GAS COUNTER TOP CONVECTION STEAMER

SPECIFICATIONS:Shall be a Solaris Model SX-5G, convection steamerwith gas fired steam generator. AGA/CGA and NSFCERTIFIED. The cavity shall be 5 pan capacity. Thesteamer shall be constructed of a satin finish stainless steel,type 304. The cooking chamber is a one piece all welded,type 316, stainless steel with coved corners. The heavyduty door shall have an inner line of stainless steel with a fullperimeter gasket seal, an outer liner of one piece all weldedstainless steel, and a positive lock and seal mechanism withspring release. The compartment shall be provided withremovable stainless steel pan supports. A stainless steeldrip trough shall be integrally connected to drain to collectcondensate when the door is opened.

The control housing, constructed of stainless steel witha full access removable panel contains the controls whichinclude a illuminated three way power switch(On/Off/De-lime), a pilot ready light, a pilot cooking light, an ignitionlight, a 60 minute electric timer which sounds an audiblesignal at the end of the cooking cycle, solid state generatorcontrols, and electronic ignition. Steam flow to the cookingchamber shall be cut off when the door is opened andreactivated when the door is closed.

Standard features include automatic generator blowdown, de-lime mode power setting and a de-lime port for thegenerator which is located on the right side panel. The unitalso comes with split water connections for simple hook upfor a treated water system. Steamer is mounted on 4" highstainless steel adjustable legs.
