German Weather Service (“DWD”) claims “relentless climate change” in Germany

The facts: Stagnangt temperatures since 1997. No temperature rise occurring. Yearly fluctuations averaging out. Sinking winter temperatures since 1997.

Two stair-steps of warming in Germany: Since 1951 there have been just two instances of lasting warm-ups in Germany: 1987 and 1997! That contradicts the greenhouse thesis, since CO-2 is constantly climbing. No known studies of this phenomenon are extant.
