     physical condition of vessel’s weather deck and cargo compartments, etc.and to inspect all fuel oil anddiesel oil tanks and calculate the quantity of bunker remaining on board

    at the time vessel was redelivered from Messrs. UNITED BULK CARRIERS S.A. - Luxembourg,

    as charterers, to Messrs. CARGILL INTERNATIONAL SA, as owners, on DOSLP Praia Mole

    PS, Brazil, on October 30th, 2014 at 16:00 hrs. LT (18:00 UTC), as per terms, conditions,

    provisions and exceptions of the governing Charter-Party.

     After a carefully visual inspection of vessel’s installations, equipment, etc., the following wasascertained:

    WEATHER DECK

    Fore Castle Deck:

      As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the samecondition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.  

    Main Deck to Port Side:

      As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the samecondition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.  

    Main Deck to Starboard Side:

      As per attached master statement, vessel sustained no damage during the charter period, i.e.,

    except for the bunker ROB, vessel is re-delivered to Cargill International SA, in the samecondition she was found at the time of delivery to United Bulk Carriers S.A.  

    Poop Deck:

    DETERMINATION OF QUANTITIES OF HEAVY FUEL AND DIESEL OIL:

    This bunker survey was carried out, on October 26th, 2014, together with Mr. Nikolay Gurguldaev, Chief Engineer ofM/V "GENESIS", that sign off on October 27th, 2014.

     After having taken temperature and soundings of all bunker tanks, compared same with the tank calibration scales, the followingcalculations were made together with the vessel’s chief engineer in attendance:
