Participation:

A school team of maximum 11 participants is invited to participate in the Athletic Meet.

Participants should be bonafide students on school roll. Certificate signed by the participating school’s principal would be considered final in the matter.

A group photograph of all the participants with the participating school Principal is required to be enclosed with the participation confirmation.

Number of participants invited per school:

1. Athletic Events School Team

Races/Sprints Jumps Throws Maximum number of Participants

100 m Long Jump Shot Put 6 Kg 11 (Eleven)

(11 for Athletic events + 1 Escort or Coach)

In athletic events a student can

participate in maximum two individual events and one relay race.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

1. The entry should be on the spot, late entry and changes will not be entertained.

Further, postal delay will not be considered as an excuse for late entry.

2. The events will be conducted on the 400 m Grassy track

3. Local team are required to reach the venue at least 45 minutes before the

scheduled time of the event in proper sports kit

4. Any change in the entries will be possible, with the permission of the event

coordinator of the host school, if requested at least 48 hours before the start of the

Athletic Meet.

5. It is not obligatory on the part of the host school to provide any

accommodation to the parent accompanying participants.

6. Any non designated person accompanying the team will not be entertained

for any matter at the venue and will not be permitted to stay in the premises.

7. All the teams shall be accompanied by only one teacher/coach/manager

designated by the participating school’s principal.

8. No team will be permitted to participate without accompanying official.

9. The officials accompanying the team should have a valid Identity Card

issued by their School Principal.

10. Participants are advised not to carry any valuables. Host school shall not be

responsible for any loss or damage.

11. All the team managers/ coaches must submit the original entry forms, age proof of

the players and school flag on arrival.

12. Each participant must have his individual kit with a uniform dress code.

13. Sports shoes/Spikes will be compulsory for all the participants during all events.

14. Each School Team must bring Two Schools flags, one for the March past & the

other to be hosted at the venue.

15. All participating teams are expected to attend the opening ceremony of the meet

in proper school uniform along with their sports kit.

16. No stay or food will be provided to Drivers/ Conductor of participating School

17. No parking will be allowed in the school premises, for the participating Schools.

18. You are request to ensure that the participating team of your school comes

prepared for the march past before the VVIPs.

FINAL CHECK LIST OF ESSENTIALS TO BRING

1. Each school must issue an identity card to every participant

2. Attested photocopy (by the principal) of class IX registration card (for the

players studying in IX and X class) and students/players from class XI must

carry attested photocopy of class X Marksheet / passing certificate
