GYMFINITY AND BEYONDMinutes for 3/9/2010 Booster Club Board Meeting

Board Members Present: Tammy Kundinger, Pamela Slonim, Terri Reed, StephenGramann, Mona Queoff

Board Members Absent: Jen Flogel, Julie Keyes, J. Orkowski

1. Call Meeting to Order and Review Agenda

The board reviewed and approved the meeting minutes from the 1/12/10 board

meeting.

2. Treasurer Report from Terri Reed

The group reviewed the home meet profits and distribution to families. Thedistribution of profits to families will be included in the meeting agenda for the3/22 General Meeting.

3. Vice President Report from Pamela Slonim

The group reviewed the results from the recent survey of gym families regardingfundraising and teambuilding ideas. These topics will also be reviewed withfamilies at the 3/22 General Meeting.

4. TNT Update

Mona Queoff was in attendance as one of the co-TNT Representatives.

Tammy met with TNT families at their 2/27 monthly meeting to discuss anyquestions that they had related to the booster club. The discussion focused onthe differences between the General Booster Account and the IndividualAccounts and what each can do for them. It was suggested that a TNT paymentagreement should be drawn up soon to help families know what to expect and sothat it can be added to next revision of the Gymfinity & Beyond by-laws. Tammyalso announced the planning of the General Meeting for the booster club to beheld in March (now confirmed for 3/22) so that all families could attend an openly

ask any questions that they may have.

5. Member-at-Large Update - Gymnastics

Handed out the letter that was drafted by Stephen to be shared with any newfamily joining team. Board members have been asked to review the letter andprovide feedback so a final version can be distributed to new team families verysoon.

6. Gymnast Leo Order

The board discussed whether or not a gymnast who missed the entirecompetitive season due to injury was still responsible for expenses incurred priorto the injury.

7. General Club Meeting A general meeting will be held on 3/22 at Ten Pin Alley at 7pm for all families.

Jen will send out an announcement to all gym families. We will need to rent TenPin's conference room. (Ten Pin has since agreed to let us use the room for free- thank you to them!) There will also be a new team member meeting on 3/15 at6pm at Gymfinity. An August Boot Camp for all new team families is planned,but yet to be scheduled.

8. Opening of by-laws

The group discussed the need to place the TNT Member-At-Large position onthe ballot in the May election.

A new draft of the payment agreements for the gymnastics teams for the 2010-2011 was shared. Board members were asked to review it and providefeedback.

Mona was asked to develop a payment agreement for TNT.

Next board meeting is scheduled for 5/4/10 @ 7:15 at the Draft House in Verona.
