Pursuant to our conversation, please find attached a few pictorials of the information we were provided by the Learning Gate Representative / Real Estate Agent John Wittner. At the time we had discussions there were several iterations that they were spit-balling as you can see in the attachment "John Wittner Provided Maps of Proposed Gates High School". I've also included some correspondence (please see below) and an attached iteration that Jon Wittner / Learning Gate sent us (cleaned up)...that is: just showing the one iteration (that goes through our property) that effectively didn't impact any wetlands. - Please see purple lines on embedded image below and the same in the attachment entitled "Learning Gate Alternative Access Idea Provided". A deal between Learning Gate and us unfortunately didn't come to fruition as they wanted to go a "less expensive" route as noted in the below email. I hope the below information is useful and provides perspective on just one way that impacting the wetland(s) could be avoided and minimized by going through our property in an intelligent, planned, and thoughtful way. Again, these iterations are something that THEY presented to us and not something that we came up. It was presented to us that they would prefer to go this way in keeping with the whole "green / environmentally friendly" concept that went along with their whole Environmentally Conscientious core philosophy for this type of school. Of course if the situation presented itself where going through our property was the only way possible were open to reasonable and fair discussions that help all parties and don't just adversely affect us such as the road and easement concerns we discussed. If you could please provide me with the EPC contact representative so i can reach out to them to discuss as well I would be grateful. Thanks, Matt Matt Mule', P.A. 13014 N. ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Jon Wittner <[email protected]> To: Matt Mule' <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, December 1, 2011 9:48 AM Subject: 41 Property Matt- I just wanted to get back with you and your brother Mark on the discussions. The school has had a few town hall meetings, one just recently, and they have decided the best course was to wrap our access road to the South or your property as we have a free Access Easement to go across the N. side of the Weekley property. It will be less expensive and less impactful that our engineer originally estimated. Although the school remains interested in your property as a hopeful site of some school related facilities, they are not at this time ready to address it. It would likely be at least a few months from now at earliest depending on planning and discussion that are ongoing with different friends of the school. Thank you very much for your time, and I will stay in touch and contact you when things mature. Best of luck. Jon

I made a great deal of progress in a meeting yesterday afternoon with one of my two strong prospects. We have a follow up scheduled for Monday morning at 11. I am hopeful an offer may come out of this for you guys, but I still want to work full steam ahead concurrently on an Easement. Let me know about your thoughts on the Easement compensation and we will get this going. We can achieve much together, I look forward to hearing from you. Jon
