3-oz. pkg. black cherry gelati3-oz. pkg. raspberry gelati3-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed1/2 cup chopped pecas or other uts
12-oz. cola soda
Heat juice to boilig. Add gelatis ad mix util dissolved. Add fruit, uts adcubed cream cheese. Mix well. Add cola ad mix. Chill. Slice ad serve o lettuce.

Oce gelati mixture has begu to set (it should belike a puddig), remove from fridge ad mix i the fruit. Stir very well. Pourcarefully ito a greased 2-quart mold pa. Refrigerate at least overight (ca bemade a week i advace). Umold before servig ad slice with pie server.

I a large bowl, toss lettuce ad spiach mixture with pecas, craberries, apples,cheese, tomato, avocado ad red oio. I a small bowl whisk together jam, viegar,water, olive oil, salt ad pepper. Whe ready to serve the salad, pour o dressig,toss ad ejoy!

1/4 tsp. bakig soda2 cups milk1/2 cup watercormeal
Combie 3 cups flour, yeast, salt, sugar ad bakig soda. Heat milk ad wat
util very warm (120 to 130 degrees). Add to dry mixture; beat well. Stir i restflour to make a stiff batter. Spoo ito two 8.5 x 4.5 loaf pas that have bee spor greased ad sprikled with cormeal.
Cover; let rise i warm place for 45 miutes. Bake for 25 miutes at 400 degRemove from pa immediately ad cool. Makes 2 loaves.

Dissolve the lemo gelati i hot water ad add beef bouillo soup. Soak theuflavored gelati i 1/2 cup of the tomato juice. Dissolve the rest i the heatedtomato juice. Combie both mixtures before they gel. Rise 6-cup rig mold with coldwater ad add the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Mix first seve igrediets i medium-sized bowl. Place turkey i a pot. Poursauce mixture over turkey. I small dish dissolve corstarch ito cold water. Pourito turkey mixture. Heat over medium heat util sauce thickes, approximately 30miutes. Serve over hot cooked rice. Garish with pimetos or sliced sweet redpepper, if desired. Serves 4.

4 medium ripe baaas, mashed6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels1/3 cup chopped pecas (optioal)

I a large bowl cream softeed butter with sugar util light, the beat i eggs,vailla ad milk. I a separate bowl sift flour, bakig powder, bakig soda ad salt.
Add the flour mixture ito the butter mixture i about three parts, alteratig witha third of the mashed baaa. Beat util smooth. Fold i chocolate morsels adpecas, if desired. Bake i greased budt pa at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 miutes,util cake sprigs back whe pressed i the middle. Let cake cool 10 miutes, theremove from pa. Let cool a additioal 20 to 25 miutes, the ice while still warm.Let iced cake cool completely (approximately 90 miutes) before coverig.

1/2 cup brow sugar1 large egg2 tsp. maple extract1 cup powdered sugar2 Tbsp. maple syrup
I a medium bowl whisk together flour, bakig powder ad salt; set aside. I thebowl of a stad mixer fitted with the paddle attachmet, beat 1 cup butter, sugar adbrow sugar util light ad fluffy, about 3 miutes. Add the egg ad maple extract;beat at medium speed util combied, about 30 secods. Add the flour mixture adbeat at low speed util just combied, about 30 secods, scrapig dow the bowl aseeded.
Divide dough ito two balls ad flatte each ball ito a disk. Wrap each disk iplastic wrap ad refrigerate at least 1 hour. Place dough oto a lightly flouredsurface. With a rollig pi roll the dough out to 1/4-ich thickess. Use a maple leafcookie cutter to cut out cookies, placig o bakig sheet lied with parchmet paper.
Bake cookies at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 miutes or util edges just start to brow.Cool o the bakig sheets about 3 miutes, the use a spatula to trasfer the cookiesto a wire rack ad cool to room temperature. While cookies are coolig, make thefillig by creamig 1/4 cup butter i a stad mixer. Add powdered sugar ad maplesyrup ad beat util smooth. Usig a kife or spoo, spread the fillig oto thebackside of the cookie. Top with aother cookie, backside dow.

Cover with the remaiig cereal miCover ad freeze till firm. Let stad 10 miutes before cuttig. Ca be covered wchocolate or other ice cream toppig, but it doest eed it.
