Washing your hands with just paper and wet wipes or even rubbing yourself clean instead of taking a shower – most people in central Europe would probably never consider doing either of these things unless they happened to be trekking across a desert. Taking a shower is simply part of our daily life. And let’s be honest, do you really feel clean after wiping yourself off with toilet paper?

The idea of cleaning sensitive, intimate parts of the body with water is nothing new, which is why in many countries you will often find a bidet or a water hose next to the WC.

Geberit’s shower toilets cleverly combine the functionality of a WC and a bidet, allowing you to stay sitting comfortably after using the toilet and enjoy a feeling of freshness and cleanliness at the touch of a button. Geberit has spent the past 35 years continuously fine-tuning the shower function and spray – the centrepiece of any shower toilet – to absolute perfection. At the same time, we have also invested a great deal of effort and expertise into developing the innovative technology and comfort functions that make our shower toilets so special. All AquaClean shower toilets offer highly sophisticated design combined with superb comfort and convenience. Depending on the model a host of features make for a truly pampering experience.

Clean and tidyAt first glance, modern shower toilets look just like any conventional WC. That is because the spray arm is hidden away in a well-protected position when it is not in use. The spray nozzle is automatically rinsed with fresh water before and after every use, so it is always kept clean.

Starting the shower functionThe shower function is activated by pressing a button. Only at this point does the spray arm extend diagonally forward from its default position, thus keeping the spray nozzle clean. A few seconds later, you will feel the pleasant sensation of a jet of water at body temperature.

Adjusting the shower sprayIf you feel that the shower spray is too weak or too strong for you, you can adjust the intensity of the spray of water to suit your personal preferences. Of course, you can switch the shower function off at any time, but it can be experienced for a full 15 to 20 seconds. After all, the shower function uses a lot less water than you might think.

Absolute cleanlinessThe shower spray moves smoothly backwards and forwards to leave you with an exceptional feeling of cleanliness. The position of the spray arm and the intensity of the spray can be individually adjusted.

Gentle intimate hygieneMany women appreciate the benefits of a gentle lady wash. After all, there is no better way to clean sensitive intimate areas than with pure water.

No unpleasant odoursOdour extraction does exactly what its name suggests: it gets rid of unpleasant odours. This function is activated automatically as soon as you sit on the shower toilet.

Top marks for an ergonomic seat designThe high quality ergonomic WC seat features integrated WC seat heating. This is triggered by the proximity sensor and warms the seat up in no time.

No rim and very little noiseThe TurboFlush technology developed by Geberit makes it possible to flush out the toilet extremely thoroughly yet also very quietly, thanks to the unique inner geometry of the rimless ceramic pan.

A guiding light during the nightA discreet LED light for orientation at night is activated by the proximity sensor. There are seven different colours and five levels of brightness to choose from.

Utterly user-orientedThanks to the proximity sensor, functions such as the water heating system, the WC seat heating or the orientation light are switched on automatically as soon as you approach the toilet.

The new Geberit AquaClean Mera is the epitome of timeless elegance. Created by London-based designer Christoph Behling, the new compact shower toilet blends harmoniously into any bathroom environment. The Geberit AquaClean Mera is characterised by high-quality materials, smooth lines and seamless transitions.

This shower toilet doesn’t reveal much at first glance: all of the power and water supply connections are incorporated into the housing. The chrome surface on the design cover creates an impression of floating, accentuated by the play of reflections.The WC lid opens automatically as you approach it, so there is no need to do it manually. There is also an innovative hybrid hot water system consisting of a combination of a continuous flow heater and a storage water heater. This makes it possible to quickly supply a sufficient amount of water at body temperature.

WhirlSpray shower technologyThe patented WhirlSpray shower technology, used here for the first time, features two nozzles and ensures an extremely targeted and thorough clean. This is made possible by a pulsating shower spray that is enhanced by dynamic aeration. The benefits are impressive: a more efficient clean and a pleasant shower experience with reduced water consumption.

TurboFlush technologyThe innovative TurboFlush technology, based on the asymmetrical inner geometry of the rimless ceramic pan developed by Geberit, enables the toilet to be flushed out extremely thoroughly and quietly. This is achieved with just a single water release point which provides optimal flush water flow guidance. The high-quality ceramic pan is finished with a special surface coating to prevent any build-up of dirt. Inaccessible areas are kept to a minimum, while edges and corners have been dispensed with completely.

Remote controlThe remote control sits comfortably in your hand and is intuitive to use. All the input can be entered with just one hand, and all it takes is a click of a button to call up your personal water temperature, spray intensity and spray arm position settings. You can check other adjustments and profile settings using the display on the back of the remote control and change them via a menu.

Lady washThe Geberit AquaClean Mera has a separate lady wash, which offers a particularly soft shower spray. Its nozzle is hidden away in the spray arm, keeping it hygienically clean and protected when not in use.

Odour extractionAutomatically activated, low-noise odour extraction eliminates unpleasant odours right where they come from: inside the ceramic pan. The air in the ceramic pan is purified by a long-lasting ceramic honeycomb filter.

DryerThe dryer arm automatically aligns itself with the last position of the spray arm to ensure an optimal drying performance. The intelligent dryer functionality takes into account the change in the skin’s sensitivity to heat as it dries.

WC seat heatingThe high quality ergonomic WC seat features integrated heating. Thanks to the proximity sensor, the WC seat only starts warming up as you approach it.

In these cases, the Geberit Monolith sanitary module for WCs offers an attractive and smart alternative. Hidden behind it is an ultra-slim cistern and all the necessary sanitary technology. The modules are designed to be mounted quickly and with minimal disruption and existing water and drainage pipes can be used.

Geberit only uses high-quality materials, such as duroplast for the WC seat and ASA for scratchproof, non-fading visible parts. Geberit offers its end customers a two-year warranty as standard, starting from when the product is installed. During this period, it will replace faulty parts free of charge. Provided that the product has been installed by a professional and registered with Geberit within 90 days of installation, we will extend the warranty by a further year for defective parts.
