Gary, Brandy, Elsie Dear Expectant Parents, We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to learn about us and consider us as an adoptive family for your child. We hope that you are encouraged and empowered with the option to make an adoption plan. We knew from the start of our relationship that building our family would go way beyond us. Our hearts are full of love and anticipation for children we hope to parent through adoption.

We understand that this is a very difficult decision for you and we hope that you will feel some comfort, encouragement, and peace after you look over the story of our lives, knowing more about who we are and what we would love to share with your child. We promise that we will provide your child with a lifetime of unconditional love, happiness, guidance, and support. We know what a big part YOU are in this equation. You have chosen adoption because you love your child. Your selflessness and courage are extraordinary. You will always be a big part of your child, no matter who raises him or her, and we will always make sure they know how amazing you are. We will take joy in sending pictures and letters beyond the first year and we would love to meet you and hear about your

story, if that is your desire.

Our Story We met through close mutual friends at a local

festival and started dating more than 12 years ago and have been married 6 years now. Since we have been together for so long we have had the unique opportunity to grow together in so many ways. Our spirituality and faith are the cornerstone of our marriage and family. Our communication, humor, trust, love, and friendship has made our family strong and successful.

We love traveling, being outdoors, spending time with each other and our families, and doing DIY projects together around the house. We both have very large families who live very close which allows us to have family gatherings almost every week. We cannot be more thankful for the dedication, support, love, kindness, and compassion that our families and

friends have shown us. They are amazing people, who are always there for us and play large roles in our lives. We feel that education, stability, faith, and moral values are just a few significant factors in our lives. We see the impact that faith and dedication played in our successes, and how they have broadened our horizons. We were both raised Christian and belong to our local church. We attend services on Sunday mornings and actively

participate in the community outreach programs. One of our favorite traditions is praying together every morning before we leave for the day. We plan to encourage the importance of these values as well as the efforts it takes along the way. We promise to raise our children with that same genuine care, respect, love, morals, and values that our parents instilled within us.

Meet Gary written by Brandy: Gary is truly an amazing man. He

served our country in the military for 8 years. He is rugged and handsome, a very manly man. He loves to be outdoors. He also has such a tender heart and is very kind, compassionate, and sincere. He always knows just how to make us laugh. He is the type of man that make me want to be the best person I can be at all times. He constantly uplifts and encourages us and I can truly be myself around him. He is my best friend. His morals and values run very deep. These are the qualities that initially attracted me to him more than 12 years ago. He is a big kid at heart and has such a strong bond with our daughter. Kids are naturally drawn to him because of his playfulness and humor. It is such a joy to see the love and passion shine through while watching him with our daughter. Elsie and I are so blessed to have him in our lives.

Meet Brandy written by Gary: Brandy is my best friend, biggest

supporter and truly a wonderful woman. God honestly designed us for one another and I love that we pray daily together as a family to thank the Lord for our blessings. She is a caring person always ready to help anyone in need and is a very hardworking, determined individual whose presence makes you want to strive to be a better person. Brandy is an amazing mother and absolutely loves being around children. You can see the joy in her eyes while comforting, teaching, and caring for our daughter and all the children in our lives. She loves to cook and bake for us and others. This is one of the ways she expresses her love to our family and friends. I am very fortunate to have her in my life. There is no doubt she is a great mother and we strive every day to be an outstanding team as parents.

Meet Elsie We adopted Elsie almost three years ago and we

brought her home Christmas Day. It was an amazing experience and Elsie has been such a blessing to our family. She is full of energy and is a very happy loving baby. She cannot wait to be a big sister. She loves to be outdoors especially swimming or going to festivals. She also loves to play in her kitchen and act like she is making food for us or her dolls. She loves to play with all of her cousins and has loads of fun at the park, zoo, and even the sporting events we attend. She also loves watching Disney movies.

Her personality is so funny and she knows she is funny. She takes any opportunity she has to make us laugh. She is also very smart and

completely amazes us every day.

Our Home We live in a four-bedroom home

nestled on 6 acres of land. The décor is rustic modern chic. Our neighborhood is filled with young growing families. The neighborhood pool and playground are within walking distance and we visit them at least two or three nights a week during the summer. There are walking trails with a pond for fishing and a

waterfall along the trails. It’s gorgeous and makes us want to be outdoors every opportunity we get. The neighborhood also hosts many family-friendly events each month including holiday events that we love to attend. At Christmas, they light up the streets with luminaries and host a large gathering with hot cocoa and Santa along with carriage rides.

Traditions Each year we

gather with our families to celebrate the holidays. We paint eggs with all our nieces and nephews and do an Easter egg hunt. In summer we love going to festivals, host grill outs, and sporting events. We always plan a beach vacation in early October. We also love to visit our local farm for hayrides and a pumpkin patch in fall. In

December we plan a day with the entire family to bake holiday cookies together

and see the holiday lights display.
