The coated hoses CSST for gas of the M.B.M UNIROLL system can be installed both inside and outside and the assembly instructions provided from M.B.M are downloadable from their website.

The “hose system (kit)” PLT-CSST (Corrugated Stainless Steel Tubing) cover UNIROLL of M.B.M is certified conforms to European standard UNI EN 15266:2007 in all your components. It also conforms with technical specifications UNI/TS 11340 related CSST hoses installation, where at point 4.3.4 requires the retaining must be guaranteed metal on metal. The covered CSST hoses are suitable for use in domestic plant and similar, for user with single thermal rated output not higher than 35kW, using town gas (1st Family), natural gas (2nd Family),liquid gas (3rd Family). On “naked” version, the hoses are suitable for drinking water transport, in communities with Legislative Decree nr.174-06/04/2004.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

1Cut the hose to your preferred length and remove approx. 2.5cm of

facing from both sides

2Insert the proper nut and positionthe end ring on second

wave of corrugated hose

3 Bring the nut to contact of endring

4 Insert the proper metallic washer

5Connect at system or a nipple with

end-stop and tighten sothat the flare connection of

corrugated hose retains betweenthe two rings

6Use special equipped adhesive

tape, heat resistant to 105C to sealthe metallic parts. To prevent damage and corrosion use a

double layer
