Accomplishments Evaluated the corporate level of preparedness for the implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO), defined an appropriate PMO methodology, developed the project management tools, developed the training program and provided corporate wide training on the methodology and tools; Initiated a Senior Management Project Review Working Group whereby project requests were reviewed, prioritized and scheduled by the Senior Management Team; Reengineered the Investor, Dealer and Broker Statement of Accounts layout, content and production process, thereby reducing production time to 3 weeks while saving approximately 30% on mailing charges and reducing the rate of returned mail by over 50%; Reengineered the Tax Slip production process and layout such that we were able to meet the governmental reporting deadlines while reducing the quantity of amendments by over 35% and also reducing the rate of returned mail by over 50%; Managed the implementation on new financial products and adjustment to existing policies and procedures as dictated by the StrategicNova funds prospectus; Managed the launch of multi-class funds for most of the corporate funds; Defined and implemented a business continuity plan for the fund accounting department. The plan covered the critical operations of the fund accounting department and communications with the mutual fund industry and regulators; Managed the upgrade of the fund and trust accounting application, including updating the existing policies and procedures and implementation of new modules; Managed the correction of erroneous data in the back office system that was caused by a previous system conversion upon the creation of
