Our mini quiche Florentine is a delicious blend of cheese, spinach, cream and a variety of spices in a flaky and light pastry shell. Our mini quiche Lorraine is a pastry shell filled with the finest ingredients consisting of custard, Monterey Jack cheese and bacon.

Preparation: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). Place pieces on a baking tray and heat on middle oven rack for 14-16 minutes. Ensure the product is thoroughly heated (165ºC/74ºC) prior to serving. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.

This handmade product with authentic Mediterranean taste is made with only the best ingredients. Crispy triangles of filo pastry filled with a savory blend of spinach, feta and ricotta cheese with herbs and spices.

Preparation: Prepare product from the frozen state. Remove all packaging prior to cooking. Cook until a minimum internal temperature of 165ºF (74ºC) is reached. Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only.

Oven: Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC) maximum. Place product, flat side down, on a baking sheet and place on the center rack of oven. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove product from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Not recommended for microwave.

Preparation: (Conventional Oven or Toaster Oven) Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove products from packaging. Preheat oven to 375ºF (180ºC). Place the product on parchment paper on a baking sheet or on a non stick baking sheet in the center of the oven. Heat 12-15 minutes or until golden brown or until the center of the product reaches a temperature 165ºF (74ºC). Do not reheat and do not refreeze.
