Key Accomplishments New corporate billing solution (7 year road map, $37M)
o Started with a comprehensive solution selection initiative,o Created program roadmap,o Implement a unique corporate billing solution,o Harmonized operational processes across seven regions using three different billing solutions,o Built an agile development team from the ground up, including resources, tools, processes, etc.
New GUI for mainframe based policy administration system. (2.5 years, $12M) 2007-2010o Modernized user interface for mainframe (green screen) applications using screen scraping technologyo Improved usability and process flows while preserving all existing business logic.o System rolled out to 3500 internal users and brokers.
Oracle Financial Systems P/O, A/P and G/L modules (1 year, $4.0M)o Included decommissioning legacy financial systems,o Integration with Policy Administration and Claims processing systems.
Conversion of a policy administration systemo Required replicating an existing application infrastructure (databases, batch processes)o Maintained a single application code base.
