Fire Extinguishment using Water
• The best way to remove heat is to dump water on the fire but,
depending on the type of fire, this is not always the best option.
• The most common agent is water; however, it cannot be used for
class B or C fires because it is conductive.
• Although only effective on only Class A fires, they have the
advantage of being inexpensive to operate and causing minimal
damage and cleanup.
• Water extinguishers or APW extinguishers (air-pressurized water)
are suitable for class A fires only.
• Water cannot be used on grease fires, electrical fires or class D fires
- the flames will spread and make the fire bigger!

Working Principle of X Fire Pro
• Based on Fire Triangle, the combustion process requires three
factors: fuel, heat and oxygen.
• X-Fire extinguishing liquid affects the burning zone in three
ways namely:
• Producing extreme cooling effect
• Emitting of oxygen from fire volume
• Spreading a thin film type liquid layer preventing
further re-ignition
• X-Fire liquid has a shelf life of 10 years.

What happens if the fire breaks out in a closed area protected by BONPET?
Due to fire the temperature increases and as a result of it the extinguisher
liquid also gets warm and expand in the ampoule. When the temperature of
the liquid gets 85C°+/- 5C° it is converted into vapour and as a result of the
changing of the liquid state pressure is generated/created which breaks the
glass into pieces. The vapour spurts in the area starting endotherm
processes which take energy/power from the fire, thus dousing the fire
instantaneously

Fire Suppression Systems provide Cost-Effective, Stand-Alone,
Automatic Fire Suppression Systems for your Critical Equipment,
Electrical/Technical Systems and various types of enclosures.
The effectiveness of a genuine Firetrace System, happens by utilizing
the proprietary Firetrace Detection Tubing (a Linear Pneumatic Heat
Sensor), which detects a fire due to precise temperature sensitivity,
allowing our systems to react quickly and effectively.
This unique detection can be run through the smallest or most
complex enclosures to ensure detection is always close at hand.
Automatic Fire Suppression Tubing System
The heart of the system is the Linear Heat Sensitive pneumatic polymer tubing. It
is connected at one end to a Extinguishing Agent Container, which the rest runs
through the risk area, in a predetermined manner. When the flame touches the
tubing and it reaches a temperature of 67 Deg. C, the tubing bursts at it hottest
point (which is nearest to the most vulnerable part of the fire), thus forming a
nozzle .
The pneumatic mechanism then triggers the valve of the extinguisher & sprays
the agent out directly into the fire, thus dousing the fire quicker than any other
technique on the market.
This path breaking system, is entirely automatic, and once installed, requires no
human help. Thus making it the method of choice for “Localized environments”,
or areas which are cordoned off or have an enclosed area (such as panels,
servers..)
Automatic Fire Suppression Tubing System
DIRECT RELEASE SYSTEMS
Firetrace’s fire protection – direct release systems utilize the
tube as both the “detection device” and “suppressant delivery. As the fire
begins, the portion of the tube nearest the point where the most heat is
detected ruptures, forming an effective spray nozzle.
The pressure will then drop as the Firetrace tube releases the entire
contents of the cylinder through the distribution nozzle to effectively
suppress the fire. More than one Firetrace tube can be used enabling the
system to cover more area. Our fire suppression systems are critical for
safety and protecting your valuable equipments
Automatic Fire Suppression System operates on 2 different Techniques:

Once the tubing senses the fire, it ruptures –resulting in a drop of pressure causing the
Indirect Valve to activate
This diverts flow from the detection tube to the larger outlet ports
Then the fire suppression system kicks in – the Extinguishing Agent is discharged from the
cylinder through the diffuser nozzles, flooding the area in a proprietary mix of fire
extinguishing chemicals, effectively suppressing the fire quickly & thoroughly
This system is typically used in larger areas that require a high volume of Extinguishing
Agents, to effectively suppress the fire
Multiple diffuser nozzles may be added to meet the specific Application / requirements
Automatic Fire Suppression System operates on 2 different Techniques:
