The NDSS will contact you when your GuardianTM Connect app starter pack has arrived at your healthcare professional.

You can then make an appointment with your healthcare professional to get started.

Then at your appointment, as you’ll already have your GuardianTM Connect app and your CareLink® software account, you’ll be able to get started straight away.

Your healthcare professional will sign and forward your completed form to the NDSS.
