4. Select type of report you want to run (CMS HCAHPS, HHCAHPS, Patient Satisfaction, etc)
Running Reports
1. Select type of report you want to run (CMS HCAHPS, HHCAHPS, Patient Satisfaction, etc)
2. Select survey (CMS HCAHPS Inpatient)
3. Hospital is in drop down box.
4. In “Survey Period” Select Start and End Dates
5. Click “Generate Report”

• For non-HCAHPS data, users can click on any comment to drill down to the patient level.
• Preventative Care – Feedback in 24 to 48 hours.
• Can be utilized for motivation and praise
