Collection Protocols• All samples from juveniles. Collected in 2000.• Most were collected fly-fishing in July and August.• Length range was 90 – 200mm. Fish > age 1. • Collected at several locations over a 2 – 4 km section.• Screw traps used in the Pahsimeroi, Lehmi, Red, and

SF Salmon River at Knox Bridge.• Hatchery stocks collected at rearing facilities in

September. All hatchery fish were age 0.• Several streams were not sampled because of hatchery

adult outplants in 1999.• Interim report contains 5 hatchery and 31 wild stocks.

There are 43 additional wild stocks left to analyze.
