Partners’ responsibilities
• Project management: • Steering Committee meets monthly via
teleconference, and at least 4 times in person • Monitoring of activities on a monthly basis • Financial monitoring on a three months basis

Workstream 1 - IARS
• Evaluation: • Indicators of realization, result and impact • Methodologies, assessment tools, frequency of
surveys • Collection of evaluation data from partners • Regular data elaboration • Management of evaluation sessions during
meetings and peer-review process

• Dissemination: • All partners are responsible for dissemination in
their own country • Drafting tools (e.g. newsletters, leaflets) • Updating project website and social media • Regular collection of dissemination activities

• Exploitation and implementation • Ensuring sustainability of the project • Training programme to be used in different country contexts • A - Months 1-6 – analysis - state of art methods in partner
countries, best practice presented and shared • B – Months 4-12 – adaptation of the training content • C – Months 11-12 – delivery of training to partner organizations • D – Months 13–16 – final version of exploitation and dissemination • E – Months 17-23 – elaboration of quality criteria
