The refund period for courses less than three weeks or 90 hours in duraon is 2 days from the beginning of the class start date. An Applicaon for Refund by Check/Credit (Form 2057, Rev 08-14) must be completed. AGE fees, ID fees and lab fees are non-refundable. Cash payments are refunded by internal fund checks. Aenon New Students In order to qualify for in-state tuion rates, new students must provide TWO documents showing that they have been a FL resident for at least one year (FL Drivers License/ID, vehicle reg., voter card, etc.).
