inspired by Gordon’s original 1880 pink gin

recipe. Crafted to balance the refreshing taste

of Gordon’s with the sweetness of raspberries

and strawberries with the tang of redcurrant.

Made using only the highest quality ingredients

and only natural fl avourings to provide an

authentic real berry fl avour.

Bombay Sapphire Gin €6.60The tantalising, smooth and complex taste that you

experience when you sip Bombay Sapphire gin, is

described as fresh citrus and juniper fl avours combined

with an elegant light spicy fi nish. The fl avours of the

botanicals are captured through a delicate distillation

process called Vapour Infusion to give Bombay

Sapphire its distinctive taste.

Tanqueray Gin €6.60Created by Charles Tanqueray in 1830, Tanqueray

London Dry Gin is made today according to the same

classic, timeless recipe. Tanqueray London Dry Gin

is distilled four times and has the perfect balance of

four classic gin botanicals - refreshing juniper, peppery

coriander, aromatic angelica and sweet liquorice.

Tanqueray No.Ten €12.00Passion and attention to detail in perfect measure, is a

recipe for exquisite results. Tanqueray Nº TEN, named

after the stills of its origin, is small batch gin crafted

using fresh citrus fruits. An exquisite citrus burst in every

sip, best enjoyed with premium tonic water and a slice

of pink grapefruit.

Dingle Gin €6.60Dingle Original Gin is made in small batches of 500

litres. The secret combination of fl avour elements

are macerated in spirit for 24 hours. Then, when the

spirit is distilled, it passes through a fl avour basket

in the neck of the still. This underlines the attention

to detail that is an essential part of our whole

approach to the art of distillation.

Hendricks Gin €7.50No other Gin tastes like Hendrick’s because

no other Gin is made like it. Made by the most

curious of minds and imaginative spirit, with hints

of coriander, juniper, citrus peel - and an odd but

marvellous infusion of rose petal and cucumber.

Hendrick’s is handcrafted in Scotland, using the

highest quality neutral grain spirit distilled through

two diff erent types of still for a unique blend of

fl oral notes and depth of character taking from

eleven diff erent botanicals and a delightfully

peculiar infusion of rose petals and most unusually

cucumber.

Ha’Penny Dublin Dry Gin €8.00Ha’Penny Gin is an Irish made gin that draws

inspiration from Victorian Dublin and the fl ora found

in the walled gardens within Phoenix Park. The

botanicals include blackberries, lavender, geranium

and dandelion fl owers as well as traditional juniper

and other well known gin ingredients. This gin is

named after Dublin’s famous Ha’Penny bridge and

the label takes its inspiration from some of the design

details found on the Victorian ironwork of Dublin’s

famous landmark.

Jawbox Belfast Dry Gin €8.00Jawbox is a small batch gin named after the

ever-celebrated Belfast sink colloquially known as

the ‘Jawbox’. The Ards Peninsula is home to The

Jawbox Distillery and the fi elds where its grain is

grown and harvested. First, the grain is distilled

slowly in a tradition copper pot still, a careful

selection of local and exotic botanicals are then

steeped overnight in the warmed spirit, releasing

their maximum infl uence and preserving their delicate

fl avours and aromas.

Gunpowder Irish Gin €8.00A hand-crafted gin made in the Shed Distillery,

Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim. Oriental Botanicals

(berries and roots) and locally foraged

Meadowsweet are added to a traditional

medieval style still and only allowed to soak for 30

minutes max while the vapour infusion is being

prepared. The gin is allowed to rest for a week,

which allows the oils and alcohol to infuse and for

fl avour to develop. It is then diluted to 43% with

fi ltered water and gently fi ltered for clarity.

Von Hallers Gin €11.20Von Hallers is a collaborative product that takes

German grown botanicals and then distills

them at the Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo in

County Leitrim. Ingredients include ginger, lemon

verbena, halleria amongst other more traditional

gin botanicals. Only available in Germany and

Ireland, Von Hallers Gin is a treasure for gin

afi cionados.

Classic London Tonic Water 200ml €3.15 The Classic London Tonic features a signature juniper distillate, and delivers a premium off ering that is designed to perfectly enhance the main feature of the drink, the spirit.

Grapefruit and Rosemary Tonic Water 200ml €3.15 The Grapefruit and Rosemary Tonic features a signature rosemary distillate, this is skilfully blended with cold pressed grapefruit oils to deliver a herbal edge to the tonic, ideally paired with citrus led Gins, this aromatic tonic enables the spirit to

fl ourish amongst the zesty grapefruit and rosemary

Bitter Orange and Elderfl ower Tonic Water 200ml€3.15Blood Orange oils and a rich bitter orange tincture are artfully blended to provide the base for this tonic, to this a gentle fl oral distilled essence is added by steeping and gently heating elderfl owers capturing their aromatic vapour. The subtle sweetness of the elderfl ower distillate is perfectly paired with the tangy citrus notes of the bitter orange to provide depth of fl avour, this tonic enhances juniper heavy gins allowing the spirit to shine through
