• This training module is intended for care providers who have basic Fuze Meeting knowledge.
• At the end of this module, you will be able to:• Download the FuzeMeeting video application.• Schedule meetings to initiate one‐touch video visits• Configure Genesis Touch tablets for one‐touch video visits.• Initiate and host a one‐touch video visit.

Care Provider Workflow: Establish a Fuze Account
• On your computer, open your internet browser, purchase a Fuze license at https://www fuzebox com/purchasehttps://www.fuzebox.com/purchase.
• Go to https://www.fuzemeeting.com/.S l t L I• Select Log In.

• Download the application.– Select Download.– Select Allow.
• Type the email address used to establish your Fuze account.
• Type the password sent to that email address by Fuze.

• Select Login.* These screens will only appear the first time you download and log into the account.

• The Genesis Touch must be pre‐configured with a meeting identifier to support one‐touch video visits.
d h f d• We recommend that you pre‐configure a meeting and use it to host multiple and/or recurring video visits using the same meeting identifierusing the same meeting identifier.

• Select Schedule a Meeting.
• Enter a subjectand description, (required fields).
• Select Save and dSend Request.

Note: The To field and time and date fields are not important at this time. You are schedulinga set‐up meeting to obtain a meeting identifier.

Setting a Meeting Identifier for One‐Touch Video
• Select Meeting identifier for one‐touch video visit. – The meeting identifier is provided by Fuze License holder.– Consists of license/meeting number.*
24The meeting identifier is located on the Fuze meeting dashboard. It is the number for the set‐
up meeting you previously scheduled. *See next slide for details.

• On your PC, log into your Fuze account.• Select Meetings List.
