Activate your printers by placing into groups
In this last step, you will “activate” your printers by placing each printer into a group, depending on the shipping and billing details for that printer.
All printers found on your network are shown on the left of your screen. (the example below shows three printers)
If you only have one shipping and billing location, all of your printers should be placed into one group.
Any printers for which you do not wish to order cartridges should be moved to the Excluded Printers group.
Tip: Hold down your mouse pointer over the handle on the left of the printer name. Click on the handle and drag and drop the printer into a printer group (indicated by a box) to the right.
Hold down your mouse pointer here
Click on the handle and drag and drop the printer into a box to the right to
create a printer group

“My Department” printer group is now saved with one printer in that group!
Type in a printer group name and select shipping and billing details,
then click SAVE GROUP

Next you will “activate” the other printers on the left side of your screen by putting each into a group. TIP: You can create a “friendly” printer name for each printer to help you identify it better.
Hold down your mouse pointer here
NOTE: “friendly” names or other text can be typed in the printer field to help
you identify each printer
Click on the handle and drag and drop the printer into a new
group (if you have printers in different locations).
NOTE: All printers can also just be saved to ONE GROUP,

A second printer group, “Tom’s Department” is now saved with one printer in that group! For this example, the last printer (HP LaserJet P4014) is put into the Excluded Printers group. This means that HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery will not monitor or order supplies for this printer. NOTE: All printers must be placed into a group for a successful enrollment.
Click on the handle and drag and drop the remaining printers into groups.
NOTE: Drag and drop any printers into the “EXLUDED PRINTERS” group that you do
not want to be monitored

The printers assigned to a Printer Group are now automatically monitored for low toner or ink levels.
When printer levels are low, depending on your settings, HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery will either:
Automatically create a Saved Cart in your Quill.com account. Then, Quill.com will send you an email with a link to the Saved Cart that needs your approval.
Submit an order automatically for your cartridges with Quill.com.
NOTE: You may review order status at any time using the “Overview” tab at the top of the HP SureSupply Auto-Delivery screen.
