IFN Reserves Report

● IFN Reserve as of Dec 1, 2020 is $1,024,850
● $350,000 will be kept as cash reserve.
● $375,000 has been transferred to North America Islamic
Trust (NAIT), current value $383,291.
● We will know the return of 2020 investment in NAIT in Jan
2021.
● We continue to transfer $25k monthly to NAIT until target
investment amount of $650,000 is reached.

● One townhouse property with rental income
● Total Cash & Investment value: $750,402
● Total $378,111 cash assets as of Dec 1, 2020
● All current cash assets are targeted for equity investments
● Sharia Portfolio is the portfolio manager
● $325,000 has been transferred to Sharia Portfolio,
current value as of Dec 1 is $372,291.
● We continue to transfer $25k monthly to until target
investment amount of $600,000 is reached.

● Architect & Attorney to prepare Planning and Zoning application.

for inclusion in the “narrative” of the application.
