About us

The Company "CHMIELEWSKI" lead multiple activities related to construction activities, performing work in the field of general construction, industrial and engineering. We also manufacture and supply of ancillary services. We have two professional concrete plants, which produces concrete and reinforced concrete products, mechanical and electrical workshop, ironworks, carpentry, lathes, a garage with a modern vehicle inspection station, car wash, well-equipped base of heavy equipment, their own service station and storage of building materials . The main profile of the company is general contractor for construction. Land and property objects Enterprises are more than 2.80 ha. Based on data 22.02.2005, the company currently employs 283 people including the blue-collar workers (221 persons), the engineering team - along with the technical accountancy (47 persons), students for apprenticeship in the profession: concreters bricklayer, carpenter, mechanic, electrician (15 people).

History

The company "CHMIELEWSKI" started its activity as a craftsman in 1975. Initially employed several people and it was mainly single family homes. At the beginning of the 90 starts with the dynamic development of the plant. Changing the legal status of a company which, since 1989, goes into a civil partnership. He is also attributed to the force to this day the name "General Construction Company and the Installation" CHMIELEWSKI ". The owners and partners are also Bogusław and Bronisław Chmielewscy. Two years later, is built and started producing concrete and concrete reinforced concrete elements for their own and external. In 1994, the base is purchased from the former STW for use as headquarters and base of hardware and transport. He is also an open vehicle inspection station. In 1999 he began manufacturing windows and doors from PVC to the company profile Kommerling. Since 2001, the company has again changed the legal status of civil partnership in the partnership

Achievements and successes

In 1997-1999, Company "CHMIELEWSKI" "was on the" List of the one hundred largest construction companies "in Poland. In 1998 it took 94 place in the second edition of "List of 100" in 1998, 87 in the third edition, while in 1999 the fourth edition of the 95 place. Current company policy is to "return" to the "List of 100" in later editions. On 11/22/1999, the company has acceded to the pilot of the "management practice". Up to 25 companies entered the competition in the construction and wood from five Polish regions: Bydgoszcz, Katowice, Kielce, Krakow and Opole. The task of competing companies was the best implementation of safety management system in accordance with the Polish standard PN-N-18001. The pilot competition was part of the Phare program, which on the eve of Polish integration with the European Union, aimed to help Polish businesses to adapt to the work safety standards, adopted in the EU Member States. The competition has been awarded for achievements in implementing the safety management system, the National Labour Inspectorate. The company has contacts with western neighbors, obtained the right to use the title "Authorised processor in the system window profiles KÖMMERLING". This title is a guarantee of the highest quality produced by the enterprise, windows and doors.

Production

The Company CHMIELEWSKI has its own concrete plant in which manufactured goods and articles of concrete and reinforced concrete. Sand pits

Department of Natural Aggregates - the company holds a concession for exploitation. Sand pit area - 21 840 m2 (mining area). Resource deposits - 154.6 thousand tons. Sand pit located in the town Włodzienin 13 km from Głubczyce.
