SACRAMENTAL INFORMATION
RITE OF RECONCILIATION (Confession): Saturdays-3:00 to 4:15 pm (St. Margaret’s) BAPTISM: Parents must attend a Baptismal Or ientation Class before the date of the baptism. Please call the office for more information QUINCEAÑERAS: Parents must be active registered members of the parish. The girl must be attending Religious Education classes and have received her sacraments of Bap-tism, First Communion, Penance and Confirmation. Parents must contact the parish six months to a year before scheduling a Quinceaños celebration. MARRIAGE: Couple must contact the par ish pr iest at least SIX MONTHS to a year before the wedding. Marriage Preparation classes are required. Please call the office for more information and to make an appointment with the priest. ___________________________________________________

Margarita) BAUTISMO: Los padres tienen que estar registrados co-mo miembros de la parroquia y tienen que asistir a una clase de orientación antes del bautismo. Para obtener más información, favor de llamar a la oficina de la parroquia. QUINCEAÑERAS: Los padres de la joven tienen que es-tar registrados y ser miembros activos de la parroquia. La joven debe estar en el programa de las clases de Educación Religiosa y haber recibido los sacramentos de bautismo, primera co-munión, penitencia y confirmación. MATRIMONIO: La pareja debe hablar con el sacerdote SEIS MESES a un año de anterioridad a la boda. Clases de preparación son requeridas. Favor de llamar a la oficina para hacer una cita con el sacerdote.

PLEASE NOTE: St. Margaret’s and St. Mary’s parishioners In order to allow more parishioners to reserve mass intentions for 2017, a new rule has been put in place effective January 1, 2017. Each family will be able to request two mass intentions per quarter in 2017. If you have more than two masses in the reservation log for 2017, you may keep two masses each quarter, the rest will be sent to churches who do not have mass in 2017. Your mass intentions will be said in our Church or any other church.

A SEASON OF HOPE Today we can bask in the imagery that the Mass readings offer us. In particular, Isaiah's vision of a parched land that blooms with abundant flowers holds a message for each of us. Too often we are just like that parched land. We can allow ourselves to become absorbed in the waves of consumerism that grip so many. We look for fulfillment in the things that money can buy. Unfortunately, this leaves us like parched land, thirsting for something that money can't buy. This holy season has much to offer to quench our thirsts. In a word, this season offers hope. We are told that those who are ransomed by God will know joy and gladness. For them, sorrow and mourning will be no more. Let us place our hope in these promises.

La Sociedad Guadalupana les hace una cordial invitación a participar en la fiesta para Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe, el lunes, 12 de diciembre de 2016.
5:00 a.m. —Las Mañanitas para La Virgen de Guadalupe —Desayuno y Danza en el Salón Parroquial 5:00 p.m. —Peregrinación alrededor de nuestra Parroquia. 6:00 p.m. —Misa Y terminando la misa, sigue la fiesta con comida, danza y bailables. Una donacion de dinero sera bien recibida. Todas las actividades se llevaran a cabo en los jardines de la iglesia, si el tiempo lo permite.
