My husband and I chose GHOHomes because o the luxurious

eel and look o our living

spaces. We love the high ceilings

and the over-sized windows.

With the open oor plan each

room ows into one another. Inour model we have beautiul

archways and unusual niches

built into our walls. It is not

the typical run o the mill home

that other builders crank out.

Plus, we were able to customize

as well. We had a list o very

specifc items that we wanted

in a quality home. GHO was

the only builder that we ound

that met our expectations. We

are just thrilled with our dream

accommodating in helping

me to redesign everything to

ft my dreams. I added squareootage to the master suite,

added a bathroom, relocated

all my air conditioning units to

enlarge the laundry area and

eliminated the ormal dining

Cratsmanship and building design have been amily

dinner table conversation or as long as Bill Handler can

remember.

Dan Handler, Bills ather, shared his daily experiences as

a builder/developer o shopping centers throughout the

eastern United States and with his extensive knowledge

o the construction business, Dan decided to expand his

eforts into residential construction, ounding GHO

Homes in 1983. In the ensuing years the company grew

steadily, building projects in Sunrise, amarac, Delray

Beach, Parkland, Jupiter, St. Lucie West, Vero Beach,

Sebastian, Palm Bay, and Daytona Beach.

Ater 17 years o growth and experience, the torch was

passed when Dan Handler placed his son Bill in charge

o the next generation o GHO Homes.Bills credentials brought tremendous momentum to

the GHO amily management team. Ater graduating

with honors rom the University o Florida with a degree

in Building Construction, Bill went on to earn his Law

Degree rom the University o Florida and is a current

member o the Florida Bar Association. And as a licensed

contractor, Bill was able to combine practical hands-

on experience with the knowledge and business acumen

necessary to guide the company.

While earning national recognition and awards or

new home design and sales, website development and

company growth, GHO Homes was acknowledged as

one o the astest growing homebuilders in the nation in

2004 and 2005. Tis ultimately brought GHO Homes

to the attention o Woodside Homes, a national builder

looking to enter the southeast Florida market and in

2005 they acquired the company, asking Bill to managethe local Woodside operation. He did so until Woodside

decided to exit the Florida market and concentrate on
