Gyeong-Bok-Gung Palace
It was built in 1395, three years after the Joseon Dynasty was founded. The Palace was named Gyeong-Bok-Gung Palace, which means the "Palace Greatly Blessed by Heaven."With Mount Bugaksan to its rear and Mount Namsan in the foreground, the site of Gyeong-Bok-Gung Palace was at the heart of Seoul. Today, the palace is regarded as the most beautiful and biggest palace in Seoul.
G-Tower
IFEZ (Incheon Free Economic Zone) is designated to be the hub for the government’s strategy of building the economic center of Northeast Asia. G-Tower is a landmark located at Central Park in ‘Song-Do International City’, Incheon.The terrace ‘Sky Garden’ on the 29th floor offers a bird’s eye view over the international business zone in Song-Do, and the promotion hall is set on the 33rd floor to show the performance of the IFEZ plan.

6. GENERAL INFORMATION
CURRENCY AND EXCHANGE RATE The unit of Korean currency is Won (₩). The exchange rate is approximately USD $1 to ₩1,153 (as of October 28) Currency exchange: Foreign banknotes and traveler's check can be exchanged at foreign exchange banks and other authorized moneychangers. Credit cards: Diners Club, Visa, American Express and MasterCard are widely accepted at major hotels, shops and restaurants in the large cities. Check with your credit card company for details of merchant acceptability and other services which may be available. Traveler's check: Accepted, but may be difficult to change in small towns. CLIMATE The Republic of Korea lies in the temperate zone with four distinct seasons. Geographically, it is located in the middle latitudes of the Northern Hemisphere, on the east coast of the Eurasian Continent and also adjacent to the Western Pacific. It shows, therefore complex climate characteristics which reveal both continental and oceanic features. It has a wide temperature difference between summer and winter and much precipitation in comparison with that of the Continent.
During the GICC 2015, temperature is very moderate with average temperature expected to be 10ºC
LANGUAGE The Korean language belongs to the Ural-Altaic language group. Han-geul, the Korean alphabet, is composed of 10 simple vowels and 14 consonants. In 1443, King Sejong promoted the creation of an alphabet for writing that could simply and accurately convey the sounds of the spoken language. Originally known as Hunminjeongeum, or "the correct sounds for the instruction of the people," it is an easy-to-learn phonetic alphabet that enabled the common people to express themselves in writing.
RELIGION Freedom of religion is fully guaranteed in the Republic of Korea. There are four broad streams of influence: Shamanism, Buddhism,Confucianism, and Christianity.
Christianity has had a large following in Korea since its introduction from the West in the late 18th century. Catholicism and Protestantism have significantly grown under the influence of Europe and the United States. There are also various minor religionsbased on various combinations of elements from traditional religions.

SURROUNDINGS Coex Mall: Coex Mall is the largest underground shopping area in Asia, playing a role of complex cultural space that provides the largest multiplex theaters in Korea, aquarium designed with a special themes, shopping, dining, and entertainment services as well as Korean cultural experiences.
Bongeunsa Temple: Located north of Coex mall and convention center, Bongeunsa Temple has a long history. First constructed in 794 during the reign of King Wonseong, the temple was restored in 1498 by Queen Jeonghyeon since it was located near her husband Seoungjong’s tomb. At this time, the name of the temple was changed from Gyeongseong Temple to Bongeunsa Temple.
Gangnam station: The area around Gangnam Station is full of bars and restaurants serving Korean, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine as well as countless clothing stores, movie theaters and book stores.
