Jay’s and Greenville TreatiesWas the first two treaties Washington signed (1795).The Treaty of Greenville ended the Northwest
Indian War and gave America supreme control of Ohio and part of Indiana.
Jay’s Treaty made America stay neutral and Britain agreed abandon British forts in the west and allow American trade the West Indies.
