Connect the nozzle to the vehicle

ShutOff Valve Open

Operation SW “Start” Position ( Dispenser RUN)

Open Hi, Low valve ON for 4 sec. allowing gas to flow to the car.

During these 4 sec. the CPU reads the Tempereture.




Hi Valve Close and Filling begins.

As the pressure in the vehicle tank nears the pressure in low bank storage, the gas flow rate will decrease

When the gas flow rate falls below the PRESET setting FRS1 (e.g. 10.5 kg/min)…




Mid valve Open PRESET OPT 15 = 0 : Low V/V Open PRESET OPT 15 = 1 : Low V/V Close

When the gas flow rate falls below the PRESET setting FRS2 (e.g. 6.5 kg/min)…




Opens up the Hi valve to finish off the fill. PRESET OPT 16 = 0 : Mid V/V Open PRESET OPT 16 = 1 : Mid V/V Close

The fill will end when either the final fill pressure is reached or the gas flow rate falls below the PRESET setting EOF (e.g. 2.5 kg/min)




At this point the CPU will close all valves and Unit Price “end” Display

Operation SW “Stop” Position

Disconnect the nozzle by turning the handle 180°

This will allow the gas trapped between the vehicles receptacle and check valve to be vented




When the dispenser is off, there is still pressure in the lines up to the nozzle

** Venting the Dispenser

To start venting the dispenser, first close off the inlet ball valves




Then open up the venting needle valve

The gas in the line will now start to escape through the vent tube





Notice now that there is still gas trapped between the inlet ball valves and the solenoid valves





Manual OpreationLow solenoid Instrument Line -> Mid solenoid Instrument Line connect -> Mid Valve Open

Operation Switch to “Start” Position, this will open up the Hi, Low valves, allowing for the gas trapped to be evacuated

Now maintenance work can be performed on the dispenser

c. CHECK THAT VALVE IS RECEIVING APPROPRIATE VOLTAGE

d. REPLACE SOLENOID
