G.B. PUBLIC SCHOOL (Affiliated to CBSE - New Delhi)
Melmaruvathur, Kancheepuram Dt, Tamil Nadu - 603 319.
The Vision our Amma envisages for the students of G.B. PUBLIC SCHOOL:
-4-
Our Founder President, His Holiness Bangaru Adigalar fondly called
Arulthiru “AMMA” has spent the last 26 years in the service of humanity and
by providing spiritual guidance to millions of Indians, both in India and
abroad. One important aspect of this service has been the fruitful creation of
several educational institutions. Proceeding on this path of upliftment of the
rural people of Tamil Nadu, AMMA directed the Adhiparasakthi Charitable
Medical Educational and Cultural Trust to establish a CBSE (Central Board of
Secondary Education) school that will give the young learners of
Melmaruvathur and its surrounding villages access to a better quality of
education on par with their fellow learners in the rest of the country.
This also fulfills the requirements of all the professionals serving in AMMA's
many institutions that their children remain in their watchful gaze and
commute easily to school.
G.B. PUBLIC SCHOOL has been established with the express purpose of
encouraging the young learners to develop a fearless mind.
The process of developing a fearless mind begins by infusing the children with
spirituality and awareness of their capabilities.
The next step involves enabling them with the right tools and materials to
achieve their goals while developing their innate talents. This will be the
mission of G.B. PUBLIC SCHOOL.
To enquire, to evolve their innate abilities, to endeavor, to achieve greater
heights, thereby empowering themselves to meet the challenges of the
global village - shall be the aim of the students of G.B. PUBLIC SCHOOL.
-5-
G.B.Public School, Melmaruvathur(CBSE syllabus) was founded by Arulthiru
Bangaru Adigalar “Amma” on 2nd June 2009.
It is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi Vide
No:1930286.
Amma, in profundity, sought to answer a basic question that perplexes all
parents. – “What type of learning environment is right for my child?”
Choosing a school to educate your child is an important decision – covering
academic, financial, religious and spiritual aspects. With many educational
choices available to families, this decision is a complicated one. With and
innovative trends in public education, the parents are very often confused. To
best address the needs of the child and the values of the family, Amma deemed
that GB Public School will serve the requirements of an increasing tribe of
children of professionals serving in Amma’s various institutions. At the same
time, the School seeks to give an exposure to the simple folk of Melmaruvathur,
the global standards of quality education.
The Correspondent of GB Public School, Melmaruvathur, Ms.Sridevi
emphasizes on the 3 ‘S’, to accomplish what we sent out to do:- Service,
Spirituality and Studies.
We also inculcate in students’ values like, love and respect for parents, elders,
teachers and above all, self control and discipline.
Keeping in mind the multiple intelligences of children and their differences,
treating every child as a unique individual, G.B.Public School has devised a
teaching – learning strategy that is activity based and introduces various
concepts and ideas gradually to the blossoming young ones.
At the Pre-primary, GB Public School, Melmaruvathur has successfully
implemented the “Happy Tots” curriculum from Aurro Educational Services,
Chennai. This is a stepping stone for our little sharp minds and prepares them
adequately for CBSE syllabus.
For 2012-13, our Correspondent has decided to introduce the curriculum from
Kriya Educator TM from Kriyative Learning Solution International Pvt. Ltd.
KRIYA

methodology is a platform that ensures that the children’s minimal educational needs are catered to and a holistic education is provided.
For helping the students of GB Public School to meet the challenges of the Internet Age, we proudly present the ICT (Information, communication technology) curriculum - Chrysalis (EZ VIDYA PVT LTD.)for all classes I to IX. Our Correspondent has also decided to implement a special, “WRITE BETTER TO LEARN BETTER”- a Handwriting programme that seeks to improve the writing skills of our young learners as ultimately, writing well decides the marks in the Board exams.
For classes VI to X, the NCERT directed – CBSE syllabus is implemented. We collaborate with Vivekananda Education Society for training our faculty and examination purposes.
Every year, certain days are chosen for activities, beginning from April-when we celebrate “RED DAY”-this day signifies our commitment to the ideas of our Founder and His philosophy; we introduce the children to “AMMA” and seek His blessings for their successful lives.
On other activity days, we–teachers and students hold discussions on themes relating to life– on subjects of fear, pleasure, hurt, ambition, co-operation and responsibility at various levels, We also celebrate all religious festivals and create awareness about our customs, culture and traditions. The everyday experiences of the children in class, at home are discussed, these are vital for the personality development of the child and also from the basis for assessment for the CBSE-directed CCE – Continuous and Comprehensive evaluation.
We also have trained Sports faculty, we have sent a small team of athletes to the sports meet-South Zone CBSE schools in which they performed fairly well. We have also planned to start JRC and Scouts and Guides chapter for the coming academic year.
With sound infrastructure, airy and clean classrooms, excellent laboratories, Educomp “Smartclass” and a well trained faculty, GB Public School is equipped to meet the challenges and empower its students in all possible ways.
We are facing our first challenge this year, as our first batch of students will face-the CBSE-X examinations.
We seek the blessings of Goddess Adhiparasakthi and guidance and support of Her Presence in all our endeavours.

Bangaru Adigalar
Bangaru Adigalar is an Indian spiritual leader who is the incarnation of Goddess Adhiparasakthi. Devotees don’t see any difference between Goddess Adhiparasakthi and Bangaru Adigalar, who is also known as "Amma" or "Mother". He is the founder and President of Adiparasakthi Charitable Medical Educational and Charitable Trust (ACMEC).
Bangaru Adigalar was born as eldest son on 3 March 1941 in the small village of Melmaruvathur, 92 km from Chennai, Tamil Nadu to Thiru. Gopala Naicker and Thirumathi. Meenakshi Ammal. As a young boy, he started his schooling at the primary school in Southupakkam and continued his high school at Acharapakkam. It is believed that when he was a child, Goddess Adhiparasakthi in the form of a snake, climbed, crawled and played on his body of Bangaru Adigalar. Adigalar's parents were witness to this incident.
When Adigalar was a little boy his sister died, and he could not bear this separation. So he used to go to his sister's grave. One day when he was sitting on the grave he felt very thirsty - it is at that time Goddess Adhiparasakthi in the form of Uma Maheswari gave the little boy Ganges water, which she produced from her knotted hair and blessed Him with this divine water. By this Goddess Adhiparasakthi wanted the world to realise and understand that young Bangaru is an incarnation of Goddess Adhiparasakthi.
After his high school , he joined the teachers' training at Chengalpattu Government teacher training school. During this period , he often experienced inordinate states of trance, frenzy and fainting spells. After his training, He took up a drill master's job at Acharapakkam School. In the year 1968, on September 4, Bangaru Adigalar married Tmt. Lakshmi. They has two sons and two daughters. His special greatness lies in practising spiritualism even as a family man, evidently setting an example that the family life is in no way detrimental to reach the highest level of spirituality.
Bangaru Adigalar gives Oracles to save the world.By tirelessly working to create an atmosphere of peace and brotherhood among all his devotees, Adigalar has earned the respect of everyone who comes to see him. He himself never proclaims to be anything more than a devotee of Goddess Adhiparasakthi. He also says that he is to each what they would like him to be: an Avatar, a mother, a friend, or just an ordinary man. His humility and love for all are what inspire those who meet him. All his followers pledge to unite and contribute, each in his own way, for the noble causes and deeds that benefit mankind at large. The ACMEC TRUST contributes by providing free medical care to a large rural community , creating educational Institutions from primary to post graduation in all branches of learning, promoting modern scientific farming methods employing thousands of people in the rural community. The Trust works for unifying all religions, races and cultures and for the liberation of women from the clutches of traditional protocols .
Under the guidance of Bangaru Adigalar several spiritual festivals take place at Melmarvattur.

Albert Einstein
Albert Einstein was born on 14 March, 1879, in Ulm, in the
Württemberg in the German Empire on 14 March 1879 to a family of
non-observant Jews. As a child, Albert attended a Catholic elementary school; later he was
transferred to the Luitpold Gymnasium. He excelled at the first school that he attended.
A theoretical physicist, who developed the theory of general relativity, Einstein is regarded as
the father of modern physics and one of the most prolific intellects in human history. He
received the 1921 Nobel Prize in Physics for his explanation of the photoelectric effect "for his
services to theoretical physics and especially for his discovery of the law of the effect”. The latter
was pivotal in establishing quantum theory within physics.
Iin 1916, he published a paper on the general theory of relativity. He had dealt with problems of
statistical mechanics and quantum theory, which led to his explanations of particle theory and
the motion of molecules. He also investigated the thermal properties of light which laid the
foundation of the photon theory of light. In 1917, Einstein applied the general theory of
relativity to model the structure of the universe as a whole.
He was visiting the United States when Adolf Hitler came to power in 1933, and did not go back
to Germany, where he had been a professor at the Berlin Academy of Sciences. He settled in the
U.S., becoming a citizen in 1940. On the eve of World War II, he alerted President Roosevelt that
Germany might be developing an atomic weapon and recommended that the U.S. begin similar
research; which led to the Manhattan Project. Einstein was in support of defending the Allied
forces, but largely denounced using the new discovery of nuclear fission as a weapon. Later,
together with Bertrand Russell, Einstein signed the Russell–Einstein Manifesto, which
highlighted the danger of nuclear weapons. Einstein was affiliated with the Institute for
Advanced Study in Princeton, New Jersey, until his death in 1955.
Einstein published more than 300 scientific papers along with over 150 non-scientific works. His
great intelligence and originality have made the word "Einstein" synonymous with genius. He
also received the Copley Medal from the Royal Society in 1925.
The New York World-Telegram announces Einstein's death on 18 April 1955. During the
autopsy of Einstein’s body, the pathologist of Princeton Hospital, Thomas Stoltz Harvey,
removed Einstein's brain for preservation, in the hope that the neuroscience of the future would
be able to discover what made Einstein so intelligent. In his lecture at Einstein's memorial,
nuclear physicist Robert Oppenheimer summarized his impression of him as a person: "He was
almost wholly without sophistication and wholly without worldliness . . . There was always
with him a wonderful purity at once childlike and profoundly stubborn."

Song 5 :
Song 5. Hum honge kamiyab, hum honge kamiyab
Hum honge kamiyab ek din,
Ho ho man mein hai vishwas, poora hai vishwas,
Hum honge kamiyab ek din.
Hum challien ge sath sath, lekar hathon mein hath
Hum challien ge sath sath ek din,
Ho ho man me hai vishwas, poora hai vishwas,
Hum challien ge sath sath ek din,
We shall overcome, we shall overcome,
We shall overcome someday,
Oh……….. deep in my heart, I do believe,
We shall overcome some day.
