In the event of the customers mobile number being blocked by PayMate due to any reason whatsoever, the voucher will be issued to the customer only on the receipt of alternate and/or additional details

To redeem a GiftMate voucher a customer must have a valid mobile number. It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate mobile number at the time of redemption. PayMate & TCS will not be held liable or responsible if a customer redeems a voucher without providing the accurate mobile number.

GiftMate voucher is a value voucher which will entitle the customer to buy products / avail services of matching value at PayMate accredited merchants. Customers can check

accredited merchants can be online/retail stores

The GiftMate voucher is a mobile gift voucher. For utilizing the voucher, the customer will have to look for PayMate at the participating merchants, enter their mobile number and authenticate the transaction with their GiftMate PIN number.

GiftMate voucher will be valid for a period of one year from the date of issue. Credit will not be given for unutilized and unclaimed vouchers and the voucher cannot be encashed.

PayMate will not be responsible for product deliveries / quality of product and or service at participating merchants.
