• TransparencyInformation is power. Power can be abused. Access to information can reduce the odds of abuse ofpower.
• Voice & ParticipationPlatforms and interfaces, e.g. between administration and citizens, must be accessible.
• AccountabilityParticipation and transparency are important preconditions for accountability. But corrupt behaviour also has to be punished.
• Integrity InfrastructureAn integrity infrastructure is a set of measures and instruments applied within an organization tomanage corruption risks.
