GEA Tuchenhagen offers a comprehensive VARIPURE cleaner program – static cleaners, rotating cleaners and orbital cleaners, each tailored to thespecific cleaning task.

ATEX and FDA certification is possible for almost allcleaners.The field of application thus extends to use our cleanersin hygienic and potentially explosive areas in all indu-stries. The cleaners are driven entirely by the cleaningfluid without external energy.

A special sensor system developed by GEA Tuchenhagenis integrated in the tank when orbital cleaning heads areused to verify the cleaning process. In this system themedium jet hits the sensor at regular intervals. Thesignals issued by the sensor can be used to monitor thefunction of the cleaner electronically and to document thesuccessful cleaning process.
