1.0 Introduction

The Middle Ridge Property (MRP) consists of license 022219M (25 claims) staked in

2014.

This report describes the till and rock recee program that took place from May 1,2014 to

Oct 30,2014 on MRP.

Highlights of the assay results include mineralization in rocks collected long the northern

edge of the property along Southwest River. Elevated levels of Stibnite, Strontium, Tin,

Copper and Nickel were identified.

2.0 Location and Access:

The MRP is located south of Gander and can be accessed via a network of forestry access

roads. The property is located on NTS maps 2D/06 and 2D/11. Access to this property

was by 4x4 truck to the bridge over Northwest Gander River and then via side-by-side to

the property. Much of the forestry roads beyond Northwest Gander River have many

rough portions and the section of road beyond the second bridge crossing over Southwest

Gander River was heavily grown in with alders. An access road cuts through the center of

the property adjacent to the Middle Ridge Gold Showing. Access by foot was also

available along Southwest River to the north of the property. Figure #1 shows the

location of the property.

3.0 Geology:

The MRP is located in the Gander Zone and the claim is divided by two rock type groupings:

• Southeast of property: Early Devonian – Middle Ridge Granite – Plutonic Felsic

• Northwest of property: Early Cambrian to Middle Ordovician – Gander Group – Siliclastic Marine

The surficial geology is comprised of glacio-fluvial to the north and till blanket to the south.

4.0 Assay Results:

At the MRP, the sampling program initially began with till sampling program in close

proximity of the Gold showing focusing to the west of the showing. A grid was laid out at

100m spacing and sampling was attempted along the grid. The collection of till in areas

within 400m of the Gold showing was hampered by large boulders covered with very thin

layer of overburden. A number of samples were collected using this methodology. Some

sampling was also conducted of stream sediments in these areas. Sampling was also

conducted on some boulders on the property and at bedrock outcrops along the Southwest

Gander River to the north of the showing. Twenty-nine (29) samples were collected; 9

rock samples and 20 soil samples. The coordinates and a summary of the assay results are

shown in Table #1. The results from the complete assay results are shown in Appendix

#1.

Stibnite levels above 80ppm were measurable in 11 of the 20 soil samples, while two soil

samples showed slightly elevated levels of Arsenic. Four rock samples collected along

the Southwest Gander River showed signs of mineralization, returning elevates values for

Molybdenite, Stibnite, Strontium, Tin, Copper, and Nickel. A value of >1100ppm

(0.27%0 Nickel was reported in sample ID MR-RIV2 (Figure #2).

5.0 Recommendations:

MRP showed some mineralization in rocks collected along the northern edge of the

property, with elevated levels of Stibnite, Strontium, Molybdenite, Tin, Copper, and

Nickel. Additional sampling should be conducted on bedrock exposures along the

northern edge of the property following the Southwest River. No significant gold values

were recorded in any of the samples collected, however two soil samples showed slightly

elevated levels of Arsenic near the Gold showing. An Electromagnetic Meter should be

used on the grid developed in 2014 to further assess the area of the Gold showing.
