

O Aliasws! The Angels and the keepers (of the Paradise) are desirous to you all, and that the bearers of the Throne and the Angels of Proximity are particularising you all with the supplications and are asking Allahazwj for those that love you all, and are being happy with the ones from you who proceeds to them just as the family tends to be happy with the coming of the absentee after the long absence.

O Aliasws! Yourasws Shias are those who are fearing Allahazwj in the praivacy and are advising (the people) in the open.

وراة و ذكر شيعتك قبل أن يخلقوا بكل خير و كذلك في النجيل ل أهل النجيل و أهل الكتاب عن إليا فس يا علي ذكرك في الت عز و جل من علم الكتاب و وراة و النجيل و ما أعطاك لل إن أهل النجيل ليتعاظمون إليا و ما يخبرونك مع علمك بالت

O Aliasws! Yourasws mention in the Torah and the mention of yourasws Shias with every goodness was before they were Created, and like that it is in the Evangel. So ask the people of the Evangel and the People of the Book about ‘Eliya’. They will inform youasws with yourasws knowledge in the Torah and the Evangel and What Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Gave youasws from the Knowledge of the Book, and that the people of the Evangel are revering ‘Eliya’ and they are not recognising him and are not recognising his Shias, and rather they are recognising them with what they are discussing them in their own Books.

O Aliasws! Yourasws companions, their mention in the sky is greater and more magnificent than the mentioning of the people of the earth for them with the goodness, so let them be joyous with that and let them increase the striving.

O Aliasws! The souls of yourasws Shias ascend to the sky during their sleep and their death. So the Angels look at these just as the people tend to look at the crescent, being desirous to them, and due to what they are seeing from their status in the Presence of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic.

O Aliasws! Say to yourasws companions, the ones being recognised with youasws, they should be abstaining from the deeds which their enemies are indulging in. So there is none from a day nor from a night except the Mercy of Allahazwj Blessed and High Overwhelms them, therefore let them keep aside from the filth.

عز و جل على من قلهم و ب لل ك و تركك و بري يا علي اشتد غ ء منك و منهم و استبدل بك و بهم و مال إلى عدوض من والك و نصرك و شيعتك نا أهل البيت و أب لل و نصب لك و لشيعتك و أب مهجته و اختارك و بذل و اختار ال

O Aliasws! The Wrath of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic Intensifies upon the one who detests them (Shias) and disavows from youasws and from them, and exchanges with youasws and with them (someone else), and inclines towards yourasws enemies and neglects youasws and yourasws Shias, and chooses the straying, and is hostile to youasws and to yourasws Shias, and hates usasws - the Peopleasws of the Household, and hates the one who befriends youasws.

And helps (those who are against) youasws, and chooses youasws, and exerts his efforts and his wealth regarding usasws.

هم إخواني ال لم من رآني منهم و من لم يرني و أعلمهم أن ملي إلى من يبلغ ذين أشتاق إليهم فليلقوا ع يا علي أقرئهم مني السا ل ن و ليعتصموا به و ليجتهدوا في العمل فإن كوا بحبل لل القرون بعدي و ليتمس للة و أخبرهم أن لل خرجهم من هدى إلى

O Aliasws! Convey to them the greetings from mesaww, the one from them who has seen mesaww and the one from them who has not seen mesaww, and let them know that they are mysaww brethren, those Isaww am desirous to. Therefore, let them be casting mysaww deeds to the ones who reach the centuries (generations) after mesaww, and let them attach themselves with the Rope of Allahazwj and let them be holding tight with it, and let them be striving in the deeds, for weasws will not be exiting them from guidance to the straying. And inform them that Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic is Pleased from them, and that Heazwj is Boasting about them to Hisazwj Angels and is Looking at them during every Friday with Hisazwj Mercy, and Heazwj is Commanding the Angels that they seek Forgiveness for them.

O Aliasws! Do be wishing about helping a people to whom it has reached, or they have heard that Isaww love youasws, so they are loving youasws for mysaww love for youasws, and they are making it a Religion of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic with that, and are obeying youasws with sincere cordiality from their hearts, and are choosing youasws over the fathers and the brothers and the children, and they are travelling yourasws path, and they are being carryed upon its abhorrences regarding usasws and they are refusing except to help usasws and are expending their lives regarding usasws with the harming and evil words which they are experiencing from the agony of that.

So be merciful and content with them, for Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic has Chosen them in Hisazwj Knowledge, for usasws from between the creatures, and Created them from ourasws clay, and Entrusted them with ourasws secrets, and Necessitated their hearts of recognising ourasws rights, and Expanded their chests. They are attaching with ourasws rope and are not preferring against usasws, the ones who are opposing usasws along with whatever is declining away from them of their world.

لل متحيرون في و سلك بهم طريق الهدى فاعتصموا به و الناس في عمه ال دهم لل ة و ما جاء الهواء ع أي موا عن الحج و شيعتك على منهاج الحق و عز و جل فهم يصبحون و يمسون في سخط لل الستقامة ل يستأنسون إلى من من عند لل

نيا منهم و هم و ليست الد جى.خال ليسوا منها أولئك مصابيح الد

Allahazwj Supports them and Travels them on the road of Guidance. Thus, they are holding fast with it and the (other) people are in their blindness of the straying, confused in their personal whims, blind from the Divine Authority and whatever has come from the Presence of Allahazwj Mighty and Majestic, and they are in the morning and evening, in the Wrath of Allahazwj, but yourasws Shias are upon the Manifesto of the Truth, and the uprightness, not being comforted to the ones who oppose them, and the world isn’t for them and they aren’t for it. They are the lamps in the darkness’’.94
