FACILITY INFORMATIONAlzamil Metal Works Factory has a state-of-the-art, safe and environmental friendly facility, with the latest manufacturing, Coa�ng, and assembly technologies; and around the clock surveillance coverage for safety, quality, training and security purposes.

The plant has been designed to undertake major heavy steel fabrica�on works with single carnage li�ing capacity of up to 50 tons each, enabling it to handle vessels and shop built tanks of maximum transportable dimensions, and in segments for site assembly of mega products.

A dedicated team of engineers and technicians are in place to carry out all ac�vi�es in the shop as per latest technological advances, and newest edi�ons of codes and standards. Whereas our in plant back office of Engineering, QHSE, procurement, and maintenance, provide instant technical, inspec�on, and service support to our produc�on teams.All our products and services incorporate a premium level of engineering know-how and are manufactured in accordance to interna�onal codes and standards, as well as client specifica�ons.

CERTIFICATIONAZMWF prac�ces ISO 9001:2008 cer�fied Quality Assurance program to meet quality requirements on all products, aimed for high level of customer sa�sfac�on and OHSAS 18001:2007 for safety management systems. It is customized to produce systema�c informa�on & health process that is accurate, reliable and adequate for intended purpose.

Our Quality control system is designed and implemented to sa�sfy ASME and na�onal board code & standards. We are an EPC authorized for coded equipment's and we endorse our products with U, S, PP & R ASME and Na�onal Board designator.

All welding procedures and welders/operators qualifica�ons and performance meets the requirements of ASME sec�on-IX, AWS D1.1 & AWS 1.8. Welders and operators demonstrate their skills on SMAW, FCAW, GMAW, SAW and GTAW welding process.
