The pressure equipment was completely manufactured according to German Standards not recognized by Quebec pressure vessels regulations. Manufacturer (Quebec, Canada): Oxygen sparger detailed design including hot tap (API 2201) requirements (drawings and static and dynamic calculations included). ASME Section VIII div. 1 & div. 2 new detailed designs, one of them to be installed on an offshore platform according to ISO 19901 and ISO 19902 between Australia and New Zealand. ASME Section VIII div. 1 detailed design including cyclic reactions due to pressure (500 000 complete cycles). Manufacturing (Newfoundland, Canada): Analysis of cyclic reactions due to pressure on threaded pressure piping according to ASME B31.3 Mining & Metals (British Columbia, Canada): Inspection plan on a length of 2 kilometers of stainless steel and polypropylene sulfuric acid piping. Proposal to improve corrosion properties of a conveyor structure. Structural Integrity Evaluation by a Professional Engineer certified CSA W178.2, Level II (CSA W47.1/W59). Mining & Metals (Quebec, Canada): Evaluation of the integrity of a 200-foot-high stack with MecaStack and calculations based on ASME STS-1 principles. Mining & Metals (Madagascar, Africa): Support to engineering and inspection (as chief inspector) for a three- month contract on the site of a nickel and cobalt refinery located in Toamasina, Madagascar. Full calculations according to API 579-1/ASME FFS -1, parts 4, 5 and 6 for 2 autoclaves. Assessment of the effects of fatigue on two columns under fluctuating pressures according to the principles of ASME Section VIII Div. 2, part 5. Integrity assessment of a 100-foot-high stack according to ASME STS -1 (MecaStack). Inspection plan according to API 653 on a sulfur atmospheric tank. Inspection plan for a high-pressure D type steam boiler (ASME Section I) and supervision of inspection teams.
