Dear Cub Scouts,
Congratulations in obtaining the Cub Scout Adventure Award! You are welcomed to accept the challenge of the Golden Bauhinia Award under the guidance of your leader! The Golden Bauhinia Award is a challenging award and the highest honor in the Cub Scout section in recognition of the achievement of a Cub Scout in "Outdoor Challenge", "Adventure Challenge", "Leadership" and "Services and Sharing". Some items in the syllabus of the Golden Bauhinia Award require you to record the process by taking photographs or shooting videos for sharing with others. The format for sharing is unlimited (e.g. log books, reports, presentations, speeches, drawings, etc.), the basic requirements for which can be found in this "Golden Bauhinia Award Assessment Log Book”. You can use this Log Book to record the processes and results of your assessment. The Log book will be returned to you as a memorabilia after it has been reviewed. We would like to emphasize that this Log Book only lists out our basic requirements of Golden Bauhinia Award holders. If you want to share the results in other formats, your leaders will encourage and support you . We hope you will do your best and accept all the challenges of the Golden Bauhinia Award according to your plan. Please contact your leaders if you have any questions or problems and they would be happy to answer them.
